Because it was the fourth draw without a Group 1 winner, the massive prize rolled down to the 12 Group 2 tickets, The Straits Times reported today.
The winning numbers were 7, 8, 17, 29, 32, 42 and 1.
The winning tickets were bought at places like Tampines, Race Course Road and Toa Payoh, though it's unclear if they were bought solo or shared.
Separately, there were 609 winners in Group 3 who will each take home S$1,658 (RM5,810).
The jackpot had snowballed from S$1.2 million (RM4.2 million) on July 7 to S$5.8 million (RM20.3 million) on July 14 before hitting its RM44.5 million peak.

(File pic) PETALING JAYA : Malaysian property tycoon Ong Beng Seng is set to enter a guilty plea on Aug 4 to offences in a case linked to Singapore's former transport minister S Iswaran. The billionaire was charged on Oct 4 last year with abetting a public servant in obtaining gifts and abetting the obstruction of justice, reported The Straits Times. Ong, 79, was first set to plead guilty on April 2, but this was postponed after his lawyers asked for an extension to obtain his medical reports. He was then slated to plead guilty on July 3, but this was again rescheduled one day before the hearing as the prosecution and defence needed more time to file further submissions. The case then went through several pre-trial conferences. According to court documents, Ong had arranged for Iswaran to fly on his private plane from Singapore to Doha in December 2022. The flight was valued at US$7,700 (about RM32,500). He also arranged a one-night stay for Iswaran at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha before arranging a business class flight back to Singapore. Both are valued at US$4,737.63 (about RM20,000) and US$5,700 (about RM24,000), respectively. Ong had allegedly told Iswaran the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau had seized the flight manifest for the December 2022 trip, prompting the then minister to ask the tycoon to bill him for the flight to avoid an investigation. Ong said in February that he intended to plead guilty to the obstruction charge and consented to having the other charge taken into consideration for sentencing. The tycoon is best known as the man who brought Formula 1 to Singapore in 2008. Iswaran was the chairman of Singapore's F1 steering committee and the government's chief negotiator with Singapore GP on business matters related to the race. Both men had worked to convince then Formula 1 group chief executive Bernie Ecclestone to make Singapore the venue for the race. In October last year, Iswaran was sentenced to 12 months' jail on four charges of accepting valuable items as a public servant, and one charge of obstruction of justice. He was placed under home detention in February and completed his prison term last month.

TechStore secures RM7.75m Customs job for baggage and body scanners at checkpoint as RTS Link project expands
KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 — TechStore Bhd's wholly-owned unit Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd has secured a RM7.75 million from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department to provide leasing and training services for four baggage scanner machines and two body scanner machines with accessories. The equipment will be deployed at the Woodlands North Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) facility in Singapore under the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link project, TechStore said. 'The contract period would be 77 months from Aug 1, 2025, to Dec 31, 2031,' the information technology (IT) solutions provider said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia. The ACE Market-listed company said Tech-Store Malaysia will submit a performance bond of RM60,367.34, which is five per cent of the contract value divided by six years and five months as security for the proper and due performance of the works. In a separate statement, TechStore managing director Tan Hock Lim said the contract further expands its involvement in the RTS Link project, which encompasses design consultation for depot equipment and service vehicles, uninterruptible power supply, the RTS enterprise resource planning work packages, and the project for fit-out works for Malaysian agencies at Woodlands North CIQ. 'Beyond the RTS Link, we are involved in major initiatives such as the LRT Kelana Jaya Line, LRT Ampang Line, MRT Kajang Line, and the ongoing LRT3. 'With the government's increasing push toward public transport digitalisation, we see growing demand for integrated, secure, and localised enterprise IT solutions,' he said. The group's unbilled order book remains healthy at RM135.3 million as at May 31, 2025, supported by a robust job pipeline with a tender book totalling RM1.2 billion.
