Aswini said, 'Loaded with omega 3s and lignans, they help reduce estrogen dominance (which causes weight gain and painful periods). Best taken from day 1 to 14 of your cycle. Sprinkle in curd, smoothies or just take with water.'
Aswini added, 'High in zinc and magnesium, it helps reduce hormonal acne, mood swings, and boosts progesterone. Also best during day 1 to 14. Roast them, crush them, add to chutneys – super easy.'
'Your PMS (premenstrual syndrome) support hero helps flush excess estrogen during the second half of your cycle (day 15 to 28), and also reduces bloating, breast tenderness, and irritability. Have them post-lunch,' Aswini said.
Aswini added, 'Rich in calcium, zinc and healthy fats, it supports progesterone and reduces inflammation during days 15-28 of your cycle. Great for hormone balance, especially during PMS. Add it to laddoos and chutneys, or sprinkle on your sabzi.'
Aswini concluded: 'Pair flax and pumpkin (Day 1-14). Pair sunflower and sesame (day 15-28). This is called seed cycling – it works like magic when done right. This is not a diet. This is healing your hormones from the inside out. And when you pair these foods with the right movement, PCOS weight starts to melt naturally.'

Video shows Bihar Ayurvedic practitioner performing C-section without safety protocols, sparks outrage: ‘Absolutely shocking'

A shocking video of an Ayurvedic practitioner allegedly performing a caesarean section under unhygienic and unsafe conditions is raising eyebrows on social media. According to the viral post, the incident occurred in Bihar's Siwan and the 'doctor' in question has been identified as Kanchan Kumari. The clip, shot by Kumari's relative, shows the procedure being conducted in what appears to be a makeshift operating room, lacking even the most basic safety measures. The video further highlights Kumari performing the surgery without wearing a surgical mask, gloves, or cap. Sharing the video, an X handle 'THE SKIN DOCTOR' condemned the incident. 'A 'gynaecologist' who can't even spell the word correctly is performing a C-section in what looks like a storage room, with zero infection control,' the caption read. 'Her family member is casually filming a reel while the surgery is underway. She is not wearing a mask and surgical cap. The room is crowded with people in regular clothes, including the patient's relatives, who are standing around and watching the procedure like it's a live show, without scrubs, masks, or gloves. Probably no anaesthetist either,' the post said. Revealing the identity of the practitioner, the post wrote, 'She is Kanchan Kumari from Siwan, an Ayurvedic practitioner. Given how frequently the govt changes healthcare policies, I'm not sure whether she's qualified or trained to perform this procedure, but judging by her methods, she is certainly liable for criminal negligence.' Along with the video, the handle also attached a screenshot of Kumari's Instagram handle and bio which read, 'gynecologist and obstetrics.' In the viral video, a man can be heard saying in Hindi, 'She is my aunt Kanchan Kumari and is performing a C-section. The mothers necessarily give birth to boys when she performs the procedure.' There is no evidence of sterilised equipment, while the patient's relatives stood around the operating table in casual clothes, some even filming the procedure. couldn't verify the credibility of the video. From Stress To Diet, Nutritionist Shares 5 Possible Causes Of Premature Hair Greying

Picture this: You are brushing your hair when suddenly you spot a grey hair in the mirror. That's when the panic grips you. You are flooded with lots of questions, pondering on what you are experiencing, premature greying. Thoughts like whether the condition is serious can also be frequent. But, premature greying is more common than you think. It occurs when your hair loses its natural pigment earlier than the average age. Some of the most obvious symptoms of this condition are grey, silver, or white hairs peeking out from the darker strands. Greying usually appears at the frontal hairline or the temples at first. Gradually, it spreads through the scalp. Sometimes, people might notice patchy depigmentation or an unusual increase in white hair in localised areas. Now, nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee has come up with five possible reasons for premature hair greying in her latest Instagram entry. Fret not, as per Ms Mukerjee, there are several factors at play which are not always linked to ageing. Let's find out. Anjali Mukerjee begins the post by writing, "Grey hair is usually associated with aging, but this is not always the case. The change in hair color is caused by a gradual decrease in pigmentation. This occurs when melanin production reduces in the hair root and new hairs grow in without pigment." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Anjali Mukerjee (@anjalimukerjee) 5 Reasons Your Hair Might Be Turning Grey Early greying of the hair may be inherited from our parents or grandparents. Since hair is made up of protein, a low protein intake can result in a change of hair color, A person experiencing a prolonged period of stress, worry and anxiety may notice premature graying of hair over a period. Excessive intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, refined flour and sugar, red meat, and fried, spicy, and acidic foods can reduce the moisture and nutrients reaching the hair follicles. A drop in the melanin production may also be caused by a lack of vital minerals like copper, selenium, iron, calcium and vitamins like B12 and folic acid.
