Diddy is now facing another lawsuit from an alleged victim who named JAY-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James as witnesses to their assault. Hov's legal team and 50 Cent shared their reactions to the accusations.
A man named Joseph Manzaro accused the Bad Boy co-founder of sex trafficking and assault, which allegedly took place at a 2015 that they all attended, according to TMZ. Manzaro claims that he was drugged, humiliated in front of others, and forced into non-consensual sexual acts at King Combs's 17th birthday party held at a mansion owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan.
Manzaro claims that Gloria saw what he was going through and called for help but was silenced by Emilio. He also claims he saw LBJ walk by him in a bath towel and say, 'Y'all better do something about that!' Upon being ushered through a tunnel to Puff's nearby mansion, he came in contact with Hov and Bey. 'What's this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a [expletive] mask standing here in front of me?' the Cowboy Carter artist allegedly asked. Manzaro claims one of Diddy's associates said, 'Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.'
50 Cent shared a screenshot of the article in a now-deleted post and wrote, 'Got Damn how many of these boys Diddy was touching,' with eye emojis. JAY-Z's legal team, however, did not treat the lawsuit as a laughing matter.
'Mr. Carter wasn't in Florida at that time to witness this incident—he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event,' Alex Spiro, his attorney, told TMZ. 'This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our 'justice' system.' TMZ also reported that JAY-Z was in New York City doing a presentation about Tidal when the party allegedly took place, thus making him unable to have been in attendance and witness the alleged misconduct.
Gloria and Emilio Estefan's team also provided information that could render these accusations null. 'Gloria and Emilio Estefan strongly deny the allegations made,' their representative said. 'The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.'
Time will tell what comes of this particular lawsuit, but Diddy has no shortage of allegations as he heads into trial in May. The controversial mogul has been behind bars since September 2024, arrested on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He has been denied bail on multiple instances, and more lawsuits have continued to roll in.

According to Deadline, 'Jane,' a pseudonym used to hide her identity, claims that she and others in the rap mogul's inner circle were required to transport Ecstasy and more, which was used for drug-fueled sex sessions. 'I just asked her if this was safe and okay,' Combs' ex-girlfriend, said to reported Diddy top aide Kristina Khorram about taking a bag of drugs from LA to Miami. This was Jane's second day on the stand, and Jane noted that 'KK' replied, 'It's fine, I do it all the time, just put it in your checked-in luggage.' During what Deadline noted was a 'sometimes-tear-filled testimony,' Janed added that she was required to carry Ecstasy across state lines for Diddy. She confirmed earlier testimony from Diddy's ex, Cassie Ventura, that the pills and cocaine were used during marathon 'freak-off' sex sessions with male escorts. Jane also claimed that Combs would use 'personal assistants and security details to procure more when his current stash ran out for the often filmed 'freak-offs,' Deadline reports. All of it, Jane claimed, took a toll on her as she noted that she unsuccessfully begged Combs to have the male escorts wear condoms during what could be days-long 'freak-offs.' Jane told Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey, that she feared with the crazy amount of drug use that things could get violent. Diddy, she claimed, was dismissive of all of her concerns. Jane and Diddy had been in an ongoing situationship since 2021. Jane, who described herself as an online influencer and single mother, noted that Diddy was nice during the courting part of their relationship, even offering to pay for her house and supplement her income. But, as Cassie and others claimed, these were all merely controlling tactics to make the women dependent on him. 'Again, like he did with Ventura and others, as the prosecution clearly intends to convey to the jury, a sometimes semen-smeared Combs used the same M.O. of drugs, blackmail, fear and violence to make a baby oiled up, lingerie and high-heels wearing 'Jane' participate in the 'freak-offs,' Deadline reports. Jane told the jury that in September 2023, she sent a text to Combs noting her distress over participating in 'freak-offs' and having forced sex with paid men. 'It's hurting me,' she told Combs, 'It's dark, sleazy, and makes me feel disgusted with myself.' The text added: 'I don't want to play this role anymore. I'm so much more than this …I feel like it's the only reason you have me around and pay for the house.' 'Girl, stop,' Combs reportedly replied. Jane said that the 'freak-offs' initially ran from May 2021 to October 2023, usually taking place at upscale hotels, and then stopped for about three months. Then Cassie filed her lawsuit alleging abuse and assault, which was quickly settled out of court. CNN released the footage of Diddy beating Cassie in a hotel hallway, and then, just a month later, the 'freak-offs' reportedly picked back up at Diddy's Florida home. There were five alleged sessions, and the last one reportedly occurred just a few weeks before Diddy was arrested. The 55-year-old rapper/producer/media mogul, who was once known for 'being all up in the videos,' has been on trial in New York City since May 12. If found guilty of federal charges, which include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, he could face life in prison. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Swift claims ex-convict Brian Jason Wagner, who's reportedly been harassing her for years, showed up at her house uninvited in May requesting to see her. Wagner has also allegedly changed the address on his driver's license to her home in Los Angeles, and he's even falsely claimed Swift is the mother of his child. Swift asked the court to order Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her residence, her workplace, and her car. 'Taylor claims Wagner used concerning and threatening language in the communications and tried to divert mail from her residence,' TMZ reported. 'Taylor says Wagner previously showed up to her home at least 3 times in July 2024 ... including one alleged visit where he was allegedly carrying a glass bottle 'that could have been used as a weapon.'' The news prompted several of Swift's fans to hit social media to express their concern over her safety. "I am glad she has Travis to protect her when they are together," one fan wrote. "The amount of potentially harmful weirdos she has in her orbit is scary," another added. "Every single person who stalks her jet, his friends, has GCs passing details on her whereabouts, and feels entitled to her personal all contribute to this sort of thing. And I hope karma finds you swiftly," a third fan exclaimed. "This is exactly why people need to stop posts pictures of Taylor without her knowledge or consent and giving away her location Taylor has all sorts of crazy people after her," one user scoffed. "This is why we don't share her location in real time," remarked another user.
