EastEnders is lining up a huge week for Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), as confirmed in my new picture gallery, when a face from the past returns.
We are, of course, referring to Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley), who only recently made a departure from Albert Square alongside wife Julie (Karen Henthorn).
She arrives back without her husband – who has seemingly gone missing from their home in Scotland.
When he's found and brought back to the Mitchell residence, Phil and Julie clash once again over what is best for him.
Will they reach an agreement?
It's a big week for the Panesars, as Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) discovers she is pregnant.
After confiding in Suki (Balvinder Sopal), she realises that her family are far too preoccupied to focus on her issue.
Dad Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) has been hauled in for questioning over his drug dealing, and mum Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) is forced to take serious action to conceal his activity.
Plus, when Suki discovers that son Vinny (Shiv Jalota) is attending her daughter Ash's engagement party, she's not a happy bunny.

EastEnders spoilers: Avani's baby decision, Suki feels Ravi's fury and Lily returns
It's set to be yet another dramatic week in EastEnders next week as the fallout of Avani Nandra Hart's pregnancy continues - with huge consequences for Suki Panesar It's set to be another dramatic week in EastEnders next week, with trouble for many residents across the Square. There's a return for one character, while another is set to be the target of Ravi and Priya's fury - and we all know no one wants to be in that situation. Elsewhere, teen Joel Marshall is up to more bad behaviour. Avani Nandra-Hart's pregnancy has been the forefront of the soap for the last couple of weeks, with fans furious at how her grandmother Suki has handled things. We know Avani wanted a termination, but her grandmother managed to convince her to have the baby - and allow her to raise it. However, Suki's partner Eve was dumbfounded by the idea, and now, she's going behind her wife's back as things are set to backfire on Suki. It comes after reports of all the celebrities rumoured to be joining BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2025. As Avani and Eve have another heart-to-heart about her pregnancy next week, Eve agrees to support her choice to have a termination. Suki is suspicious when Avani and Eve make excuses to go off together, unaware they intend to go to a clinic. Finally seeing sense - Stacey convinces Suki to tell Ravi and Priya - and later she's the target of Priya and Ravi's fury as the consequences of Avani's termination is felt throughout the family. Elsewhere, another teen is in trouble as Lily Slater returns to the Square after staying with her dad Ryan after Martin's death. However, Stacey's happiness is short lived when Freddie reveals that someone has leaked her SecretCam pictures and videos online. Convinced that Joel is the culprit, Stacey storms over to confront him and later reports him to the police. But is Joel to blame? It's the least of Joel's troubles, though, as he finally finds out about Avani's termination and starts berating her after trying to provoke her father, Ravi. It's a tough week for Ravi - as he has problems elsewhere when Harry discovers he's using Kojo's flat along with Okie for their illegal activities. There's trouble in store for Kojo also, as he's befriended by Okie. Suspicious, Elaine agrees to help George out to see what's going on. However, trouble awaits when she goes to see Kojo at The Arches, as she's thrown to the ground by a group of threatening lads. But when Okie scares the gang off - Kojo trusts him with the keys to his flat... Later, Elaine and Cindy both discover that Nicola's the new woman in George's life - but will it bring them closer together? Elsewhere, Patrick returns home from hospital after his attack from Oscar - but is struggling with anxiety following the aftermath. Will this affect the wedding plans?

Princess Andre shares sad reason she couldn't speak to dad Peter about mum Katie Price
Katie Price and Peter Andre's daughter Princess has revealed that she cried herself to sleep instead of speaking to her dad about her mum's issues Princess Andre has revealed the sad reason why she couldn't speak to her dad Peter Andre about her mum Katie Price following their bitter divorce. In her brand-new ITV series, The Princess Diaries, which airs on Sunday night on ITV, the influencer and model, 18, is set to open up about how her parents' estranged relationship has affected her through her childhood and teenage years. Earlier this summer, Princess announced the exciting news of the ITV show, which will offer a behind-the-scenes look into her life and burgeoning career as a model, focusing on her relationship with her family. It comes after her mum Katie, 47, revealed that Princess has moved out in another swipe at ex Peter. In the first episode of her reality TV series, Princess opened up about why she felt she could never speak to her dad, Peter, 52, about her mum following their bitter split and the fact they haven't spoken in years. During the episode, Princess speaks to her mum on the phone while she's away on holiday in Dubai. After the call, Princess admitted that she and her famous mum are more alike that people would think and revealed that they are now closer than ever - with her mum even baring all on FaceTime. "She had her boobs out," Princess laughed. "She's just casually out of the shower with her top off. Like, she just doesn't care. I never answer the phone to my mum when I'm around people. Because when she's on the phone, she's so unpredictable. "She just lives life. She actually doesn't care and I actually really, really, look up to that. I would love to have that mindset of 'I don't care', because deep down I always do care. I won't show any emotion but then I'll get to my bed and I'll cry and cry and cry. "On my own, I don't handle it very well but to other people I would seem to fine and so good." Princess went on to address not being able to talk to her dad Peter about her mum as she revealed that she has been in counselling. "I do have a counsellor and I do sometimes see her every now and again. But I don't feel like I can really ever talk so I just write everything down in my notes. I do wish that I could have had a more happier childhood," Princess admitted. The 18-year-old told the cameras that she had 'so much on her plate' when it came to navigating her childhood with two famous parents who didn't get along. The influencer went on: "I had so many things on my plate at such a young age. "I wish sometimes that it wasn't like that and I could have actually enjoyed it and not had things in the back of my mind so young. Obviously, I had amazing times in my childhood, I have so many amazing memories with my mum and my dad, but I also have lots of not-so-good memories of the time when my mum and Kieran split up." Katie and Kieran officially split in May 2018. While they were married from 2013 to 2021, they separated in 2018, with Katie accusing Kieran of cheating. The divorce proceedings were finalised three years later, in 2021 and the former couple share two children Jett and Bunny. "It happened when I was ten years old and he was in our lives for like five years. So, we got really close to him and obviously we loved him, but he did a lot of stuff and when they split up, everything kind of went downhill with my mum obviously being heartbroken. "She didn't deal with that in the best way. She went through a very, very, dark time which is understandable. But it was hard for me because I was around adult things that kids should never see. "And I think when we needed our mum there, she wasn't emotionally able to be there because she had so much of her own problems going on." Princess then confessed that she would bottle up her emotions in public but cry alone at home because she felt she was never able to open up to her dad about how she was feeling, because it was all down to her mum's actions and sadness. "I remember coming home from school, and I would literally just cry in bed at 11 years old. I would never go speak to my dad about it because the way I've grown up, I obviously know that my mum and my dad don't like each other, which is fair enough, they are not going to. "I could speak about my childhood and everything that happened and I would be absolutely fine, but then, once something sets me off, and when I actually deep everything, it makes me realise. Then it makes me think that maybe I'm still not over everything, and I'm still not healed from what has happened. "I wouldn't say I'm fully recovered from it, but mum is such a different person now. If you compare her now to how she was back then, she has genuinely really fixed herself. She has apologised to me and I never wanted an apology from her but I think it meant a lot that she kind of acknowledged it. "We're so close now and we do a lot of things together and we talk all the time. I love her. She's like my best friend." The Princess Diaries debuts on ITV2 at 9pm on Sunday.

Line Of Duty's Adrian Dunbar reveals cast 'waiting on BBC confirmation' for series 7
Line of Duty star Adrian Dunbar has admitted he and his fellow cast mates are waiting for the BBC to give them the go ahead to start on the eagerly awaited seventh series A Line Of Duty icon has confessed that the cast are waiting for the go-ahead for the new series of the new series. It appears the stars of the hit series are eagerly waiting, like fans, for the next instalment after it was confirmed the BBC show would return for a seventh series. The 66-year-old star who plays the part of Superintendent Ted Hastings in the drama admitted that he and fellow cast members Martin Compston and Vicky McClure are a tight-knit group. And he said that while the trio are all keen to get back on set, they are simply waiting for the BBC to give them the nod. It comes after it was confirmed that creator Jed Mercurio had been working on a new script four years on from the dramatic series six finale. Sheridan Smith unrecognisable in first look at harrowing true-crime drama "There were signs that we were going to be doing something next year," Adrian recently told the Radio Times. "We're all waiting for the BBC to say, 'Yeah, it's happening.' "An official confirmation is what we're waiting on, but all the signs are very good. Jed hasn't given us any updates – he's beavering away, I suspect.' He added that Jed likes to keep the cast on their toes and admitted that Vicky usually gets the scripts first. He claimed that due to her speedy reading, she'd often tease the others by sending cryptic messages about the plot. Adrian has starred alongside Vicky and Martin amongst a host of others on what has became the broadcaster's highest-rated drama series in almost 20 years when it initially aired. At the end of series six, the master villain of the series was unmasked as Detective Superintendent Ian Buckells, played by Nigel Boyle. However, at the time some fans were disappointed by the reveal. Now, with more crime-fuelled drama on the horizon, it's expected to erupt once again. Christina Chong, who plays DI Nicola Rogerson, previously revealed she was contacted about reprising her role. She told the Daily Mail: 'So I have been asked about a season, is it seven? Yeah. Potentially, Nicola Rogerson will be back for season 7.' And while Vicky may not be filming the new series just yet, she is certainly keeping herself busy. She recently released her first ever music song as she sang alongside Jon McClure and Reverend and the Makers. Taking to Twitter /X last month, the band excitedly wrote: "ANNOUNCEMENT KLAXON. Absolutely buzzing to announce we have a new single about to drop featuring, on lead vocals for the first time ever, the living legend @Vicky_McClure ' (plus a bit on @jonathanowen71 on bass) "The video also features another living legend so stay tuned for that. Let's have some love for Vicky the singer eh?" Vicky then reshared the post to her own page and commented: "First for everything! No one cooler to do it with! @Reverend_Makers," followed by three red love heart emojis.
