Scattered showers stick around Saturday, cool winds blow through Sunday
A few scattered showers will stick around through lunchtime Saturday, keeping outdoor plans damp and chilly.

Athletic fields will be wet from overnight rain so grab some extra gear as you head out.
Temperatures will struggle to get back near 60 degrees, and 25 mph wind gusts will make it feel even cooler.
Saturday afternoon and evening look dry, but have a jacket or sweatshirt with you as temperatures will fall into the low 50s before midnight.
We finally shake off the chilly, damp weather on Sunday with sunshine and milder temperatures. Highs will climb into the upper 60s to near 70 degrees with even warmer weather on the way next week.
Summerlike weather opens up the first full week of June and highs could reach the mid-80s by Wednesday.

Sunny, much warmer Monday with highs in the 70s
Sunny and much warmer this afternoon. Highs are expected to be closer to normal in the low to mid-70s. Canadian wildfire smoke will increase in our sky again this afternoon and will keep the sky looking hazy. No impacts are expected here at this time from the smoke, but that may change on Tuesday, as smoke may mix down to the surface more. Temperatures drop overnight, smoke from Canadian wildfires creates hazy sky in our area
It will be pleasant but cool this evening as temperatures fall from the 60s into the 50s. Smoke from the Canadian wildfires is high in the atmosphere and keeping our sky looking hazy. No impacts are expected here at this time from the smoke, but that may change in the coming days. Smoke may increase in the area again on Monday evening and through the day on Tuesday. A Frost Advisory is in effect for Forest, Clarion and eastern Tucker counties from 1 a.m. through 8 a.m. Monday. Frost could damage or kill sensitive outdoor plants/vegetation, so make sure to cover them or bring them indoors before bed tonight. Monday will start chilly, but it will be sunny and much warmer by the afternoon. Highs are expected to be back closer to normal in the low to mid 70s. The sunny stretch continues Tuesday, but with much warmer marks, highs will jump into the 80s. The heat will continue through Thursday with highs in the 80s along with noticeably more humid air. Cool temperatures continue Saturday, warmer weather possible Sunday
It will be cold starting Sunday, but it will be brighter. Warmer temperatures will close out the weekend, with highs in the upper 60s. Marks will continue to climb again on Monday afternoon. Temperatures are in the 50s and will drop to the 40s. Make sure to take a jacket with you as you head out the door this evening. We will turn colder overnight; temperatures will fall around the 40-degree mark! It will be cold starting Sunday, but it will be brighter.
