Teddi Mellencamp is getting real about her health struggles.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared an update on her condition nearly two weeks after undergoing emergency surgery to remove multiple tumors from her brain.
Posting an X-ray of what appeared to be large masses in her head, Teddi wrote on Instagram Feb. 26, "I am so grateful for the incredible surgeons, doctor and nurses who made my surgery a success and my recovery process comfortable."
"In full transparency, more tumors were moved than expected: 4 in total," she continued. "This fight is not over, but that round has been won."
The 43-year-old went on to thank her friends and family—which includes her and ex 's kids Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5—for their "laughter, support and patience" during this challenging chapter.
"As I move on to the next steps in my treatment, I just wanted to say think you to everybody for the outpouring of love and prayers," she added in a message to her fans. "I see them, and they're definitely helping me stay strong."

Teddi sought medical help earlier in February after experiencing what she called "severe and debilitating headaches."
"Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization," she wrote in a Feb. 12 Instagram post. "After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months."
At the time, Teddi said she would be having the larger tumors removed in an operation, while the "remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date."
And for the Bravo star's family, the experience has been a roller coaster of emotions.
"Watching a loved one suffer is horrific," Justice Mellencamp—the younger of John Mellencamp's two children with ex Victoria Granucci—wrote of her older sister in a Feb. 16 Instagram Story. "She is by far the strongest person I know. So many emotions as I travel home today."
However, Justice noted that Teddi was in good hands. As she put it, "Her village is the best one I've ever seen and I'm so grateful for them!"

MAGA Celebs Trapped in Israel Amid Airstrikes

CNN pundit Scott Jennings and Olympian Caitlyn Jenner—both stalwart supporters of President Donald Trump—are stuck in Israel as the country exchanges airstrikes with Iran. The Israeli government shut down the country's main airport, Ben Gurion, in Tel Aviv on Thursday after launching what it described as a 'preemptive' air strike on Iran, killing several military commanders. 'Don't think I am getting out of Israel today!' Jennings wrote on X Friday Morning. 'But will continue to report on what I see and hear.' Jennings later posted a Daily Mail article reporting that both he and MAGA diehard Caitlyn Jenner had been marooned in Israel, joking, 'This headline is an all-time mad lib.' 'Good company,' Jenner replied. Jennings first posted about his visit to Israel on Monday, June 9, writing on X that he was taking a break from CNN for the week to 'journey through Israel.' Jenner, meanwhile, arrived in Tel Aviv on Wednesday to attend the city's Pride parade, according to The Hollywood Reporter. After Israel attacked Iran, Iran launched hundreds of ballistic missiles at Israel overnight. Israeli authorities later reported that most Iranian missiles had been intercepted. Jennings told the Daily Mail he was moved to a safe room when the strikes began. In a series of videos posted to X on Thursday and Friday, Jennings describes 'hearing booms in the distance' and adds, 'Iran missile attacks, I presume.' Jenner, 75, told an Israeli news station Friday morning that she'd spoken with her daughter, Kylie Jenner, and assured her, 'I'll keep myself safe, and they'll take care of me.' Jenner took to Instagram on Friday afternoon to express her continued support for Israel. Alongside a photo of her visit to the Western Wall in Jerusalem, she wrote, 'My heart is with Israel now and forever. Evil shall not prevail!' Jennings and Jenner are also both strong supporters of President Trump, who stood behind Israel's airstrikes on Iran, calling them 'excellent' on Friday morning. The United States is now assisting Israel in shooting down Iranian missiles. In her latest update, the former athlete shared an image of the sky in Tel Aviv during the airstrikes, writing, 'Pray for us all.'

What's Known About Brian Wilson's Cause of Death & Health Issues

At the time he died, legendary Beach Boy Brian Wilson was dealing with a series of serious health issues. The maestro behind the band's famous "California sound," Wilson passed away at age 82, according to a June 11 post by his family on Instagram. How did Wilson die? That post did not specify an official cause of death, and one has not yet been released. However, there is much known about the health problems he was dealing with before his death. In 2024, Wilson had declined to the degree that a Los Angeles court put him under a conservatorship, USA Today reported. Wilson had suffered the blow of his long-time wife Melinda's death; when she died at age 77 in January 2024, he memorialized her as his "savior," saying he was "lost." His decline at the time was attributed to an undefined "neurocognitive disorder," but it was later revealed that he had been diagnosed with dementia. Court filings in the conservatorship, seen by TMZ, revealed that Wilson was dealing with a "major neurocognitive disorder" and "taking medication for dementia," making it so he could not "properly care for his basic personal needs such as food, clothing, or shelter." That May, his daughters, Carnie and Wendy Wilson, opened up about his condition to Entertainment Tonight. Brian Wilson was well enough to attend the premiere of the Disney+ documentary on the Beach Boys. "He is doing great! He is doing great. Every day he is in physical therapy. I'm cooking for him, he's spending a lot of time with his children now, his family," Carnie said to ET. "I'm so happy he's here tonight." Throughout his life, Brian Wilson also dealt with "a rabbit hole of despair and depression when his highly anticipated masterwork was shelved unfinished," the Los Angeles Times reported. The Times also reported that Wilson was diagnosed with dementia after the death of his wife Melinda, which led to him being placed in the conservatorship. Wilson's family announced his death on June 11, writing on his Instagram page, "We are heartbroken to announce that our beloved father Brian Wilson has passed away. We are at a loss for words right now. Please respect our privacy at this time as our family is grieving. We realize that we are sharing our grief with the world. Love & Mercy." Brian Wilson, his brothers, and two other band members made music history with their California sound, which made them "international ambassadors of surf and sun," KTLA-TV Known About Brian Wilson's Cause of Death & Health Issues first appeared on Men's Journal on Jun 11, 2025
