Netflix viewers are already eagerly awaiting the second half of Wednesday season 2, following a nail-biting cliffhanger at the end of the first four episodes. The second series of the popular Netflix programme witnessed Jenna Ortega's Wednesday Addams returning to Nevermore for another academic term packed with fresh mystery, terror and, naturally, woe.
The opening half of series 2 has left audiences with numerous unresolved questions, particularly regarding the uncertain destiny of Wednesday's closest companion Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers). Furthermore, the latest season introduced several fresh antagonists, alongside some possible new allies.
But precisely when will Wednesday season 2 part 2 be released and how many episodes remain?
What is Wednesday season 2 about?
Wednesday co-showrunners and executive producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar told Tudum: "This season, Wednesday's journey is darker and more complex as she navigates family, friends, new mysteries, and old adversaries, propelling her headlong into another year at Nevermore."
Millar added: "Nothing is what it seems in Season 2. Wednesday goes into this season thinking she knows Nevermore. It's the first time she's returned to a school willingly.
"But as soon as she gets back, nothing happens that she's expecting. She thinks she's going to be in control, that she knows where all the bodies are buried, and she doesn't."
The show is also welcoming several new cast members, including pop sensation Lady Gaga, Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley and Thandiwe Newton, reports the Express.
When does Wednesday Season 2 part 2 come out?
Netflix is releasing the second half of Wednesday season 2 on Wednesday, September 3.
There are eight episodes in total, meaning that part 2 contains another four episodes.
The remaining four episodes, which have not yet had their titles revealed, will drop all in one go. The episodes released so far have all had similar titles:

During one particular extreme challenge set up by the show's producers, she says she had a near death experience. Taking to TikTok one user branded the documentary as "outrageous" as they added: "Throughout the entire series my jaw was on the floor, I was in a red hot rage." One person commented: "It's really horrific. I actually loved watching the Australian version at the time. How things have changed! Why didn't I see it then?" Another replied: "OMG I literally just finished binge watching this! Awful." In another video, one person said they were left in tears as another replied: "Glad I'm not the only one who just broke into tears." Over on X, one person wrote: "Netflix has been in their bag with these documentaries. This Biggest Loser Doc is crazy." Another said: "Anybody watch that Netflix doc about the Biggest Loser yet?
