Browns spokesperson Peter John-Baptiste acknowledged the situation, stating, "The team has addressed the tickets directly with Sanders and the tickets will be handled by him in the appropriate manner."

The season begins with a series against Sri Lanka A in Darwin on July 4. The Australia A coaching team for the Darwin series includes national pace bowling coach Adam Griffith, Australian women's team assistant coach Scott Prestwidge, and Northern Territory Cricket's Pathway and Development coach Trent Keep. "We're looking forward to Tim stepping into the Australia A head coach role this season and building on his involvement in national programs from the past two years.
