Estimated to be worth around Rs 20 crore, according to real estate platform Jugyah, 'Gangotri' is a serene oasis that seamlessly blends elegance with personal touches. As Farah Khan's vlog takes us inside, we're greeted by the welcoming security and staff, before stepping into the lush garden, where a tranquil Buddha statue sets the tone for a peaceful ambiance. Farah Khan and her cook, Dilip, were awestruck by the garden's beauty, with Farah remarking, 'Sonu is also like this statue, always calm and composed." The outdoor space is further elevated by a charming alfresco seating area, enveloped by lush greenery, perfectly capturing the home's serene and opulent essence.
Inside, the living space exudes elegance with its soothing white-and-cream color palette, complemented by coordinated sofas, a sleek center table and thoughtfully curated wall decor. The tour offers a glimpse into the family's personal spaces, starting with Ishant's ground-floor bedroom, designed in a sleek grey theme. The room showcases a striking canvas painting of a car, a creative masterpiece crafted by Ishant himself. Glass doors seamlessly connect the room to the lush outdoor garden. Upstairs, the family unwinds in their cozy media room, equipped with plush white sofas and a large screen, perfect for movie nights.
A standout feature in the home is a unique thread art portrait of Sonu Sood, gifted to him by a devoted fan, showcasing the actor's enduring connection with his admirers. Sonu shares a sneaker haven with his sons, bonding over their similar shoe sizes. In Ayaan's vibrant bedroom, a grey palette serves as the perfect backdrop for bold design elements, including an eye-catching anime-inspired wall mural and a bright yellow furniture unit that adds a pop of colour.
The balcony adjoining Ayaan's room is a serene oasis, shaded by lush trees, including a fruit-bearing mango tree. In a sweet moment, the family is seen picking up fallen mangoes, prompting Farah Khan to jokingly suggest that Sonu Sood venture into the mango business – a lighthearted moment that adds warmth to the tour.
