Ariana Grande to star with Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller in 'Fockers' sequel
July 28 (UPI) -- Universal announced Monday that Focker-in-Law, a new film in its Meet the Parents family franchise, is set for release in theaters on Nov. 25, 2026.
Returning cast members Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner, Owen Wilson and Teri Polo will star alongside Ariana Grande and Beanie Feldstein in Focker-in-Law.
John Hamburg -- whose credits include Along Came Polly, I Love You, Man and Why Him? -- is directing.

Meet the Parents was released in 2000 and was followed by 2004's Meet the Fockers and 2010's Little Fockers.

Epic Universe Will Portal Into Your House With a TV Special
Journey through the portals of Universal Epic Universe in an upcoming one-hour NBC special hosted by Joe Manganiello (One Piece). Inside the Worlds of Epic Universe will take viewers on a tour of America's newest state-of-the-art theme park, which features lands based on How to Train Your Dragon, Nintendo, the Universal Monsters, and Harry Potter. io9 got to visit earlier this year and can't wait to see the park again, even through the television screen. We're especially excited to return to the grounds of Darkmoor. If there's any sort of POV walk-through (much like the other park), that would be very neat. And even if the TV special is a thinly veiled advertisement to entice more visitors, we don't mind. In fact, we have some suggestions for future shows in this vein: how about an after-dark stroll through Dark Universe's spooky ambiance set to that epic Danny Elfman score to watch whenever we need a hit of immersive Universal Horror? What we do know so far about the special is that it will follow Manganiello experiencing Celestial Park, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. 'As a kid growing up a huge fan of the movies, I couldn't be more excited about diving into these immersive worlds that bring some of my all-time favorite characters to life,' Manganiello shared in the press release. 'From the iconic monsters of Dark Universe to the super-sized attractions of How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, there is something for everyone to enjoy.' Additionally, Universal family stars and creatives will stop by, including Bowen Yang (Wicked), Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World franchise), Jon M. Chu (Wicked), Mason Thames (How to Train Your Dragon), Matt Rogers, Michelle Yeoh (Wicked), Nico Parker (How to Train Your Dragon), Warwick Davis, and Vin Diesel. We have to note that's a lot of Wicked stars so we'd be happy if they finally announced a Wicked Oz portal, just sayin'. Plus our movie father, Steven Spielberg, will be featured in an extended interview about the cinematic worlds of Universal theme parks. Inside the Worlds of Epic Universe will air Wednesday, August 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT and will be available to stream the next day on Peacock. Law Roach Gives Update on Zendaya and Tom Holland's Wedding
Zendaya and Tom Holland have always kept their relationship (mostly) out of the spotlight. They've only walked a handful of red carpets together, rarely pose for photos as a couple, and had the most casually glamorous engagement announcement of all time. Needless to say, I doubt we'll be hearing much about their upcoming wedding—but thanks to their Zendaya's longtime stylist and friend Law Roach, fans finally have a Zendaya and Tom Holland wedding update. Before you do too much rejoicing, however, you should know that the update there is no update. 'The process hasn't even started yet,' Law told E! News when asked about the wedding. 'Zendaya is working on so many movies. She's now filming the next iteration of Dune, so she's away doing that. It's so many movies, so we have time. We have a lot of time.' Given Law's wedding update, it sounds like Zendaya and Tom are either planning a long engagement, keeping their wedding plans super under wraps, or getting married soon and using Law to keep the press away—three entirely plausible options. And to be fair to the couple, if there's one thing that we know for sure, it's that they are both booked and busy. As Law mentioned, Zendaya is currently in Europe filming Dune: Part Three, and in the coming year she'll be promoting Shrek 5, Euphoria season 3, and The Odyssey, in which Tom also stars. And on top of that, they'll both be back on set together to film Spider-Man: Brand New Day, currently in pre-production. Okay, so no big wedding anytime soon. But what about the dress? Asked what kind of bride Zendaya might be, Law responded, 'a secret bride.' Clearly, Z's longtime stylist knows how to keep a secret, so don't expect any wedding details from him. He did, however, gush over the couple. 'I'm really excited because I know that they really love each other and they have for a really long time,' he told E! News. 'The fact that the world has been able to share in that love story, I think it's really beautiful.'

'John Wick' spinoff 'Ballerina' on DVD Sept. 9

The film will be available on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD on September 9. After opening in theaters June 6, Ballerina has been available on premium video-on-demand since July 1. Ana de Armas stars as Eve Macarro, another assassin in the world inhabited by John Wick (Keanu Reeves). Wick joins her in several scenes in the spinoff and the film also stars Ian McShane and the late Lance Reddick in their roles from the John Wick series. UPI praised the spinoff in its review for its inventive new action scenes. De Armas and McShane also spoke with UPI about connecting the film to the John Wick franchise. Ballerina also features music by Evanescence and Halsey. Len Wiseman directed the film.
