Conor McGregor's fiancée Dee Devlin gives fighter new nickname after alleged cheating incident
Conor McGregor's fiancée Dee Devlin has once again come to the defence of her long-term beau following reports that the Irish fighter was seen kissing an unidentified woman.
The couple, who share four children and have been in a relationship for 15 years, became engaged in August 2020 when McGregor popped the question during his birthday celebrations. They first crossed paths as teenagers at a nightclub in 2008, and Devlin has been a steadfast presence by McGregor's side throughout his MMA career.
The 37-year-old UFC star was recently observed getting close to a brunette who wasn't Devlin, following a brief jet ski outing on a Florida beach. He was seen laying out a towel for the lady and draping an arm around her, with The Sun reporting that McGregor appeared to enjoy the company of other female admirers nearby.
Subsequent reports surfaced alleging that McGregor was also seen enjoying a dinner date with the same woman he was photographed kissing at the beach, celebrating his birthday at Padrino's Cuban Restaurant.
Despite the swirling rumours, Devlin has publicly displayed her unwavering support for McGregor.
In response to a recent topless photo of McGregor on Instagram, Devlin didn't hold back her affection.
Shortly after posting emojis indicating admiration and prayer, she added the comment: "My monster."
Dee also swiftly broke her silence after her long-time partner went viral for getting cosy with the woman.
She reposted a message from a fan account on Instagram that said: "Happy Birthday to the person who always keeps Dee entertained and makes her smile."
She then shared a collection of snaps featuring herself alongside McGregor. The controversy didn't stop there. Shortly after the incident, US rapper Azealia Banks released nude photos purportedly sent to her by the UFC star.
The images allegedly depicted the fighter weightlifting in the nude.
On Tuesday evening, McGregor appeared to boast about his anatomy in a series of posts and shares on his X page.
McGregor had been discussing Irish politics on Twitter, focusing on Mairead McGuinness's presidential bid, when he began reposting fan comments alluding to and making light of the alleged nude leak.
McGregor's first post on social media after the supposed nude photos of him were leaked was to share his morning ritual while on board his yacht.
In a video uploaded on X on Tuesday morning, the ex-two-weight UFC champion shared his morning ritual while aboard his yacht, which involved dunking his head in a bowl of ice-cold water with cucumber slices.
McGregor, who is currently soaking up the sun in Sardinia with his family, concluded the video with a grin, announcing: "We have arrived! The McGregors have arrived!"
