Robbie Williams Buys Real Housewives of Miami Star's Home

Yahoo29-07-2025
Robbie Williams is officially trading his home in the California Hills for Florida's glistening waterways. The British pop star purchased the home of reality TV veteran Dr. Nicole Martin of Real Housewives of Miami and her fiancé Anthony Lopez.
The mansion will be home to Robbie, his wife Ayda Field, and their family of six. It was previously owned by Nicole who stepped away from RHOM to focus on her family and postpartum depression. While the fans are missing her on reality TV, it looks like her real estate game is going strong.
Dr. Nicole Martin and Anthony Lopez sold their $40 million mansion to Robbie Williams
According to the New York Post, Nicole sold her Coral Gables mansion to Robbie in a $40 million off-market deal. An additional $5 was added for the furniture. Looks like Robbie like's Nicole's interior design taste.
She originally purchased the property in 2022 for $21.5 million. This was after selling her original Coral Gable property to Jeff Bezos' parents for $44 million. Since buying the new property, Nicole and Anthony completed a series of upscale renovations to the new place. She closed the deal with an $18.5 million profit minus expenses/renovations.
The property is part of the Old Cutler Bay neighborhood. It's a 19,380 square foot smart home and sits on a rare 1-acre peninsula lot with a 75-foot dock and 435 feet of water frontage. It has gorgeous views on all three sides.
And while the home is already gorgeous, Robbie plans to make renovations of his own. He is working with Manny Angela Varas, a Miami-based developer on a $5 million expansion of the property. The expansion will be a ground-up build and will add between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet.
Fans are missing her on the current season of RHOM but are hopeful that she'll return. For now, it hasn't stopped her weighing in on some of the drama including the feud between Guerdy Abraira and Julia Lemigova.
The Real Housewives of Miami continues Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. The show streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.

Banned Steam game VILE: Exhumed is back as a free shareware title

After her game was banned from sale on Steam in a baffling decision with no appeal option , solo developer Cara Cadaver has made VILE: Exhumed available as shareware under a Creative Commons license. The project can be downloaded for free, but players can opt to donate in support of the solo developer's work. Both Cara and publisher DreadXP will pay forward those donations, with 50 percent of the game's profits being given to the Toronto-based charity Red Door Family Shelter . The group aids families, refugees and women who are escaping violence. Both Steam and have recently adopted sweeping and vague policies regarding their approach to projects with adult content due to pressure from payment processors . has begun re-indexing some projects, but only free ones . These changes have disproportionately impacted projects by underrepresented and queer creators, according to a statement from the International Game Developers Association that condemned the broad delisting of adult games. In her post announcing the new distribution plan for VILE: Exhumed , Cara summed up the situation pretty aptly: "What this actually results in is taking power and storytelling away from women, other marginalized artists, and ultimately, from everyone."
