Viineet's monumental rise has been spearheaded by the roaring success of Chhaava, a historical epic that has taken the nation by storm. The film alone accounts for ₹807.88 crore of his total, making it one of the highest-grossing films of the year. But Viineet's dominance doesn't stop there. His gritty role in Jaat added another ₹118.36 crore to his tally, while Superboys of Malegaon, a smaller but well-received film, contributed ₹6.11 crore, rounding out an exceptional year for the actor.
Hot on his heels is Vicky Kaushal, who also starred in Chhaava and matched the film's ₹807.88 crore take. The film's dual lead structure has worked immensely in both actors' favor, and Vicky's nuanced performance has only cemented his status as a bankable and respected star. Though he trails Viineet in total box office earnings for the year, Kaushal remains a vital part of Bollywood's evolving new guard.
In third place is Akshay Kumar, whose remarkable consistency continues to pay dividends. With four releases this year—Housefull 5, Kesari Chapter 2, Sky Force, and Kannappa—Akshay has amassed a formidable ₹623.95 crore at the box office. While none of the films individually hit the astronomical numbers of Chhaava, their combined strength has kept Kumar firmly in the top three and demonstrated his unparalleled mass appeal.
Aamir Khan, known for his selective and impactful filmography, occupies the fourth spot with Sitaare Zameen Par bringing in ₹245.90 crore. As a spiritual successor to Taare Zameen Par, the film has resonated with both critics and audiences, further solidifying Aamir's reputation for delivering emotionally stirring cinema.
Ajay Devgn follows closely behind at number five, thanks to his two releases—Raid 2 and Azaad—which together earned ₹245.46 crore. His portrayal of tough, principled characters continues to draw loyal audiences, even as newer actors are making their presence felt.
Rounding out the list is Salman Khan, whose much-anticipated actioner Sikandar grossed ₹184.6 crore. While this is lower than his usual blockbuster numbers, Salman remains a strong player at the box office and a perennial favorite among his fans.

Evaarah was born on March 24, when Rahul was on leave during IPL 2025, but he rejoined Delhi Capitals only two days later and then came to England in early June, just days after the tournament was concluded. However, off the field, staying in England without his wife, actress Athiya Shetty, and young family hasn't been easy. He said joining the India 'A' squad for a tour game against England Lions before the Test series was a difficult decision to make, too. 'Yeah, it's a great time in my life for my family," Rahul told former teammate Cheteshwar Pujara on the Sony Sports broadcast. 'I've always loved children. I've always wanted children for a long time. So, made me and my family really really happy. We're in a great place. She's a beautiful little girl. It's brought so much happiness into our lives," he added. 'I have done a little bit (father duties), but unfortunately, two days after she was born, I had to go play the IPL game. And I tried in whatever breaks we got during the IPL to go back for a couple of days and then finish the IPL. It was really hard to take that decision to come here and play that India A game as well because I had not spent any time with her and I knew when I came here, I won't see her for another two months," Rahul said. The tour concludes on August 4 after the final Test and as of now, there's nothing scheduled for India in the month. Rahul said that he's always on the 'baby camera' watching his daughter and is glad to have the support of his family in this time. 'There were some really hard decisions that I've had to make in the last few months. But yeah, I thought that that was the right thing to do for me professionally and my family's been really supportive. My wife was very supportive. So, I came here. So, I haven't seen her and I just keep seeing her pictures and I'm always on the baby camera. Making sure I don't miss anything or any part of her growth. So, it's a difficult thing to do when you're traveling and playing and you miss each day," he said.
