The newly-single and self-proclaimed 'sexy boss b**ch' recently found herself at the centre of a barrage of abuse from trolls, slamming her for sharing such revealing pictures considering she's got three children.
"Please put your kids first, it's embarrassing for them," one wrote.
Meanwhile, a second snapped: "Do us a favour - put some clothes on.'
But now, the Coronation Street and Celebs Go Dating star who recently split from her boyfriend, former non-league footballer Robbie Talbot, 45, after a year together, has fired back at those who criticised her.
Posting on Instagram, the blonde-haired beauty filmed herself wearing a stunning black underwear set from Nikki Intimates Lingerie.
In the short clip, viewers saw Helen, who has previously been labelled as 'trashy' by mum-shamers, confidently pose for the camera, before flashing a cheesy grin.
Moments later, the influencer burst into fights of laughter, clearly unbothered by the cruel comments on her social media posts.
Proudly showing off her enviable figure and £5k boob job which she had in January 2023, Helen then revealed the things she is 'not falling for', including 'coffee over matcha' and 'dieting.'
Not only does Helen not believe in 'living with regret', but she also claimed that she wouldn't fall for 'not using [her] voice.'
Eager to silence the trolls, Helen, who previously confessed that her kids go to bed at midnight and admitted she is always late for school, repeated herself as she wrote: 'Mum shaming and not dad shaming.

'Caring what people think.
'Shaming women and not shaming men.
'Mum shaming.'
She also claimed that she won't ever 'suppress' her ADHD, which she described as 'a fun vibe and never a dull moment.'
Not only this, but she even poked fun at her ex-partners, as stressed she won't fall for 'hoping [people] change as they never do.'

Meghan's kids will be SO annoyed when they grow up & realise how they were used by her on Instagram, experts say

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) MEGHAN Markle's children will be so annoyed when they grow up and realise how they were used by her on Instagram, experts have said. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, will suffer a 'terrible revenge,' according to royal watchers who appeared on The Sun's Royal Exclusive show. Mr Vickers told the paper's royal editor Matt Wilkinson: 'I just think there's gonna be a terrible revenge when those children grow up. 'I mean, I don't know about you but I would be very annoyed if I found that I'd been used in all these posts in a strange way by my parents.' The prince and princess were recently featured in a social media post during a trip to Disneyland. Mr Vickers added: 'Equally they're also going to grow up at one point and discover that they never knew their grandparents, their grandfathers. 'I mean Mr Markle, of course he's a broken man, but he's a rather sweet man actually and he did a lot for that girl when she was growing up don't you think?' Ms Gill said: 'I spoke to him a couple days ago actually and he's just absolutely still distraught about the fact that he still doesn't have contact with Meghan.' Mr Vickers said: 'And then of course they will also wake up to realise that they could have been the cousin to Prince George, a future king and they could have been over here having a nice time and with the other children their cousins they aren't gonna know them.' Talking about the apparent change in social media strategy from the Sussexes, Ms Gill said: 'I mean it's pretty interesting this new Instagram PR strategy though I must say. 'I know we talk about the backs of the children's heads. How dare Meghan lecture the royal on 'truth'? Her whole brand is built on LIES 'The children's faces were front and centre of those videos, so it seems like this new PR team has just chucked everything that she previously had out the door and said no we want you twerking we want the kids faces and we want everything out there and we want the public to be able to dissect it. 'So that's a very interesting sort of shift for that brand Meghan and Harry and I really think that it's tragic that the King and Thomas Markle senior were not included at all and not in the children's lives. 'It's really a tragedy.' Elsewhere in our exclusive chat, Matt noted how he was stunned at Meghan's latest podcast interview where she asked people to "tell the truth about her". Samara added that perhaps the "revolving door of staff" the Sussexes have employed may shed more light on "truth". Countless staff members have joined a long list of people who over the years no longer wish to associate with the mum-of-two. Samara also referenced bullying allegations levelled at her from staff during her time at Kensington Palace. The royal expert added: "I don't want to listen to this woman about truth. "The fact of the matter is that she is a constant liar." The Duchess of Sussex recently appeared on her podcast alongside friend Emma Grede, CEO of Good American, where she seemed to take several digs at the Royal Family. On the podcast, Meghan revealed that she wanted people to "tell the truth" about her, when asked "if you you could rewrite your public narrative from scratch, is there anything you would do differently?" The Duchess went on to share advice that she had received from Serena Williams regarding how she was viewed in the public after falling love with Prince Harry. "My dear friend Serena, she told me years ago: 'A lie can't live forever,'" said Meghan. But Hugo, agreed with Samara on the issue and questioned how accurate Meghan's accusatory comments actually were. He said: "I think Samara and I, as well as others, do tell the truth about her and I don't think she likes it very much." The royal expert added: "No one would actually listen to Meghan Markle if it wasn't for the fact she married Prince Harry. "It's because she's married to Harry it gives the soap opera quality that seems to appeal to everyone. "Otherwise would not really care about her, a lot of other people are doing stuff similar to her on social media anyway." It comes after the Duchess broke her silence on her cringey twerking video after it sparked wild conspiracy theories. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, posted the footage earlier this month showing her and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital room as she tried to induce daughter Lilibet's birth in 2021. 6 Harry and Meghan's children featured in a number of photos posted to social media Credit: Instagram 6 Meghan has been pushing her podcast Credit: YouTube

Lauryn Goodman slams trolls after social services called on her kids

Lauryn Goodman has spoken out about her horrific experience with notorious gossip website Tattle Life, saying that social services were even called over her kids she shares with Kyle Walker. Reality television star Lauryn Goodman has spoken out about the harassment she faced from trolls. Including some who called social services on her children with Kyle Walker, after being targeted on a notorious gossip website. Lauryn, 34, has been subjected to horrible slurs from "keyboard warriors" on the "toxic" Tattle Life site. The disgraced platform allowed users to anonymously post intimate and private details about celebs and influencers, often spreading and fuelling gossip. ‌ The site has caused irreparable harm to both celebs and wide businesses. Those affected by the site include well-known stars like Katie Price, Alice Evans, Stacey Solomon, and Molly-Mae Hague. ‌ Tattle Life's founder, Sebastian Bond, has recently been identified after spreading false and hurtful claims about couple Neil and Donna Sands. The couple won a substantial £300,000 libel payout due to a defamatory 45-page thread on the website. Fashion influencer and clothing brand Sylkie owner Donna, and tech entrepreneur Neil, received damages for the harassment and defamation suffered, according to reports in the Mirror. Lauryn connected with the couple on Instagram and formed a WhatsApp group to attempt to identify the individuals responsible for spreading the malicious rumours on the site. Recounting her dreadful ordeal with the site, she told the Mail that it all started during lockdown when she was expecting her eldest son Kairo with footballer Kyle while he was on a 'break' from his wife Annie Kilner. She alleged that Tattle users slandered her, accusing her of being an escort paid to travel to Hong Kong for sexual encounters. As her relationship with Kyle became public knowledge, she explained that Tattle users began directing vile abuse at her kids. ‌ "They have called my children so many nasty, nasty things which I don't ever want to say because it's so disgusting. They used terms for children born out of wedlock, horrible terms that you shouldn't refer any child by. "They're so innocent – they're minors and it's sick. I can't understand why anyone would do this to kids. They think they are funny with it but there is nothing funny about it, what have my children done to deserve this? Take away my part in the mess, what have they done? It's a form of harassment." The situation escalated further when she disclosed that social services had been falsely alerted about her, with claims that Kairo and Kinara were not being cared for properly. Confessing her embarrassment, she said: "People from Tattle were anonymously ringing social services. They say it on the website too, things like: 'She's going to be getting a call from social services...' and the next thing, I get one." ‌ Lauryn stated that there had been two interventions from social services, which she described as "just horrible". "They say my children aren't loved but they are, they get hugs all of the time and I read a book to them every night," she said. "They said stuff like I don't feed them and when Kairo was a baby they said I was starving him. I mean, I was exclusively breast pumping to give him milk all hours. It was horrible, it was mean and it is totally unacceptable." ‌ She then disclosed that Kinara's name first surfaced on Tattle Life, a detail she hadn't made public and had only shared with close friends and family. "Inevitably, it caused trust issues for me. It makes me paranoid," Lauryn expressed. "It gave me anxiety and it changed me. I used to be outgoing but now I'm a nervous wreck." ‌ The influencer also voiced her deep concern over how individuals on the site would track her favourite coffee shop locations or other places she visited. She further alleged that her medical records were discussed on the site, along with outrageous claims that she was "off her head on the gear", implying cocaine use. Lauryn denies ever using drugs. She added: "They contact the companies and point out bad things about people and then they get dropped and that means they lose money, this is affecting people's livelihoods and it's not fair." After her widely covered court case with Kyle, Lauryn revealed how the public attention intensified for her. She commented: "I feel like it has impacted me in quite a lot of ways, not just defamation and libel issues but it has contributed to the circus and the narrative of the saga with Kyle."
