Fox show host Colin Cowherd continues to be a fun listen, with one of his latest obsessions being Bill Belichick's North Carolina.

The former NFL coach, who won six Super Bowls while leading the New England Patriots, shocked the football universe when he accepted the Tar Heels' Job in December 2024, as many believed he wanted to return to a professional locker room.
Now, he's coaching college students and is on the front lines of recruitment. Belichick recently helped flip four-star safety Jakob Weatherspoon's commitment from Ohio State to North Carolina, and Cowherd loves it.
'Ohio State lost like a four-star recruit to Bill Belichick and North Carolina. I'm fascinated with this story,' Cowherd said. He's a grumpy 73-year-old who never really showed any interest in college football.'

Despite being less experienced at the college level, Cowherd sees potential for a breakout season due to their competition being worse than that of other major conferences.
'I think if Belichick was in the SEC or Big 10, he'd get absolutely rolled, but the ACC is so God awful outside of Clemson. He may just coach his way to a lot of wins,' Cowherd said.
'If you look at the schedule, it's not exactly powerhouses. The oddsmakers, they've given them the ninth best odds to win the horrible ACC,' he added.
With South Alabama transfer quarterback potentially emerging as a dual-threat talent, Belichick's tactical brilliance could shine. As the Tar Heels prepare for their season opener against TCU, the mixture of a manageable schedule and Belichick's football knowledge could make them a school to watch in 2025.

Perkins delivers winning hit as Brewers rally to beat Marlins 3-2 and avoid sweep
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Blake Perkins singled home the winning run in the ninth inning as the Milwaukee Brewers rallied to beat the Miami Marlins 3-2 on Sunday. The Brewers erased a 2-1 deficit by scoring in each of the final two innings to avoid the sweep. The Brewers have been swept just once, in their opening series of the season at Yankee Stadium. Eric Haase hit a one-out bloop single to center off Cade Gibson (2-5) in the ninth and advanced to third on Brice Turang's broken-bat double down the left-field line. Gibson intentionally walked Jackson Chourio to load the bases. Perkins then lofted a 3-2 pitch well over the head of center fielder Dane Myers. Perkins had scored the tying run in the eighth after entering as a pinch-runner, stealing second and coming home on Andrew Vaughn's two-out, ground-rule double off Ronny Henriquez. Alex Bregman hits 2-run HR, Red Sox take series vs. Dodgers with 4-3 win
BOSTON (AP) — Alex Bregman hit a go-ahead, two-run homer in the fifth inning and the Boston Red Sox hung on to beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-3 Sunday for a series win. Rookie Roman Anthony added an RBI triple for the Red Sox, who captured their first series since the All-Star break. Boston had a 10-game winning streak entering the break. Boston closer Aroldis Chapman walked off the mound with an apparent injury in the eighth inning. In to face the top of the Dodgers' order, his velocity was noticeably down to the mid-90 mph on his fastball instead of the high 90s to low 100s.
