Grimes Turns to Twitter to Beg for Elon Musk's Attention Amid Child's 'Medical Crisis'
Grimes has apparently had no choice but to take to the social media platform owned by her ex-partner, Elon Musk, publicly pleading for his 'immediate attention' regarding a 'medical crisis' involving one of their children.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, Grimes wrote to Musk, 'Plz respond about our child's medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention.'
'If you don't want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can more forward on solving this. This is urgent, Elon,' Grimes added.
Responding to a fan in another post, Grimes wrote, 'I'm not giving any details but he won't respond to texts calls or emails and has skipped every meeting and our child will suffer life long impairment if he doesn't respond asap, so I need him to fucking respond and if I have to apply public pressure then I guess that's where we are at.'
Grimes began dating Musk in 2018, and their on-again, off-again relationship lasted until 2022. They share three children and have been embroiled in a parental rights dispute over custody for the past year.
Musk has yet to acknowledge Grimes' posts—more disturbingly, it appears that he or someone at X may be shadow-banning them to limit their visibility.

Mastodon in a 'State of Unfathomable Sadness' Over Brent Hinds' Death
The post Mastodon in a 'State of Unfathomable Sadness' Over Brent Hinds' Death appeared first on Consequence. Following this morning's tragic news that Brent Hinds died in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday night (August 20th), Mastodon have issued a statement regarding their former singer-guitarist's passing. On its official Instagram account, the band wrote the following: 'We are in a state of unfathomable sadness and grief… last night Brent Hinds passed away as a result of a tragic accident. We are heartbroken, shocked, and still trying to process the loss of this creative force with whom we've shared so many triumphs, milestones, and the creation of music that has touched the hearts of so many. Our hearts are with Brent's family, friends, and fans. At this time, we please ask that you respect everyone's privacy during this difficult time. RIP Brent.' Hinds co-founded Mastodon in 2000, and remained with the acclaimed metal act until earlier this year, when the band decided to part ways with the singer-guitarist. In recent weeks, Hinds had expressed anger toward his former Mastodon bandmates, hurling some harsh insults at them for kicking him out of the band. Hinds appeared on all eight of Mastodon's studio albums, including their most recent effort, 2021's Hushed and Grim. See Mastodon's Instagram post below. The five other variants are specific to other retailers. Pre-orders and pressing information can be found via the band's website. Meliora, which was released 10 years ago today (August 21st), stands as arguably the most celebrated Ghost album, with numerous tracks ('He Is,' 'Mummy Dust,' 'Spirit,' and 'Cirice') making in into the band's setlist during its recent stadium tour. Notably, 'Cirice' garnered the band the 2015 Grammy for Best Metal Performance.
