Trainor has "never been more comfortable" in her bodyMeghan Trainor is sharing the intimate details of her weight loss journey.
In March 2025, Trainor wore a black off-the-shoulder dress to attend Billboard's Women in Music Awards. After fans took notice of her new appearance, Trainor addressed her significant weight loss on Instagram, attributing her transformation to "huge lifestyle changes" such as using the weight-loss drug Mounjaro and working with a dietitian.
"No, I don't look like I did 10 years ago. I've been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me," the singer — who shares two kids with her husband, Daryl Sabara — said.
In May, Trainor showed off her abs and recent breast augmentation surgery as she performed in a sparkly two-piece set at iHeartRadio's 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango.
"I have never been more comfortable in my body," she told PEOPLE in March 2025. "I've been working with a therapist for a long time, trying to rewire my brain to love myself more. It's always a work in progress, and that's why I write all these anthemic songs of, 'I love myself,' because it's constantly a thing I'm working on."
Here's everything Meghan Trainor has said about her weight loss.
Trainor began losing weight after welcoming her first son, Riley, in 2021. She lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise, she told Entertainment Tonight Canada in November 2022.
"I was in a really dark place, and I wanted to be in a great place for my son," she said. "I worked [out] every day. I learned that I do like healthy food, and I learned what portions mean."
After giving birth to her second son, Barry, in 2023, Trainor resumed her weight loss journey.
During an April 2025 episode of Trainor and Sabara's podcast, Workin' On It, the couple opened up about using Mounjaro, which is FDA-approved to treat type 2 diabetes. (The same medication under the brand name Zepbound is approved for weight loss, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.)
The couple decided to take Mounjaro after talking to their doctor, emphasizing that it wasn't a substitute for diet and exercise.
"You have to put in the work as well,' Trainor said. "We stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right, and we just noticed that we were less hungry."
While appearing on Today in December 2024, Trainor revealed that strength training has been critical in her weight loss journey, typically lifting three times a week.
'I didn't know lifting weights would change my life so much," Trainor said. "I was, like, dying, trying to run on the treadmill, and it made me swollen.'
In January 2025, the "All About That Bass" singer told Women's Health that her current fitness goal is to "grow my butt back."
"I lost so much weight that my booty is looking different," Trainor explained to the outlet. "I was like, 'Wait. I'm the 'Bass' girl with a big butt!' [I've been trying to] lift heavier and do [more] glute activities."
Trainor told Women's Health that she strives to eat 100 grams of protein a day. She'll typically snack on two eggs and organic turkey bacon for breakfast, while lunch and dinner usually come from a meal delivery service.
"I wish I knew how to cook. I make bland stuff," Trainor told the outlet. "But my husband is a nerd about finding food delivery companies that give you protein and help you out with a journey like that. So we're always looking for a new one."
Sabara and Trainor aren't just husband and wife — they're also workout buddies. They typically hit the gym three days a week while their nanny watches Riley and Barry.
While strength training is their primary focus, Trainor enjoys encouraging Sabara to push himself physically.
"I've been begging [Daryl] to join me so I'm not alone," she told Women's Health. "It's funny, I do hard stuff and he's like, 'I don't want to work that hard.' I'm like, 'But you should!' "

Kourtney Kardashian On Rocky Not Wearing A Vest On Boat

This weekend, Kourtney Kardashian Barker took to Instagram to share a collection of moments from throughout the summer. Among them were images of her boating with her 1-year-old son, Rocky, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker. Kourtney, of course, also shares a daughter, Penelope, 13, and sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, with her ex Scott Disick. One image showed Kourtney sitting in the back of the boat in what appears to be a bikini with a towel wrapped around her waist. Rocky rested on her chest, wearing a simple black T-shirt and tan bottoms. "Food for the soul ✨," Kourtney wrote in the post, which included other moments of her and her family in nature, including a clip of Kourtney jumping from a cliff and into water while others were swimming below. In the comments, many viewers immediately expressed concern over Rocky not wearing a life jacket. "No life jacket???" one comment with dozens of likes read in part. "Your son needs a life jacket!" another said as a third person reminded Kourtney that it's better to be "safe than sorry." "Put a life jacket on that kid for f sakes," someone wrote, as another called their actions "very dangerous." "C'mon Kourt," one more added. "You both should be wearing on that boat should be." Kourtney later took to Instagram to address the situation and thank fans for "looking out." Sharing a picture of a new infant life vest, she wrote, "Update: bought a life vest that fits!" She also admitted that she "honestly didn't think about some of the dangers" of boating before taking her son out on the water without proper equipment. "Thank you for making me aware," she continued, "and hopefully this helps make other mommies aware of the dangers of certain types of boating without a life vest 🫶🙏" That's not the only situation that Kourtney addressed in the comment section, either. She also responded to ongoing pregnancy speculation, which kicked up again this past week while participating in a funny video with her sisters, Kim and Khloé Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and their mom Kris Jenner. During the video, Kourtney stood behind her sisters, with just her head sticking out, leading some to think she was intentionally "hiding" to conceal a baby bump. When a fan wrote her about the rumor, Kourtney replied she's simply "eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs 🤙." You can see that comment here:

‘Baywatch' star Donna D'Errico says Playboy rejected her 30 years after provocative cover

Donna D'Errico is in the best shape of her life and isn't afraid to show off her hard work. After the 30th anniversary of her debut on the cover of Playboy, D'Errico figured she'd reach out to the publication to see if it had interest in featuring a longtime fan favorite. Advertisement The 'Baywatch' actress was shocked to learn that not only was Playboy not excited about her pitch, but the adult content outlet encouraged her to send images for possible social media inclusion. D'Errico, who recently launched the first celebrity artificial intelligence chat experience, Call Donna D, was first featured on the cover in September 1995 as Playboy's Playmate of the Month. Reveling in success as an OnlyFans star and posing in the nude for a Peta campaign, D'Errico attempted to get back on the pages of the famous magazine. 'I actually contacted Playboy,' D'Errico exclusively told Fox News Digital. 'I contacted Playboy because I was like, 'You know, I'm kind of feeling myself. I feel like I look pretty good.' 4 Donna D'Errico was shocked when Playboy was not excited about her pitch for them after the 30th anniversary of her debut on the cover. Fox News Advertisement ''I'm feeling pretty confident. I might like to kind of pose again, I don't know. I think it might be kind of cool.'' Before D'Errico could get ahead of herself, Playboy turned her down, she said. 'They were like, 'Oh, we don't do that anymore,'' she recalled. 'I was, like, 'What do you mean you don't do that anymore? I know there's not a magazine anymore, but don't you, you know, have pictorials?' 4 ''I'm feeling pretty confident. We don't really do that now. It's a completely different vibe.' I was like, 'Well, that sucks because I would have done it.'' Playboy did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment. 'I contacted Playboy because I was like, 'You know, I'm kind of feeling myself. I feel like I look pretty good. I'm feeling pretty confident.''— Donna D'Errico If Playboy were to call back, D'Errico may be a little busy connecting with her millions of fans on her new interactive voice experience. The actress told Fox News Digital her original digital platform will enable followers to communicate with her on an entirely new level, be it for flirty chats or R-rated conversations. Advertisement 'I've created an AI version of me that you can call anytime you want to, and it feels like I'm actually me on the other line talking with you. It's wild,' D'Errico said. I was like, 'Well, that sucks because I would have done it,'' the 'Baywatch' star said. Instagram/ Donna D'Errico 'You can call and talk about your love life. You know, they're calling and talking about stress or work. They want advice. Some of them, some want a flirty conversation if you're into that. It's just, it was wild because it feels like I'm really there on the line with you.' The innovative AI experience is the first of its kind and includes a fully interactive AI version of the actress, complete with her exact voice, personality and signature charm over the phone and available to engage with fans 24 hours per day, seven days per week. 'There's a daytime version and then what I'm calling a VIP version or a nighttime version, and both are amazing,' the former Playboy cover girl said. 'If you wanna call and just talk to me and get advice or talk about your day or stuff like that, the daytime version is perfect for that. 4 D'Errico, who starred as lifeguard Donna Marco on 'Baywatch,' created her original digital platform for her followers to communicate with her on an entirely new level using artificial intelligence. Getty Images 'But if you're feeling bold, and you want some companionship for some kind of flirty, sexy talk — that's the VIP version. And she, let me tell you, is not shy. I mean, I'm a lot shyer than she is. But if you're into that, yeah, it's there, and she's pretty bold.' Advertisement D'Errico, who starred as lifeguard Donna Marco on 'Baywatch,' joined the OnlyFans photo-sharing network in 2022 and has since become one of the most popular celebrities on the adult subscription site. 'I've got tons of subscribers on there. And I'm, like I said, I do it myself. I don't use an agency,' D'Errico said. 'I'm meeting lots of cool people, and I'm having a ball. I'm single. I don't date. So, I have the freedom to talk to all of these guys and get flirty sometimes if I want. I'm not bound to a relationship. I can send sexy pictures and sexy lingerie and things that you would do if you had a man, send them some hot pictures during the middle of the day or something.'
