Sophie Turner issues savage response to mum shamer who accuses her of abandoning kids

Game of Thrones star and mum-of-two, Sophie Turner, shared a snap of herself at an Oasis concert, larking about with a pal, but one of her followers was not impressed
Sophie Turner has slammed a fan, who accused her of abandoning her two children, in a savage exchange on Instagram. The Game of Thrones star, 29, shares daughters, Willa, four, and Delphine, two, with her ex-husband, Joe Jonas.

The actress, who is reportedly back with her on/off boyfriend, aristocrat, Peregrine Pearson, co-parents her kids with Joe, who lives in LA, and was quick to point this out to a follower, who accused Sophie of 'forgetting' about her daughters.

Taking to Instagram, sharing a snap of herself and a pal, larking about at Oasis' gig in London last week, the Sansa Stark star wrote: "Bucket hats and beers. That'll do me. Thank you @Levis." It comes as Noel Gallagher was seen in tears at the band's latest gig in Edinburgh at the weekend.

Responding to Sophie, one of her followers said: "Lmfao I think she has forgotten that she has two kids." However, Sophie shot back: "Ah, I'm so sorry, sometimes, I forget some people can't think for themselves.
"So, get this... There's this crazy thing called shared custody. Maybe, just maybe, they were with their dad that day."

Sophie was married to Joe from 2019 to 2023 before the singer filed for divorce in September 2023, which kick-started a lengthy and messy custody battle.
While Sophie is British, and petitioned to be able to travel across the pond with her kids, Joe hails from New Jersey and wanted to keep them nearby.
The former couple ultimately agreed to share custody.

"After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK," the now exes said in a statement to Us Weekly at the time.
"We look forward to being great coparents."

While they were together, Sophie and Joe delighted their fans by regularly sharing sharing snaps of themselves, looking loved up. Sophie even appeared in a music video for the Jonas Brothers - alongside Joe's brothers Nick, and Kevin, and their respective wives Priyanka Chopra, and Danielle Deleasa.
However, their relationship wasn't to be and last year, the actress shared her hopes for the future of her two daughters, while navigating life as single mum.
Speaking to Harpers Bazar, Sophie said she hopes her children regard her as a successful provider for them, sharing: "I want them to see me having a social life and enjoying work and thriving in my career and relationships. I want them to see a hard-working mum. I'll come back and say, 'This is why Mummy was away – it's because she's doing this for you, so Father Christmas can come with a big bundle of presents'.".

Katie Price's defiant post about motherhood after denying 'rift' with Princess Andre

Katie Price has shared a quote about parenthood following the launch of her daughter Princess Andre's reality TV show, which she had previously said that she wouldn't watch A post about motherhood has been shared by Katie Price this week amid speculation over her relationship with her eldest daughter Princess Andre. It comes following the launch of the Princess Diaries over the weekend. ‌ Katie, 47, has claimed she wasn't allowed to appear in the ITV show, which follows Princess, 18, who's the youngest of her two children with her ex-husband Peter Andre, 52. She's also criticised the teenager's management for not "allowing" her to guide her daughter in her career. ‌ ‌ READ MORE: Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss Katie shared a post about being a mother, which had been uploaded by the page INEX Digital Wealth on Instagram, with her followers on the platform this afternoon. It appeared to be titled: "Your mom is not your enemy." It read: "She may not always say things the way you want to hear them, but her heart is always in the right place. She's the one who worries when you're hurting, prays when you're lost, and stands by you even when the world doesn't." ‌ The post shared by Katie concluded: "She's not trying to control you. She's trying to protect you. She may not be perfect, but she's the only woman in this world who truly wants what's best for you, even if it costs her everything." Princess is the third eldest of Katie's five children. Her family also includes Junior Andre, 20, who is the eldest of her two kids with Peter, and eldest son Harvey Price, 23. It comes after the Princess Diaries launched last night. Katie had previously said that she wouldn't be watching it and expressed her disappointment over her apparent lack of involvement with her eldest daughter's career to date. ‌ As previously reported, she said on an episode of the Katie Price Show podcast that she had offered to take part in the reality TV show 'for free' but was turned down. Katie said she's "very upset" that Princess' career is being managed by her ex-husband Peter's management, the CAN Group, who she alleged consider Katie to be "trash". Katie said on the podcast: "Princess is taking that same path [as I did in my career] – trying to do the same as what I've done – which I absolutely love and adore of Princess but I have not been allowed to go on any photoshoot, no signings or Superdrug openings or anything like that. Why? Because I'm not allowed and I'm not welcome." ‌ And dismissing rumours of a rift between the mother and daughter, Katie said: "Me and Princess have never, ever, ever had an argument to this day or a disagreement. We get on like best friends, mother and daughter. Princess lives with me and she stays at her dad's. Now, she's been staying at her dad's the past two months because she's been filming her show. And our personal life together is amazing." As reported last night, Princess spoke about her mother in the first episode of her show and said that she's like a "best friend". She's quoted as having said in a scene: "Me and my mum now, we're so close. We're like best friends." In a statement, Princess' management later responded to Katie's criticism. The CAN Group told the Mirror recently: "As a company, our duty of care to our clients is paramount. We would never advise a client on their personal life unless asked and we have never stopped anyone seeing their families."

Oasis 'flooded with huge offers for 2026 shows including Knebworth' amid reunion success

Liam and Noel Gallagher could carry on their huge Oasis reunion tour into next year as offers have reportedly been put to the band as the decision is all in their hands Oasis are said to have been inundaded with offers for shows for next year following their mega reunion this year. Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher put their decades long feud aside as they reunited the iconic band for a string of shows. ‌ They kicked off in Cardiff last month before heading to Manchester, London and Edinburgh. The Britpop stars are set to carry on to Dublin before moving over to the US, Asia, Australasia and South America. ‌ Rumours have already been circulating that Oasis could carry on into 2026. It comes after Paul Weller revealed the unusual reason he refuses to watch Oasis concerts. ‌ Fans are hoping Oasis will head to Knebworth House next year as they mark the 30th anniversary of their two historic shows there. It would mean they would tip rival Robbie Williams off the post as the artist to have played the most shows at the Hertfordshire venue. According to the Sun, Oasis has been offered four dates at Knebworth along with a possible residency at their beloved Manchester City's Etihad Stadium. Fake posters of a 2026 tour have already appeared online as fans hold out hope for a chance to see the brothers back in action. ‌ However, it all boils down to whether Liam and Noel are really up for carrying it on. 'They'll be having a well-earned holiday as soon as this tour finishes later this year,' a source told the publication. 'As for 2026, they've seen the speculation, they've heard about the offers and they know what the fans want. But it's ultimately up for them to decide." Oasis: What's Their Story? An unofficial celebration magazine on sale now! A few simple words on social media on August 27 in 2024 were enough to spark pandemonium among Oasis fans and were the catalyst for the most eagerly awaited UK gigs of all time. This special unofficial magazine, available to order here, marks the reunion and honours the band both now and down the years with our incredible archive of photos and interviews - and with exclusive reviews and photographs of their first show! ‌ They added that it is up for Liam and Noel to weigh up if they want to "draw a line in the sand" or "keep the magic going". Yet, it is a "difficult decision". Festivals have also been holding out hope to bag Oasis at their events as they added both Coachella and Benicassim have sent offers to the band. The current tour was announced last year, almost 15 years to the date of their split, and a move that fans never believed would happen due to the tensions between Liam and Noel. ‌ Ever since Noel walked away, the two siblings have hurled insults at one another across social media and in interviews. But now, those days are firmly in the past with the two brothers walking out on stage each night holding hands, as though there had never been any bad blood. Get Oasis updates straight to your WhatsApp! Oasis' manager, Alec McKinlay, previously said that the current dates are the only ones that the band will be performing. He said in May: "This is very much the last time around, as Noel's made clear in the press. ‌ "It's a chance for fans who haven't seen the band to see them, or at least for some of them to. No, there's no plans for any new music." But Liam later hit out at the comments, saying that they came from "the accountant". Replying to a fan on X, he fumed: "Neither do I and the only people that will be making any kind of decisions on the future of OASIS will be ME n RKID [Noel] so let's just take it one day at a time."
