Amanda Holden stuns in cut-out white bikini as she matches daughter Lexi, 19
Amanda Holden has been spotted looking sensational in a white bikini while on holiday in Dubai. The popular star was on a beach holiday with her family - and fans are amazed at just how incredible she looks.
The Britain's Got Talent beauty, aged 53, was turning plenty of heads as she emerged from a sea swim in the UAE holiday hotspot. The Heart Breakfast presenter consistently impresses her followers with her glamorous bikini photos from various holiday destinations - and this recent highlight sees her looking truly stunning.
Wearing a chic white cut-out bikini, reminiscent of the legendary Bond girl Ursula Andress from the classic 1962 film 'Dr No', Amanda looked relaxed and happy, enjoying the holiday vibe.
With temperatures of up to 40°C in Dubai at the moment along with the sea water temp at a stifling 32.5°C, it made a huge change from Amanda facing the snow in a festive red corset, in a recent social media post.
The 53-year-old looked sensational in the white cut-out bikini during this sun-soaked holiday in Dubai, the star thrilled fans by posing with her equally beautiful daughter Lexi in some of the snaps.
In some of the pictures she wears a bandana to keep her hair back - and chills out on a yacht with her family, including model daughter Lexi.
Amanda graced Instagram with another clip from her sun-drenched break. Lounging on a sunbed at The Atlantis Royal hotel, she sported aviator sunglasses and basked in the sunshine.
The video captured her pulling a collagen sachet from an ice bucket before striding into the water and sipping on it. Exuding Hollywood allure, she tossed her blonde hair back and gazed skyward, reports the Daily Star.
Amanda gave the camera a happy glance before confidently striding back into the waves, a holster strapped to her thigh in what seemed to be another Bond-inspired touch.
Her post even playfully nodded to James Bond's signature line, promoting the collagen sachets with the caption: "ad @revivecollagen shaken not stirred bikini @melissaodabash #Dubai @atlantistheroyal".
Melissa Odabash, the designer behind Amanda's swimwear, gushed: "Seriously move over Mrs Bond," alongside three fire emojis. Meanwhile, Amanda's co-presenter Ashley Roberts couldn't contain her admiration, declaring: "Such a babe."
The telly favourite, who has just wrapped up Britain's Got Talent auditions, maintains her enviable figure through regular running, yoga sessions, and her signature "Viking Method" workout regime. This intensive routine incorporates squat thrusts, boxing, bunny hops, jumps and crawling exercises.
Speaking to The Times in 2023, she confessed: "I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink."
She continued: "But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don't do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity."

Ulrika Jonsson, 57, strips down to sheer lacy underwear in sultry mirror snaps and makes cheeky jibe at critics over 'ageing' comments
Ulrika Jonsson stripped down to her underwear in an array of cheeky mirror photographs as she hit back at cruel trolls who commented on her appearance. The Gladiators star, 57, took to her Instagram on Friday to show off her new delivery from Understatement Underwear. She showed off her toned figure in a mesh neon green two-piece set from the Swedish lingerie brand as she posed up a storm in the mirror. Gushing that she was 'completely in love' with the gift, she wrote: 'Beautiful, comfortable Swedish underwear,' as she plugged her PR package. She also hit back at trolls who made cruel 'ageing' comments about her appearance as she cheekily wrote the look was modelled by people of 'all ages'. 'Modelled by women of all shapes and sizes. Oh, and ages,' she penned in a pointed caption. Her remark seemed to be a nod to the trolling she faced after appearing on Spencer Matthews' recent Untapped Podcast. The television presenter hit back at 'nasty and vindictive' comments on her 'ageing' appearance after she went makeup-free to film the podcast episode. She was hit by cruel remarks that she was 'over-tanned, imperfect and ageing', which she then said made her 'heart hurt' and 'feel awful'. Writing for The Times, she told how the 'nasty, vindictive and hurtful comments' flooded in as she hit back at the unkind trolls. She wrote: 'I've fought hard against the whole perception of women being solely about beauty and image. 'I'm a practical woman and I come with a wealth of experience, kindness and intelligence. 'The fact that I now have wrinkles, lines and jowls should be of no consequence.I know I look older. 'But then I should: I'm a menopausal mother of four whose body and face has lived quite the life.' She added that she had showed up for the podcast recording without wearing make-up as she had forgotten it would be filmed. Ulrika went on to explain that while she has tried both Botox and fillers in the past, now she just wants to look her age. She also praised actress Pamela Anderson, who in recent years has become known for making red carpet appearances without make-up. It is not the first time Ulrika has hit back at trolls as she previously addressed the unkind criticism in an Instagram post. She said in one post alongside a selfie: 'I feel I need to address something. I don't get a lot of nasty comments - or if I do, I don't see them or send people love in response. 'But a couple of weeks ago I took part in a fab podcast @ to discuss my sobriety with the smart @spencermatthews. 'I wore no make-up. Partly because I kinda forgot that a project for the ears is nowadays also a feast for the eyes. 'But as someone who has had to wear heavy make-up on screen from 5am for years, I'm not a fan. 'Most crucially tho, since childhood I've suffered from eczema. On my body - the creases of my arms and legs - on my face - eyes and lips. Make-up has always been the enemy because it's been agony to wear. 'There were a lot of positive comments about the WORDS I said on the podcast. But a considerable amount about my tanned appearance. 'AND how OLD I look. In a few weeks I will be 58. I will never look like the fresh 21yr old that used to greet you first thing in the morning by the weather board. 'I'm not ashamed to say that I am a sun worshipper and will no doubt pay the price for that. But UV lamps and salt baths, astringent solutions and creams were a feature of my life since I was a small child. 'I have uneven pigmentation doubtlessly not helped by ageing. I sometimes use filters in my pics because it's easier than foundation and less painful. 'I work tirelessly in my garden year round and often in the sun. I rarely sunbathe any more. Haven't had a sun bed for 6 months - which I do occasionally in winter months. Not ashamed. 'I have not had a holiday - of any kind - since 2018. That's 7yrs. So, I understand that an over-tanned, imperfect and AGEING face offends you. But try to listen to the words rather than constantly judge women's appearance. You might learn something. And making people feel s**t doesn't make you a hero.' Podcast host Spencer has also defended her after she was trolled, writing: 'People shouldn't comment on the appearance of others. We stand with Ulrika.'
