Bollywood actor Saif Ali Kan is celebrating his 55th birthday today, and heartfelt wishes have been pouring in on social media. His sister Soha Ali Khan has shared a lovely post to wish her brother, along with a throwback, unseen photo from her wedding to Kunal Kemmu in 2015. She shared that the picture, featuring her and Saif, was taken 30 minutes before she tied the knot with Kunal. Soha revealed that Saif had arrived early, giving them time to sit together and talk over a plate of papaya. She thanked him for always giving her good advice. She also mentioned Saif's absence from social media, joking that he might never see the post and that she would have to call him to wish him instead.

'There are some moments that are etched in your memory forever. Definitive moments. This was 30 minutes before I was going to make one of the most momentous decisions of my life. You arrived early and we got some time together over a plate of papaya. You have always given me good advice and I'll just say it has stood me in good stead," she wrote.

She further added, 'I really don't think there is anyone else like you and I am fortunate to have you in my corner. Happy birthday bhai. The best years, as you keep reminding me, are yet to come – so here is to the future – brilliant, bold and bright – and now I must call you as you are not on Instagram and will not read this! (or are you ??)."
The last line of her caption left fans amused and speculating whether Saif might be secretly on Instagram after all. 'Petition to have him on Insta," commented one fan, while another one commented, 'He totally is in Instagram. You know that. We know that HBD SAK." A third comment read, 'Saif's expression is like- ' is this the time to have papaya?'"
On the work front, Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Netflix film, Jewel Thief. Prior to this, he played the antagonist in Jr NTR-starrer Devara: Part 1. Saif is teaming up with Akshay Kumar after 17 years, for 'Haiwaan', a film directed by Priyadarshan.

Now, the 43-year-old actor with Down syndrome wants to enter the race for president in Chile's national election this year. Solorza is racing against the clock to gather 35,000 signatures by August 18, a requirement for him to run as an independent candidate. He positions himself as a 'point of balance' between the far right and the far left — a fierce ideological battle that dominates Chile's political scene. 'I listen with my heart,' Solorza told The Associated Press, adding that his condition allows him to offer a softer communication style. Should he enter the electoral race, his platform will focus on greater inclusion, improved healthcare and education, and enhanced security — a main concern of citizens who have been grappling with an unprecedented crisis of violence in recent years. Chile will choose its new president on Nov. 16, with the campaign so far defined by the mutual attacks between the two main contestants: The far-right José Antonio Kast, who lost to current leftist president Gabriel Boric in 2021, and Jeannette Jara, the ruling coalition's communist nominee. With three months remaining until the election, polls show Kast and Jara vying for the top two spots. This scenario suggests they would face each other in a second-round runoff on Dec. 14. At 18, he received a scholarship to join a theater school and began performing regularly on stage and appearing in popular TV talk shows.
