Isabela Ferrer accuses Justin Baldoni of harassment amid ‘It Ends With Us' legal battle

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle is getting even more dramatic. The feud between the two stars of It Ends With Us began over accusations and is now bringing in more people. Isabela Ferrer , who played young Lily Bloom in the movie, is the most recent person to come forward, and her claims make an already explosive case even more so. As the March 2026 court date gets closer, the back-and-forth keeps getting worse, with both sides' legal teams sending in sharp filings and making angry statements. This case is turning out to be one of the most closely watched entertainment legal battles in years for fans of the movie and people who follow Hollywood's biggest scandals, as per a report. Lively said that Baldoni tried to hurt her career after she turned him down, but Baldoni has denied this. He said instead that her claims were a trick to get creative control over the movie. Justin Baldoni then filed a huge countersuit of $400 million against Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist, Leslie Sloane, and $250 million against the New York Times for writing about the claims, as per a report. Judge Lewis Liman threw out Baldoni's lawsuits in June 2025, saying that the statements at the heart of the case were either protected by law or not enough to support a defamation claim. Most people thought the decision was a legal victory for Lively. Baldoni's team could have changed their claims and filed them again, but they decided not to go that route. Instead, they hinted at changing their plans, and one of those changes got Ferrer involved in the mess, as per a report. Baldoni's lawyers sent Ferrer a subpoena in August because of her talks with Lively. But Ferrer's team said the request was unnecessary and meant to put pressure on her. In court documents, they said that Baldoni used legal tactics to bother the young actress, control the press, and make her pay for legal fees that should have been covered by her contract with Baldoni's production company, Wayfarer Studios. They also worried about their own safety, saying that Baldoni's team made public addresses that could have been Ferrer's home. They call Baldoni's move against Ferrer "the latest in a broader pattern of conduct by Baldoni to bully Ms. Ferrer" and "another attempt to manipulate the press, to create havoc on a young, up-and-coming, and talented actress," as per a report. What did Justin Baldoni say in response to Ferrer's claims? On August 18, Baldoni's lawyers fought back, calling Ferrer's filings an "inappropriate attack" that had nothing to do with the real question of whether she should follow a subpoena. They said that Ferrer's objections had nothing to do with the court's decision, as per a report. There will be more filings and public fights in the months leading up to the March 2026 trial date. Ferrer says she doesn't want to be a part of the growing drama right now, but her involvement shows how far this legal storm could go, as per a report. Isabela Ferrer Claims Justin Baldoni Is Harassing Her Over Subpoena

Isabela Ferrer's lawyers alleged that Baldoni is harassing their client and trying to use his financial power to influence how she responds to Blake Lively's subpoena. It Ends With Us co-stars Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's legal drama has taken another messy turn after supporting actress Isabela Ferrer stepped forward with her own claims against Baldoni, accusing him of harassment. What started as an ugly behind-the-scenes feud has found its way to the headlines, and with Ferrer's claims, the legal drama has only gotten more complicated than it was before. As per a Variety report, on Sunday, Ferrer's lawyers alleged that Baldoni is 'harassing" their client and trying to use his financial power to influence how she responds to Blake Lively's subpoena. Ferrer's lawyers said the 24-year-old actress only wants to stay out of the legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively. However, her involvement in the case escalated earlier this year when Lively's lawyers subpoenaed her in February and sought communications related to the case. The subpoena forced Ferrer to hire a lawyer and ask Baldoni's team, as her employer, to cover the costs. Things took a messy turn when, instead of cutting a cheque, Baldoni's team allegedly tried to make the financial guarantee conditional on influencing her legal strategy. Justin Baldoni's Team Accused of Influencing Isabela Ferrer's Legal Strategy As per reports, Ferrer's lawyer, Sanford Michelman, claimed that Baldoni's team cited a 'fake case" as a justification for why producers deserved to influence her strategy in the case. Michelman also accused them of twisting facts about Ferrer's role in the legal drama and even pushing him to accept a subpoena on behalf of his client. In her own filing, Ferrer is now asking the court to 'deny the motion in its entirety and impose appropriate sanctions against Baldoni," as per Variety. How Has Justin Baldoni's Team Responded? Baldoni's team pushed back hard and released texts from Ferrer where she once described him as a 'great director" and 'wonderful to work with." Baldoni's team argued that Ferrer started distancing herself from Baldoni only after his feud with Lively exploded publicly during the film's promotion. What Happened Between Blake Lively And Justin Baldoni? Their legal feud started after the Gossip Girl alum sued Baldoni for sexual harassment, claiming he retaliated against her after she spoke out, launching a hidden campaign to ruin her reputation. In December 2024, Lively filed a complaint, alleging that Baldoni created a hostile workplace through inappropriate sexual comments. Inappropriate attack: Justin Baldoni slams Isabela Ferrer's harassment claims

Justin Baldoni, actor and director of 'It Ends With Us', found himself in a legal standoff with actor Isabela Ferrer over a subpoena dispute. Ferrer, who played a younger version of Blake Lively's character in the film, was embroiled in litigation that stemmed from Lively's actions earlier this year. Ferrer's legal team accused Baldoni of misconduct following a subpoena issued by Lively amid her ongoing legal battle with their response, Baldoni's counsel wrote, "We write in response to Isabela Ferrer's opposition to the Wayfarer Parties' motion to serve her by alternative means." They criticised Ferrer's opposition as "an inappropriate attack upon Mr Baldoni and his counsel and irrelevant to whether Ms Ferrer should be served via alternative means."In February 2025, Blake Lively subpoenaed Ferrer, but the situation took a turn in July 2025 when "the Wayfarer Parties subpoenaed Ms. Ferrer for documents she either neglected to produce or were not requested by Ms Lively's subpoena," according to a letter from Wayfarer's legal team. The letter states, "The Wayfarer Parties twice requested that Mr Michelman accept service of their subpoena." However, Ferrer's counsel, Sanford Michelman, allegedly ignored these requests, opting instead to file a strong opposition to the motion for alternative letter from Baldoni's attorneys argued that "naturally, we deemed M. Ferrer's counsel (and not her talent agent) as the appropriate person with whom to communicate concerning the subpoena." They pointed out that it was Lively who "first subpoenaed" Ferrer and insisted that Lively "should not be permitted to obtain discovery from Ms Ferrer, while Ms Ferrer and her counsel frustrate all effort by the Wayfarer Parties to obtain the discovery critical to the preparation of their defence."Ferrer's attorney accused Baldoni's team of acting "inappropriately" in their dealings with Ferrer. They contended that Baldoni's motion to subpoena Ferrer should be denied as it was filed "without conducting the diligence necessary to support a motion for leave to serve a discovery subpoena on Ms Ferrer by means other than personal service."Further complicating the matter, Ferrer's counsel claimed that after sje sought to have her legal fees covered per her film contract, she was asked to "relinquish control of her response to the Lively subpoena to Wayfarer before being granted compensation." Ferrer's lawyers have alleged that Baldoni has since "tried to manipulate, threaten, control and otherwise act inappropriately towards Ms. Ferrer."Ferrer herself accused Baldoni of "harassing" her and trying to draw "her deeper into litigation and disputes that she has done her best to avoid." These allegations have been emphatically denied by Baldoni's team, who responded to Ferrer's opposition with a letter to Judge Lewis J. Liman.- EndsMust Watch
