Coote was sacked by the Premier League in December 2024, after the PGMOL intially suspended him.
He has now been further punished by the FA for an "aggravated breach" of rule E3.2 due to referencing Klopp's nationality in the video.
Coote admitted the charge and the FA said the ex-ref expressed "deep remorse" and acknowledged his comments were "crass and inappropriate".
Coote also said that his words did not reflect his true view of Klopp, who he had a "deep professional respect"

He also apologised to the former Liverpool boss personally and to The FA, PGMOL and the wider football community.
The clip, which was filmed around July 2020, was leaked online in November 2024.
In the viral video, he referred to Liverpool as "s***" and extraordinarily dropped the C-bomb to describe ex-Reds boss Klopp.
Coote said: "Liverpool were s*** . Klopp is an absolute c***.

"Aside from having a right pop at me when I was refereeing them against Burnley in lockdown, he accused me of lying and then had a right f***ing pop of me.
"I have no interest in speaking to someone who is f***ing arrogant. So I do my best not to speak to him. James Milner is all right, I get on with him.
"You can see me there with a 'mask' on. But, my god, German c***, f*** me."

Gary Neville makes underwhelming prediction for Man Utd's season after £200million transfer spree
Neville also gave his verdict on one factor that could help Man Utd's fortunes this season nev-er mind Gary Neville makes underwhelming prediction for Man Utd's season after £200million transfer spree GARY Neville believes Manchester United MUST buy a new goalkeeper to have ANY chance of a top six finish. Sky Sports pundit Neville won eight Prem crowns as Old Trafford's starting right-back under Sir Alex Ferguson. But Neville, 50, is dismissive of United's prospects of coming close to the top of the tree this term. And he suggested that even earning Champions League football was out of the equation unless Ruben Amorim can land a new No 1. Neville said: 'For United, the top six would be healthy. 'We've gone past the point now where we say Manchester United have to win the league. That's unrealistic. Advertisement READ MORE ON MAN UTD FRANKLY SPEAKING Thomas Frank axes Tottenham ace from squad vs PSG for disciplinary reasons 'My feeling is probably seventh, eighth is where I'm looking at it now. 'But without Europe, they could get into the top six if they have a good run, if they get a goalkeeper. But a lot of things have to go their way.' Neville, whose criticisms of United last term grew increasingly strident as the club plunged to its worst top flight finish in half a century, feels the summer spending at the front end has made a difference. United, being linked with PSG gloveman Gianluigi Donnarumma - who is determined to quit the European champions - have splashed out £200m to land Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and now Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko. Speaking at the Sky Sports season launch, Neville added: 'If you said to me after that Europa League Final defeat to Spurs that Manchester United would have a forward line of those three that they've signed, I'd take that, I'd have snapped your hand off. Gary Neville names four Man Utd stars who must leave this summer 'I didn't think they had £200 million to spend. Advertisement 'So the fact they've signed those three players is good. 'I like the profile of those players, whether they settle in now is obviously the big question. 'Two of them are proven Premier League players, although they've got to step up a level. 'Mbeumo is quite solid, he's robust, he's played at Premier League level. Advertisement 'He and Cunha know the Premier League, they've been to all the grounds, there's no shocks for them. 4 Man Utd have spent big this summer on Premier League proven talent such as Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha Credit: Getty 4 The addition of RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko last week took their spending for the window to over £200million Credit: Getty 'And Sesko up front. He's young, he's got potential but can he get off to a good start? That's important for him.' Advertisement He added: 'Can they embed themselves at United? Can they get the probably 35-40 goals which would be par for those three players? 'If they can get 40 goals - and United's goals total last season was terrible - they've got chance of getting into that top six. 'But they've got to settle those three players, and we can't take that for granted anymore at United, I don't think. 'United will be looking at Champions League, that'll be the ambition. Advertisement 'Not playing in Europe has to help, because there's basically more training time, less pressure on the players, less injuries. 'It means that the best players can play more often in the league, and not have those demands of a Thursday night game. 'But we've got to start the season well - and there are some tough fixtures early on.' Sky Sports and NOW will broadcast over 215 Premier League matches exclusively live this season

Premier League matches to be preceded by silence in memory of Diogo Jota
A MOMENT'S SILENCE will be observed at all top-flight matches this weekend in memory of Liverpool forward Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva, the Premier League has confirmed. The league has spoken to Liverpool about the most appropriate way to remember the Portuguese star, who was killed in a car crash alongside his brother on 3 July in Spain. As well as a period of silence prior to kick-off in the matches, players of all clubs will be given black armbands while messaging and imagery will be shared with clubs for them to use on big screens. Advertisement Tributes were paid to the brothers prior to last Sunday's Community Shield between Liverpool and Crystal Palace at Wembley, with wreaths laid on the pitch and a period of silence before kick-off. A minority of Eagles fans broke the silence, eliciting a strong response at the other end of the pitch, as well as from other Eagles supporters who tried to silence those not respecting the tribute. Reds head coach Arne Slot said: 'I don't think this was planned, or that this was the idea of the fan that made some noise. Maybe he wasn't aware of the fact that it was the minute of silence. 'He was just still happy and tried to cheer for his team. And I think then the fans of Palace were trying to calm that person or those persons down, so I don't think he had a bad intention, the guy or people that made noise. 'They tried to calm him down, but that was a bit noisy as well. And then our fans reacted, 'Hey, what's happening here?'. 'So I don't think there's a bad intention to it, because the fans of Crystal Palace and everywhere around the world have paid huge respect to Diogo and Andre and this was, I think, unlucky or, I can't find the right words, but I don't think there was a bad intention in it.' Liverpool fans earlier paid their respects with a rousing rendition of 'You'll Never Walk Alone' as the wreaths were brought out, raising a white banner reading 'Diogo J' and featuring the forward's image and number 20. The club's record goalscorer Ian Rush, Palace chairman Steve Parish and Football Association chair Debbie Hewitt laid the wreaths in the Liverpool end as fans from both sides showed their respect with a standing ovation as the siblings' images were displayed on the big screens inside the stadium. Liverpool have retired Jota's number 20 shirt in tribute to the player.
