YouTuber seeks protective order against Blake Lively amid ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni
According to a letter obtained by Us Weekly, Neidigh has requested a protective order against Lively, citing the undue burden created by legal subpoenas issued to her and other content creators.

Neidigh claims that she, along with fellow YouTubers McKenzie Folks and Kassidy O'Connell, were unfairly targeted after expressing critical views about Lively online. She alleged that Lively's subpoena sought personal banking information without substantiating evidence and was designed to 'intimidate, harass, chill constitutionally protected free speech, and threaten the safety and privacy of non-parties.' Although Lively's legal team dropped the subpoenas earlier this week, Neidigh emphasized that Lively has not ruled out reissuing them, thus maintaining what she describes as an 'ongoing threat.'
In her letter, Neidigh requested both a formal protective order and sanctions to prevent further discovery actions she deems abusive. She also criticized Lively's legal team for being 'largely unresponsive.'
Lively, who has not publicly addressed the subpoena issue, has also reportedly subpoenaed other media personalities, including Perez Hilton and Candace Owens, as part of the same legal dispute.
This development stems from a broader legal conflict that began in December 2024 when Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against Baldoni. Baldoni denied the claims and countersued for defamation, though his suit was dismissed in June.
While Lively has spoken publicly about the case, including during a May appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Baldoni has yet to grant an interview regarding the matter.

Justin Baldoni made an appearance at Blake Lively's explosive deposition
Blake Lively's legal battle with It Ends With Us director and co-star Justin Baldoni has taken another dramatic turn. On Thursday, Lively appeared in New York City to deliver her long-delayed deposition, with Baldoni himself in the room. The deposition, originally scheduled for mid-July, was postponed due to procedural changes after a third-party defendant was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds. Now, both parties are back on the offensive. A source confirmed Baldoni, 41, was physically present as Lively, 37, was questioned by his legal team, an intensely uncomfortable moment considering the nature of her allegations. Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign while working on the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's bestselling novel. She claims the environment on set was hostile and retaliatory. Her legal team alleges Baldoni paid a social media strategist, Jed Wallace, tens of thousands a month to wage an online disinformation campaign against her, an accusation Wallace denies. Baldoni has fought back aggressively, filing a $400 million countersuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane, alleging defamation and extortion. But the judge dismissed that case entirely last month, along with Baldoni's separate lawsuit against The New York Times. Even before her deposition, Baldoni's lawyer stirred controversy by suggesting it be held at Madison Square Garden and live-streamed for charity, a move Lively's team condemned as a publicity stunt. The judge ultimately ruled in her favour, allowing the deposition to take place privately at a location of her choosing. The legal tension is far from over, with the trial set for March 2026. Both sides are digging in as discovery continues, and neither appears ready to back down.

Brandon Sklenar transformation fuels DCU Batman casting rumors
Brandon Sklenar has ignited a wave of fan speculation after celebrity trainer Wesley Wilson shared a photo of the actor looking intensely ripped. The image, posted on Instagram, shows Sklenar in top form, with Wilson praising his transformation: 'Training one of my best friends for his biggest role yet has been a f**king blast.' That caption—and Sklenar's visible transformation—have prompted intense speculation online that he may be preparing to portray Batman in James Gunn's rebooted DC Universe. The actor hasn't denied the growing rumors. Earlier this year, he reshared Batman fan art featuring himself, and recently, when a fan commented on his post about the comic book fandom wanting him as Batman, he simply responded with a bat emoji. Not a confirmation, but certainly not a denial—just enough to keep fans guessing. The timing could be ideal. With David Corenswet cast as Superman and Millie Alcock confirmed as Supergirl, the DCU's new Batman remains unannounced. Gunn has already dismissed the idea of casting an older Batman, likely ruling out 47-year-old Jensen Ackles. Despite his strong fan backing and gritty performance in Amazon Prime's Countdown, age may be a factor. At 34, Sklenar sits closer in age to Corenswet (31), and his recent roles suggest he's ready for a high-profile franchise. After appearing alongside Harrison Ford in 1923, starring with Blake Lively in It Ends With Us, and earning critical praise for Drop (2025), his momentum is undeniable. Although Sklenar was not included in a recent Fortress of Solitude fan poll for Batman, which was topped by Ackles, Alan Ritchson, and Scott Adkins, his name is now trending. If the buzz continues, it wouldn't be surprising if James Gunn is already considering him for the role.
