Nikki, who has barely aged a day since her Weatherfield debut in the late '90s, posed with her hair swept back and a golden glow - leaving fans stunned by her age-defying looks.
One gushed: "Looking sensational Nikki."
Another added: "Incredibly gorgeous!!"
A third penned: "Insane physique."
This comes after the star quit Hollyoaks after 12 years.
The Sun revealed in February that Nikki was leaving the Channel 4 soap and had filmed her final scenes.
Having debuted in 2012, her character Maxine featured in some major storylines, including domestic violence and miscarrying a baby.
Maxine departed the village in a taxi, after making plans to escape the country alongside her daughter Minnie.
Speaking to The Liverpool Echo, Nikki shared: "It's the weirdest feeling because it's an end of an era.
"It's exciting but also really sad. It's hard to describe how I'm feeling about it.

"It's going to be very different and I'm kind of getting used to it I guess. It's a different normal for me now."
Insiders previously revealed that Nikki had decided to move on to give herself more freedom to try other roles.
A source told The Sun: 'She met with bosses and told them of her plans to leave, she'd just turned 40 and felt the time was right to say goodbye to Maxine.
'She's keen to explore other opportunities and is excited to get back out there."
From Hollyoaks to Hollywood
James Corden played a caretaker in the early days of the soap.
The former American TV host doesn't have much positive to say about his time on the soap, claiming it was "hell on earth."
Since his short-lived time on the show he has gone on to bigger things including smash hit comedy Gavin and Stacey.
Rachel Shenton joined the soap as aspiring glamour model Mitzeee Minniver in 2010.
Over two years her character was sent to prison, got pregnant and had a number of romantic affairs.
Since leaving Hollyoaks she has won an Oscar for best live action short film, The Silent Child.
Rachel has also starred in White Gold and All Creatures Great and Small
Emmett J. Scanlan played gangster turned anti-hero Brendan Brady.
Emmett played the love interest of Steve Hayes, with their romance delighting fans until it turned violent.
Since his departure Emmett has appeared in Peaky Blinders, The Fall, Gangs of London and even appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy
Emma Rigby joined Hollyoaks when she was 15 as Hannah Ahsworth.
Hannah's eating disorder storyline was the first of it's kind on TV while other plots included being caught in a fire, gangland drug dealing and running away.
Since leaving the soap in 2010 Emma has gone on to star in ABCs Once Upon a Time in Wonderland as the Red Queen. Other roles include guest appearances in Death In Paradise, Ripper Street and Fresh Meat
Nico Mirallegro got his big break with Hollyoaks starring as emo Barry 'Newt' Newton.
Nico's main storyline in the soap was developing schizophrenia which culminated in a suicide pact.
He left the soap in 2010 and went on to star in My Mad Fat Diary, Our Girl, Rillington Place, The Ark and Common, Penance, as well as the Mike Leigh movie Peterloo and was nominated for a Bafta for his role in period drama The Village.
Ricky Whittle used Hollyoaks as a stepping stone to break America.
He played one of the soap's resident hunks, Calvin Valentine, from 2006 to 2011 - when he was killed off at his wedding.
After leaving the soap Ricky cracked America starring in teen drama The 100 and America Gods.
He also appeared in Strictly Come Dancing in 2009.
Warren Brown joined Hollyoaks in 2005 for a year as evil Andy Holt.
His stint on the show consisted of date rape storylines and a crime spree, before eventually being killed off.
After leaving Hollyoaks, Warren became a big hitter in TV playing DS Justin Ripley in Luther, as well as major roles in a number of dramas including Liar, The Responder, Homefront and Good Cop.
Wallis Day played Holly Cunningham in the soap for years before leaving.
In 2021 Wallis won the role of Batwoman in DC's series, taking over from Ruby Rose.
Fans have speculated Nikki could reprise her Coronation Street role as Candice Stowe.
She portrayed Sarah Platt's best friend in 400 episodes from 1999 to 2005.
But whatever the future does hold, Nikki says she grateful to have the support of boyfriend, fellow Hollyoaks alum, Anthony Quinlan, 40, who played Gilly Roach on the show from 2005 to 2011.
Nikki remains coy when it comes to discussing partner of three-and-a-half years, but she does admit she's never been happier - and won't rule out marriage and children with him.
She says: 'I don't like to talk too much about my personal life, but I will say I'm the happiest I've ever been, Anthony is incredible.
'I'm in a wonderful, happy relationship, so let's see what the future holds! Anthony really is my rock, he's been incredibly supportive of me in my tough decision to leave Hollyoaks.'

Rosie O'Donnell says 'cruel' Trump supporters forced her to flee America
Rosie O'Donnell has been involved in a long-standing feud with US President Donald Trump and she has now opened up about how his supporters forced her to leave America Comedian Rosie O'Donnell has opened up about the "cruel" backlash from Donald Trump supporters that drove her to leave the US in a bid for "self-preservation". The 63-year-old American talk show host has been embroiled in a bitter dispute with the President of the United States ever since she took a swipe at him almost twenty years ago. In a 2006 episode of The View, during the Hot Topics segment, Rosie didn't hold back in her criticism of Trump. Trump, who was not a politician at the time, hit back by branding Rosie "a woman out of control", and their animosity has persisted over the years. While chatting with Christine Lampard, who was filling in on Tuesday's Lorraine, Rosie disclosed that the ongoing conflict prompted her to up sticks and move to Ireland for the sake of her own well-being and that of her family. Discussing her relocation to Ireland earlier this year, she said: "I just think this is the best decision I could have made for myself and my child, I love it here, we've been welcomed by everyone," reports the Express. Following a DNA test that confirmed Rosie's Irish heritage as 100 per cent, she expressed that there was never any doubt about her destination if she ever felt compelled to leave America due to its political atmosphere. "There was never a question for me where I would go if I had to leave the country because of the political climate, and that's what I felt I had to do, and I'm so glad that this is where we came, and so thrilled at the warm welcome we've received," she elaborated. Rosie also touched upon her choice to relocate following the spat with Trump, seeking to distance herself from the "intensity" of the situation. She reminisced about poking fun at his hair back in 2006, doing "did what comedians have been doing for years" and then noted: "He went really crazy, he could not get himself to get over it for over 20 years. "He uses me as a punching line and disparages me and insults me and calls me names like it's a kid in school and I'm being teased. "But when I talked about him, he was not the President, he was a reality TV host, he was a bit of a joke in New York. "Nobody really took him seriously in 2006 at all, and then he becomes the President of the United States. "And does he stop? No. He puts the pedal to the medal and uses my name in the debate and it was difficult for my children." Rosie disclosed that Trump's remarks and political actions were the reasons behind her departure. "I knew I could not stay in my country and be a healthy parent that I need to be for this child, with all of this destruction going on in the country that he had planned and now has implemented. "So it really was self-preservation. I knew I had to take care of myself mentally and emotionally, and being here has given me that distance, and I don't live in fear of what someone is going to say to me in Walmart. "Even though most people are very kind, the MAGA people are emboldened by his cruelty to be just as cruel, even to my face. "I knew for my own safety and health that I had to leave, but he hasn't stopped; he just threatened to take away my citizenship a couple of weeks ago."

Actress shares major update on Madonna biopic after having to ‘convince' star
Julia Garner has revealed the Madonna biopic, in which she will play the music icon, is still in the works. She also reassured fans about the delay, saying that 'anything that's great…takes a long time'. The Ozark actress was reportedly cast as the Material Girl hitmaker in 2022 but months later, the project was placed on hold, and its fate has been up in the air ever since. However, Julia said in a new interview on Monday that it is 'supposed to still happen'. The Fantastic Four: First Steps star had been a fan of Madonna when she was growing up so knew she had to audition as soon as she heard the project was in the pipeline. She told the SmartLess podcast of her initial involvement with the biopic: 'It just came about… like I knew that they were doing a project, making a movie about it, and then I went out to audition. I kind of just wanted to see if I could do it.' The 31-year-old actress has no dance training, so she had to learn how to move and then show off her skills in front of Madonna herself – as well as sing with her – and 'convince' the 66-year-old that she could do both. Naturally, a very daunting situation – but the Inventing Anna star decided to channel the Vogue hitmaker during the nerve-wracking process. Explaining that she asked herself what Madonna would do, she added: 'Which is like convince you that she deserves to be in this room. And I owned it. I was like, 'You can take it or leave it, but if you leave it, if I leave, then that's on you.'' In July last year, Madonna revealed she was working on a new draft script for the biopic, which is expected to be titled Who's That Girl in a nod to the singer's 1987 movie and song of the same name. She will also be directing the movie. Madonna took to Instagram and posted a collection of photos of herself working on the script with the caption: 'I Need A-lot of Bandz to make this ……….. OKAY. (Story of my life) [sic].' The film was announced in 2020, and Oscar-winning Juno scribe Diablo Cody and Snow White's Erin Cressida Wilson were brought on to help the Like A Virgin hitmaker with the script and screenplay. However, in January 2023, it was revealed the film had been paused indefinitely at Universal Pictures. After the movie was shelved, Madonna went on her Celebration Tour in October 2023 to mark four decades in the music industry, but reportedly resumed work on the project once she got back home in June in the hopes she could finalise the script with Universal. An industry insider previously told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: 'Madonna has only just finished her tour but in her mind it is on to the next project and fulfilling her dream of getting the biopic made. 'Julia is still her lead actress and they have remained in touch for the past year, talking through ideas. They are committed to creating some magic.' The duo had also hyped up fans by being photographed together at a celebrity party in May that year, chowing down on chips, while Julia also appeared onstage during the tour with Madonna in December 2023. The Papa Don't Preach chart-topper had explained she wanted to both direct and write the movie because she wanted complete control over the project. She told Variety: 'I've had an extraordinary life, I must make an extraordinary film. 'It was also a pre-emptive strike because a lot of people were trying to make movies about me. Mostly misogynistic men. 'So I put my foot in the door and said, 'No one's going to tell my story, but me.'' More Trending Madonna would be following a line of musical biopics produced in recent years, including Queen film Bohemian Rhapsody, Sir Elton John movie Rocketman and the underperforming Better Man, based on the life of Robbie Williams. Garner is currently in cinemas as the Silver Surfer opposite Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach in the MCU's reboot of The Fantastic Four. It's enjoyed a strong opening, raking in $218million (£163.3m) already, surpassing the summer's other superhero flack in DC Studio's Superman from director James Gunn. Got a story?
