Bruno Tonioli 'leaving Britain's Got Talent', reports say

He missed some episodes in the latest series of the show and was replaced by guest judge KSI.
With his exit rumoured to be coming, here's who is lined up to be the new judge, and who fans want to see.
Last series was not short of scares, and this lot certainly kept us in suspense with their danger-filled auditions!

Bruno Tonioli 'leaving Britain's Got Talent'
An insider told The Sun that Tonioli would not be able to film the show due to prior commitments in the US for Dancing with the Stars.
They said: "The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions.
'But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026.
'There is absolutely no ill feeling about the situation, it's simply down to changes in the schedule making it incredibly difficult to remain as a full-time judge.
'The only hope is if his long-time friend and fellow panellist Simon Cowell steps in to make it clear that he has to be a part of the show, no matter how difficult it proves to be.'
Who will replace Bruno Tonioli on Britain's Got Talent?
According to the report from the publisher, the frontrunners are KSI and Alan Carr.
KSI, being the guest judge on the last series, could make for an obvious choice, with many enjoying his brief appearances on the show.
Alan was one of the previous favourites to replace former judge David Walliams before Tonioli was chosen.
Reacting to the news online, fans of the show have had their say on who they would like to fill the soon-to-be-vacant judging chair.
One said: "Alan Carr would be the right choice."
Another said: "I beg BGT bring in Alan Carr. KSI didn't work, I might actually watch this abysmal show if Alan Carr was on it."
"Alan Carr every single day," said a third.
Some, however, backed internet personality KSI to take on the role fully.

"No KSI no party," one joked.
A second said: "Alan Carr would be good but I've gotta go with my guy KSI to be the next judge."
Other names that were thrown in the hat by fans included Harry Hill, Sam Thompson or Pete Wicks, or bringing back David Walliams.

Wild family history of Justin Trudeau that has fans convinced his cosy Katy Perry date could be start of something

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) NOT since former MP Lembit Opik dated a Cheeky Girl have we seen the worlds of pop music and politics combine to hit the headlines. But they did just that this week, when singer Katy Perry and former Canadian PM Justin Trudeau were spotted on a romantic dinner date. Sign up for the Entertainment newsletter Sign up 7 Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have been spotted on a romantic dinner date 7 Katy has seen her star power wane dramatically over the past few months 7 Former Canadian PM Justin resigned in January after pressure from within his party The unlikely pair were pictured enjoying a low-key meal at Le Violon restaurant in Montreal on Monday, as Katy enjoyed a brief break from the Canadian leg of her world tour. Eyewitnesses reported they 'sipped cocktails and shared several dishes . . . including one with lobster' before heading to the kitchen to thank the chef. So was it a casual meeting of two unlikely friends? Or the beginning of something much more amorous between a pair, who have both come out of high-profile relationships? read more on katy perry CALIFORNIA HURL Katy Perry desperately clings on as prop malfunctions mid-air during gig And with Justin being the son of two very free-loving parents, is he following in their frisky footsteps? Cynics added a third option: this was a publicity stunt to repair both parties' damaged reputations. But according to one well-placed source, Justin, 53, has been gunning for a date with 40-year-old Katy, The source, who used to work with the former PM, told The Sun: 'Justin always enjoys nice company, and Katy is the kind of woman that really caught his attention.' Katy announced her split from fiancé Orlando Bloom, 48, with whom she shares four-year-old daughter Daisy Dove, earlier this month. Justin, meanwhile, split from his TV host wife of 18 years, Sophie Gregoire, in 2023. Katy Perry desperately clings on as prop malfunctions mid-air during gig leaving audience terrified The source continued: 'He has been single for a while and has enjoyed getting to know Katy. 'He likes her personality. They click very well so far. "They are going to see each other again soon.' The source added that Katy is 'a breath of fresh air' for the former PM, who resigned in January after pressure from within his party. But Justin and Katy have a surprising amount in common. He is the dynastic politician whose late father, Pierre Trudeau, was the Canadian PM at the time of his birth. She is the Californian pop princess who started singing gospel music before shifting to pop. Both reached the highest rungs of their career ladders but have recently suffered falls from grace. 'PUBLICITY-SEEKING SPECTACLE' Katy has seen her star power wane dramatically. Last year, her new album 143 was named the lowest-scoring record ever on the review aggregation site Metacritic, with critics calling it 'boring' and 'pop trash'. Then, in April, she was one sixth of the heavily criticised all-female, 11-minute Blue Origin space flight. Katy said: 'We're putting the 'ass' in astronaut.' And an ass is exactly how she ended up looking, after the mission was mocked as 'tone-deaf' and 'self-indulgent'. She didn't do herself any favours by unveiling her tour's setlist while suspended in zero gravity. Her detractors were vocal and, according to insiders, it had a knock-on effect on her nine-year relationship with Orlando. The actor was reportedly mortified by the publicity-seeking spectacle and it contributed to their demise. The pair later announced in a statement: 'Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting'. 7 Katy announced her split from fiancé Orlando Bloom earlier this month 7 Justin split from his wife of 18 years, Sophie Gregoire, in 2023 Since then, Orlando has been enjoying being single, attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's lavish Venice wedding while Katy was on tour in Australia, where he reportedly flirted with female guests. He has also been pictured partying at one of the Oasis gigs in Manchester, and watching the men's singles final at Wimbledon. Until now, Katy had been focusing on her family and touring. Stepping out with Justin this week sent a message to her ex and the world that she is ready to move on. Justin has not been romantically linked to anyone since he split from presenter Sophie. The pair had known each other from childhood but started dating in 2003 and married in 2005. They share three children — Xavier, 17, Ella-Grace, 16, and 11-year-old Hadrien. Justin shocked followers when he announced via Instagram: 'Sophie and I would like to share the fact that after many meaningful and difficult conversations, we have made the decision to separate. My brain was in love but not my body Barbra Streisand on Pierre Trudeau 'As always, we remain a close family with deep love and respect for each other and for everything we built and will continue to build.' After having followed his father into politics, it seems right that Justin now also honours his father's reputation as a ladies' man. When Pierre Trudeau became Prime Minister in 1968, he was labelled a 'swinging young bachelor'. He dated Barbra Streisand the following year, though the singer later admitted: 'My brain was in love but not my body'. In 1971, Pierre married Justin's mother, Margaret, who was 29 years his junior. They had three sons together — Justin, and two younger brothers — but divorced in 1984. Yet Pierre wasn't the only one known for his friskiness. As their marriage crumbled, Margaret gained a reputation to rival her husband's. In her 1982 book Consequences, she revealed she had had affairs with actors Jack Nicholson and Ryan O'Neal, and singer Lou Rawls. She also famously partied with the Rolling Stones, prompting speculation she had slept with Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood on tour. After their divorce, Pierre dated Superman actress Margot Kidder, before having another child with lawyer Deborah Coyne. 7 Justin's father Pierre dated Barbra Streisand 7 Justin's mother Margaret hung out with Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood Rumours later linked him to actress Kim Cattrall and Bianca Jagger, though neither of those were confirmed before his death in 2000. Combining Margaret and Pierre's sexual exploits, it is no surprise that their dashing son's love life has been rather bland in comparison, despite the unfounded gay rumours that have stalked his career. Maybe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree after all, and hooking up with a pop star is Justin's next step in following in the Trudeau family tradition.

X Factor winner to release first album in over ten years as they make huge return to the music industry

X Factor winner Leona Lewis is set to release her first album in over ten years. The singer, 40, who won the third series of the talent show in 2006, went on to achieve success in the music industry but chose to take an extended break and focus on other projects. Speaking in a new interview, she revealed when fans can expect to hear her new material after being in the studio for the last year. Leona told The Sun during a Q&A at 180 House in London: 'I've been in the studio since last year now. 'I'm pretty deep in the process and I'm producing everything, writing everything, so it's very new territory for me. 'But there definitely will be something next year. It means that it's very unfiltered. It's very raw.' Her debut studio album, Spirit, became one of the best-selling albums of the 2000s and the lead single, Bleeding Love, was the best-selling single of 2007. Leona went on to release four more studio albums, her most recent, titled I Am, dropping in 2015. She was the first British female solo artist to reach the top five with eight singles, beating out Olivia Newton-John's record of seven. During her break from the music industry Leona has been focusing on her other projects, charity work and motherhood. In December 2019, Leona and her husband, Dennis Jauch, opened a vegan cafe in Pasadena called Coffee and Plants, partnering with the National Forest Association to plant a tree for every cup they sell. They expanded to their second location in Studio City earlier this year and the cafe also works in partnership with Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, with proceeds of select items donated to the charity. The couple are also proud parent's to daughter Carmel, three. The announcement comes after Leona revealed a brand-new Las Vegas residency at Voltaire following in the footsteps of Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera and Jason Derulo. The Grammy-nominated singer will take to the stage at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas this holiday season with, A Starry Night, performing her first ever live shows in the United States. Leona will transform the glitz hotel into a winter wonderland for a set of exclusive performances running from November 1 until January 3. The X Factor winner will perform her hits Bleeding Love, Better In Time and Christmas classic One More Sleep during the Christmas spectacular at the intimate venue. The British star said it is a 'dream' come true to have her own show in Sin City, which has been 'years in the making'. She said: 'I'm elated to bring this show to Voltaire as it's been years in the making, made specially for my fans. 'Christmas has always been such a special time for me and my family and there's nothing quite like the energy of Las Vegas during the holidays. Can't wait to take the stage!' Sharing the news on Instagram, Leona added: 'A dream, years in the making. Coming to life in Vegas this November! 'I am so excited to officially announce my residency at Voltaire at @venetianvegas. Can't wait to share this new chapter with you'. The Grammy-nominated singer will take to the stage at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas this holiday season with, A Starry Night, performing her first ever live shows in the United States A Starry Night is intended for all ages with general admission tickets starting at $75 (£56) with VIP packages also available for purchase from August 1. Over at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace this Christmas Dolly Parton will be taking to the stage for her residency with prices ranging from £1,500 to £4,000. Leona will also follow the likes of Adele, Celine Dion, Kelly Clarkson, Rod Stewart, Elton John, Cher, Janet Jackson, Bruno Mars and many more. However it was Britney Spears' Britney: Piece of Me residency in Sin City, which ran for four years from 2013 at the Axis at Planet Hollywood, that caught Leona's eye originally 11 years ago. Despite it being unknown what Leona will be paid for her 33 date residency, she admitted back in 2014 she would be very keen to have her own show due to the staggering paycheck.
