Aaron Claydon has started a Gofundme to raise money following his brother's shock death.
A Facebook post from the brother of a tragic Oasis fan shows how their family's excitement turned to heartache.

Beloved father Lee Claydon passed away after plummeting from the stands during one of the Manchester band's shows at London's Wembley Stadium.

And his brother, Aaron Claydon, had posted on social media about their trip, ahead of their Saturday jaunt to see their musical heroes.

Tagging his brother and other family members in the post, Aaron said, "today is gonna be the day", one of the lyrics from the Oasis smash-hit 'Wonderwall', The Mirror reported.
Lee, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene at Wembley Stadium on Saturday having suffered 'injuries consistent with a fall'. Since the incident, Aaron set up a GoFundMe page in honour of his brother and to help with financial support for his family.

In a touching tribute, Aaron said his brother was the person he 'always looked up to' and that their family has been 'turned upside down' by his death.
The family including his partner Amanda is 'struggling to deal with this devastation and unexpected loss", Aaron said. He wrote: 'Lee leaves behind his Son, Dad, Partner , Brothers, Sisters, Nephews and Niece.

"Lee was a loving family man who was a role model to his son Harry and was loved so much by all his family. Lee would have done anything for any of us and he was taken from us far too soon and we will miss him so very much.
"Lee loved all outdoor activities, one of his favourite hobbies was fishing. He also loved music and his guitar. He also really enjoyed going to watch and support the boys and his nephew at their football games.
"Amanda and the boys have our full support at this very sad time which is why we would love to be able to help them financially as well as emotionally.

"Please help us raise as much funds as we can to take one worry off Amanda and family right now as they are going through any family's worst nightmare."
His cousin Shannon Gabrielle said: "Honestly don't even know what words to write right now. My cousin Lee tragically passed away this weekend after no doubt having the time of his life at the Oasis concert this weekend.

"Most will have seen snippets in the news I'm sure & as you can imagine it has devastated the whole family and for his closest knit family unit it's the toughest time they are going through ever right now.
"Sharing his go fund me page, in the hope that any donations, big or small, will go a long way towards helping his partner Amanda & the boys throughout this awful period and costs of things."

In her tribute, which she posted on Facebook, she said: "You just don't fathom you will go out for a night of amazing fun & not come home at the end of it."
Oasis fans took to Facebook after the gig. The parent of one gig-goer said her teenage son "saw him falling" but was too far away to see him land. Another woman said the man fell into their block and described what happened as 'awful'.

Claire Collier wrote: "It happened about [five] mins before the end of the gig, it was awful... thinking of his family and friends and everyone that witnessed it."
During the Sunday gig, Oasis dedicated Live Forever to 'all the people who can't be here tonight'. The touching moment came as the Manchester band brought to a close their first run of five gigs at the venue as part of their Live 25 tour.
Addressing fans on Sunday night after finishing Whatever, singer Liam Gallagher said: 'This one's for all the people who can't be here tonight, but who are here if you know what I mean, and aren't they looking lovely. Live Forever.'

A spokesperson for Wembley Stadium said on Sunday: 'Last night, Wembley Stadium medics, the London Ambulance Service and the police attended to a concert-goer who was found with injuries consistent with a fall.'
A spokesperson for the stadium has since told the Mirror: 'Wembley Stadium operates to a very high health and safety standard, fully meeting legal requirements for the safety of spectators and staff, and is certified to and compliant with the ISO 45001 standard.
"We work very closely and collaboratively with all relevant event delivery stakeholders - including event owners, local authorities, the Sports Ground Safety Authority and the police."
They added that they "deliver events to high standards of safety, security and service for everyone attending or working in the venue.'

Edinburgh bar unveils Oasis ‘Supernova' makeover ahead of Murrayfield shows

Fans named Noel or Liam can enjoy a free pint. A popular Edinburgh bar has unveiled an Oasis-themed makeover. It comes ahead of the legendary band's three sell-out concerts in the Scottish capital on August 8, 9 and 12. ‌ Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium is set to welcome around 200,000 Oasis fans across the three nights of their reunion tour. To celebrate the historic occasion, Cold Town House in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Grassmarket has changed its name to 'Cold Town Supernova'. ‌ The temporary name change is a reference to Oasis' song 'Champagne Supernova'. The track was written by Noel Gallagher and is the closing song on the band's second studio album, (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, which was released 30 years ago in 1995. ‌ In addition to the name change, Cold Town House has installed a new Noel and Liam Gallagher-shaped sign. It can be found on the outside of the venue, which offers views of Edinburgh Castle. Meanwhile, the bar is also putting on a limited-time promotion in honour of the Oasis gigs. Any Oasis fans named Liam or Noel can get the chance to enjoy a free pint of Cold Town lager as part of the celebrations. ‌ Cold Town House will also be serving a lasagna pizza special this weekend from August 8 to 10. The speciality dish is a reference to Oasis' song 'Digsy's Dinner' from the band's iconic 1994 debut album Definitely Maybe. Cold Town Beer takes its name from Edinburgh's Calton Hill, which was originally called 'Caltoun'—meaning 'cold town'. The bar has become a popular destination amongst locals and visitors alike. Sitting in the shadow of Castle Rock, the volcanic plug in the heart of the capital upon which the castle sits, the bar is a perfect spot to enjoy a beer while looking out over one of the UK's most iconic landmarks. ‌ General Manager at Cold Town House Nikk Stevens commented: "Forget the champagne this weekend. As the home of Cold Town Beer, we've taken the bold move to temporarily change our name from 'Cold Town House' to 'Cold Town Supernova' in celebration of the Oasis reunion tour in Edinburgh and as a nod to the band's famous song. "Sometimes you've just got to 'roll with it'. For us, there's no better way to celebrate the Gallagher brothers coming to Edinburgh than by raising a glass of the city's own locally brewed craft lager. ‌ "Cold Town Beer has fast become a significant name on the craft beer scene in its Edinburgh hometown and beyond. "Any Oasis fans called Liam or Noel can also enjoy a pint of Cold Town lager on us in the Grassmarket from August 8 to 10." ‌ Stevens added: "Cold Town House offers one of Edinburgh's most popular rooftop bar experiences. It's the ultimate city-centre location to enjoy outdoor gatherings with friends and family with the stunning backdrop of Edinburgh Castle." The Daily Record recently rounded up some of the top pubs and restaurants on the tramline to Murrayfield Stadium for those looking for some pre-concert food and drink. Vittoria on the Walk in Leith and Dulse in the West End were among the venues singled out. We have also taken a look back at the . The once-in-a-lifetime concerts were part of the band's (What's the Story) Morning Glory? Tour in 1996. More information about Cold Town House can be found on its website.

Ed Sheeran hits back at TikTok star over 'embarrassing' Ipswich shirt number

Ed Sheeran has hit back at a TikTok account that criticised Ipswich's decision to include the musician among their squad numbers this season - labelling them a "small club" Ipswich fan Ed Sheeran has set the record straight after someone on TikTok hammered the Tractor Boys - calling them "tinpot" - for including the music icon among their shirt numbers for the upcoming season. ‌ Sheeran is an avid fan of the Suffolk club and a regular at Portman Road. He has a minority 1.4 percent stake in the club and previously sponsored their kits. Four years ago, the club offered him the No.17 shirt and he's had his name among the club's players in recent years, with the exception of last year. ‌ The music star has donned an Ipswich shirt with his number at concerts in the past and, following their return to the Championship, was included in the team's shirt number release that went out recently. ‌ That decision has not pleased everyone with one account on TikTok taking aim at Ipswich's decision to include Sheeran among their first-team stars - only for the minority owner to hit back. In a video posted on TikTok which has had over 700,000 views, Davoooo said: "This is genuinely so embarrassing and so tinpot from Ipswich Town right here." He also went on to say: "The fact that this person even wants a number is so entitled it's unbelievable and the fact that Ipswich are giving him a number just shows how much of a small club they are and how tinpot they really are because what are they doing here?" Sheeran didn't take long to reply on social media as he said: "I bet you're fun at parties bruvva. I didn't ask for it btw they offered back in 2021 and it's been this since. The shirts sell a fair bit so brings in profit to the club. It's really not that deep." The 34-year-old has previously partied with the club's players after securing promotion and his name is alongside current stars like Omari Hutchinson, who Ipswich are battling to keep hold of. The highly-rated winger has courted Premier League attention from Brentford and Nottingham Forest. Ipswich begin their Championship season underway on Friday night when they face Birmingham at St Andrew's. Kieran McKenna remains in charge and the Tractor Boys are among the pre-season favourites to gain promotion with the bulk of their squad doing so two years ago. Exact date and time you can watch Red Arrows fly over Scotland's skies

The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo runs from August 1 to 23, and even without tickets, crowds can enjoy the flyovers from spots around Edinburgh Thousands are set to gather in Edinburgh this weekend to witness a spectacular flypast by the Red Arrows as part of this year's Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. ‌ A highlight of the summer calendar, the Tattoo features a series of breathtaking performances on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. ‌ Tickets for the show, which runs from August 1 to 23, are always in high demand, but even those without entry can still enjoy the aerial displays from vantage points across the city. ‌ The Red Arrows will take to the skies over the capital this Saturday (August 9), with the flyover scheduled for approximately 6.15pm, weather permitting. Good views can often be found at Calton Hill, the Vennel off the Grassmarket, the Royal Mile and Princes Street, though these spots are expected to be especially busy during the Fringe. ‌ This year, the Tattoo celebrates its 75th anniversary with an expanded programme of flypasts involving aircraft from the Royal Air Force and the British Army, including the return of Apache helicopters. Flypast schedule for the 2025 Tattoo 07 August: RAF Typhoon 09 August: Red Arrows, approximately 6.15pm 20 August: To be confirmed 21 August: Apache helicopters 22 August: Apache helicopters ‌ Jason Barrett, CEO of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, said: 'We were born from the spirit of post-war celebration, and that legacy continues to inspire everything we do. "The Flypasts are a demonstration of the Tattoo's support and commitment to the UK's defence forces and are a cherished tradition and a much-loved highlight of our Show, stirring pride and joy in equal measure. "This year, as we mark our 75th anniversary, we are honoured to welcome aircraft from both the RAF and the Army. As we turn our eyes to the sky, we're reminded of the extraordinary dedication of our armed forces, at home and around the world." ‌ The tradition of the flypasts traces its roots back to the earliest days of the Tattoo. Born in 1950, just five years after the end of the Second World War, the event was created to lift the nation's morale during a period of recovery. Many had lost loved ones and were rebuilding their lives, and the Tattoo offered a sense of hope and celebration. ‌ Over the past 75 years, the flypasts have become a poignant and symbolic feature of the event, honouring those who have served in the armed forces and remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
