Model who posted revenge porn photos of woman online spared jail
A woman has narrowly avoided prison after she posted revenge porn images on Instagram of another woman having sex.
Louise Billman uploaded several explicit images of the woman in various sexual positions, alongside comments calling her a 'slag' and 'tramp'.
Billman, 40, also added a lengthy statement alongside the pictures of the woman, calling her her 'homewrecker' and a 'stalkaway'.
Magistrates sentenced Billman, a jewellery model, to 20 weeks in jail, suspended for 12 months.
Billman's sentencing, at Cambridge Magistrates Court, came after she was found guilty of disclosing private sexual images without consent at the same court following a trial in May.
The court heard the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had been 'stripped of her dignity' by the revenge porn and feared who else had seen the images.
Prosecutor James Quelch said the incident, in June 2023, had 'affected the victim's day-to-day activities' and made her terrified of the consequences.
The woman said in a victim impact statement: 'I felt like I had been stripped of my dignity, my anxiety has increased, I am constantly thinking that people who know me have seen the images.
'I am worried there will be repercussions for my family and child. In her posts, there were also images of my child. I am constantly worried about the images surfacing.'
Rachel Buck, mitigating, said her client had good character and had been 'ostracised' by her family for supporting her partner, Joey Baptiste, during his own court ordeal.
Baptiste, 41, was spared jail in 2021 after admitting a charge of coercive control against a former partner when Billman begged with the judge to spare him.
Heavily pregnant with his twins at the time, she told Norwich Crown Court he had turned his life around and was attending AA meetings.

'She supported Baptiste through his trial. Some members of her family ostracised her for supporting her partner, apart from her mother. By June 2023, she had been cut off by lots of people and had no voice and no narrative.'
Billman was also ordered to pay £200 compensation to her victim for the 'ongoing fear and trauma' she was suffering.
There was also a £154 surcharge and a £650 contribution to court costs, reduced to £400 due to her 'financial situation'.
Billman did not comment as she left the court.

A Christian rock band has been torn apart after the guitarist accused his lead singer brother of sexually abusing him when they were children. Bo Rinehart, who was once a core member of group NeedToBreathe, leveled serious allegations against his brother, Bear, as well as a camp counselor and a youth pastor. He said he felt 'the need to comment on the deeply hurtful and misleading accusations that my brother Bo made'. 'I would never choose to disparage him, especially at a time where he is clearly in pain. But as a father and husband, I must protect my family from claims that misrepresent the truth,' he added. Bear said he had chosen to keep details of the sexual abuse he suffered private in order to protect his family, but now felt compelled to come forward to defend his reputation. He explained that after he and his brother learned they were both abused by the camp counselor, they began therapy to talk through the grief, shame, anger, and confusion they'd harbored through adolescence. 'While going through a two-day intensive counseling session with Bo five years ago, I learned that he was hurt by things that happened in our early teen years as well,' he wrote. 'At that counseling session I took full responsibility for any part I played in that pain.' Bear said he and Bo were able to process 'moments of shared trauma in detail and left with an understanding that we were two young boys trying to cope with the unimaginable. 'To now label me an abuser in such a heartless way is not only deeply painful but is wildly misleading and feels intentionally harmful.' Bear said in spite of the allegations leveled against him, he still wants to repair his relationship with his brother. Fans of the brothers have expressed devastation over the revelations and urged the duo to work through their grief together and privately. 'This is so uncomfortable and heartbreaking. Johnathan Newbury, 33, terrorised the guests while armed with a zombie knife at the rental after realising other people were inside the property. Abdalrhman Ali and Ryan Jones had booked the Airbnb for a weekend break to see friends in Cardiff, but a row broke out when Newbury and others were already inside the Airbnb property. Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court heard Newbury and his pals hunted the men in a black SUV before mowing them down in the street. Prosecutor James Wilson said footage showed the vehicle 'immediately speeding up' and striking two of them as they crossed. Mr Wilson said the row had started over the booking made in the Cathays area of Cardiff in July of last year, where Newbury was due to stay with a friend, Elliot Fiteni. He said: 'Mr Jones, Mr Ali and another friend had booked an Airbnb on Bruce Street called the Comfortable Stay. 'By chance, a booking had been made at the same address on behalf of Mr Fiteni, who accepted that he stayed at the address along with Mr Newbury.
