There will be three brand new episodes, whereby Stacey, 38, will meet three families, including controversial OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips, 23.
Posting on social media, U&Original took to Instagram to share the news - but it's left people totally divided.
Alongside a snap of the red-haired presenter and the sex worker, who is known for bedding 101 men in just one day and recently completed a horrifying sex challenge in a bid to one-up Bonnie Blue, the channel penned: 'She is BACK!
'3 families, 3 fascinating episodes, you're gonna love it.'
While some were 'interested' by the idea of seeing Lily on their screens, others were stunned to see the show giving Lily, who recently sparked outrage after posting with her 'oldest fan' in a 'vile' stunt, a platform.
The post has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 3,646 likes and 67 comments.
One person gasped: 'Pretty grim giving that deviant airtime, not a single positive thing can come from the trainwreck of her life, screams if the worst click bait, expected better tbh.'
Whilst another sighed: 'Really disappointing, just don't think Stacey Dooley should be promoting or giving this girl a platform.
'Lowest derivative entertainment, a real regression in content from you Stacey.'
Meanwhile, a third joked: 'If she is sleeping over at Lilly Phillips' gaff I strongly suggest she gets the sheets fumigated!"
Woman claims her dad was in 'homewrecker' Lily Phillips' sex challenge
But at the same time, one TV fan wrote: 'Omg wow this will be so interesting!!!!'
And another chimed in: 'Can't wait to watch it!'
Viewers will see the Brit sex worker, who was recently slammed as 'fake' after fans spotted an issue with one of her many sick stunts, in the first episode of the sixth series, which is produced by Firecracker Films.

Overjoyed at the news of the news episodes, Stacey Dooley beamed: 'I'm thrilled to be back for another series of Sleeps Over!
'Truly, it's such a loved format and people always remind me of their fave moments when I'm out and about.
Former porn star shares advice for Lily Phillips
LILY Phillips is a name many of us now know, thanks to her controversial plan to bed 1,000 men in 24 hours.
The OnlyFans star is hoping to break the world record with the endeavour - a record currently held by adult film star Lisa Sparks, with 919 men.
But adult film star Jasmin St. Claire - who's most famous for having sex with 300 men in 24 hours for X-rated 1996 film The World's Biggest G**g Bang II - has issued a word of warning to the 23-year-old to ensure she's regularly tested for sexually transmitted diseases.
"I get a lot of OnlyFans girls on my podcast ... and the one common story is all of the different STD outbreaks in the business," Jasmin explained.
"Like, I've never heard of half this stuff in my life. I'm like, holy s**t. Can a doctor from India cure that?
"Like, seriously, because these are some weird things."
'We've got another three episodes that you're gonna love! The themes we touch on feel incredibly timely.
'As always, a sincere thank you to those families who agree to open their doors. Strap in!'
Meanwhile, Emile Nawagamuwa, one of the show's commissioners, explained: 'The sixth series of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over demonstrates the remarkable strength of Stacey's appeal as a documentarian and this simple, compelling concept.
'It has been three years since Stacey last slept over in the homes of UK families, and more people than ever have proudly chosen to break the rules and live life according to their own unique values.
This series is going to be a cracker
Jes Wilkins, Firecracker Films
'This series promises to be more eye-opening and enlightening than ever.'
At the same time, Jes Wilkins from Firecracker Films added: 'To be making a sixth series of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over in the current commissioning climate is one of the proudest achievements of my career and it's a testament to a wonderful creative and commercial partnership with Stacey and everyone at UKTV.
'This series is going to be a cracker.'
The sixth series of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over will air on U and U&W later this year.
All episodes of previous series are available to stream for free on U.

Actor arrested on set of hit TV show Rivals in front of shocked crew moments after filming scene with star Danny Dyer

Sources said telly extra Nigel Adams was led away in handcuffs by six cops while he was still in costume — in front of shocked cast members on the toffs drama. Around 60 minutes later, two cop cars turned up. He was driven away and spent two nights in a police cell before appearing in court on Friday accused of assaulting an ex-girlfriend. A source said: 'It was very dramatic. "Everyone was in their costumes and Danny was filming this polo scene when an hour later police suddenly turned up to arrest one of the extras. It was shocking.' Tipped off The assault is alleged to have happened at a house in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Police were called to the address at 2am on May 31. Cops wanted to question Adams, also a supporting actor on BBC's Casualty and Doctor Who, in connection with the incident. It is understood Avon and Somerset Police were tipped off that the bricklayer turned TV extra was filming on the new series of the Jilly Cooper bonkbuster adaptation Rivals. Officers swooped after the polo match scene — with Dyer in his role as lovable Freddie Jones and also featuring The Musketeers star Luca Pasqualino — had been shot in the grounds of Berkeley Castle, Gloucs. A pal said: 'He'll be gutted because it could end his TV career, something he really loves doing. 'He's a bricklayer by trade but he's been doing more and more TV work, he's been in loads of stuff. 'Whenever he's in the background of a show he gets all his family and friends to watch it.' Adams was also an extra in House of the Dragon and The Forsyte Saga. And he appeared in the 2022 movie Prizefighter: The Life of Jem Belcher, starring Ray Winstone — when he was photographed alongside the Emmy-winning actor. He'll be gutted because it could end his TV career, something he really loves doing. Adams' pal Adams appeared at Bristol magistrates' court on Friday charged with assault causing actual bodily harm. He made no plea and was given conditional bail until he returns to the city's crown court on July 7. Production company Happy Prince, which makes the drama Rivals, said: 'On the 4th June, the police visited the set regarding an unrelated matter involving a supporting artist. 'Production co-operated with the police. We do not have any further information as it is not connected to Rivals or to our production.' Avon and Somerset Police confirmed a man was arrested at Berkeley Castle on June 4. They said Adams, from Locking, Somerset, was charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.

Jamie Borthwick 'suspended from EastEnders after using shocking disabled slur backstage at Strictly'

Jamie Borthwick has been suspended by the BBC after he used a slur aimed at disabled people on the set of Strictly. A video obtained by The Sun showed the EastEnders actor using the term 'm********s' to describe residents of Blackpool where the show was being filmed at the time. He was reportedly backstage during rehearsals with Wynne Evans who could be heard saying 'Oh my God' when he made the remark. In the video clip, Jamie and Wynne were reportedly sharing their excitement at being selected for a place on the Strictly tour. Jamie has since issued an apology for using the slur, saying: 'I want to apologise sincerely and wholeheartedly for the words I used in the video showing my reaction to making it through Blackpool week on Strictly. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'I am deeply sorry for any offence and upset my words and actions have caused. It is no excuse, but I did not fully understand the derogatory term I used and its meaning.' Jamie added he did not fully understand the derogatory nature of the term he used but now that he is aware, he is 'deeply embarrassed'. The soap star said his actions were not a true reflection of his views and he reiterated how sorry he is. The BBC told The Sun on Sunday: 'This language is entirely unacceptable and in no way reflects the values or standards we hold and expect at the BBC. We have robust processes in place for this.' Jamie, who has played Jay Brown on EastEnders since 2006, is now said to have been suspended from the show. Jamie, laughing, is reported to have said: 'Blackpool by the way. 'Absolute m********s'.' MailOnline has contacted the BBC for further comment. It's the second Strictly-related controversy Jamie has found himself in after he and Wynne were reportedly blasted by BBC bosses over a shocking sex toy video. In footage obtained by The Sun on Sunday in April, the two stars were filmed backstage after the opera singer sent a sex toy to the EastEnders star. Filmed just two days after Wynne was recorded making a vile sexual comment to Jamie about pro dancer Janette Manrara, the video sees Jamie claiming the toy was sent to Birmingham 's Utilita Arena reception by Wynne. The actor smiles as he holds up the rubber toy, then points the camera at Wynne who is seen shirtless as he practices with professional dancer Neil Jones. Jamie says: 'Look at what he bought me. I opened it up and he surprised me with this, didn't he. It's so funny.' Jamie reportedly shared the offensive clip on the Strictly contestant Whatsapp group. A source told The Sun: 'As soon as BBC executives were made aware of this shocking and immature footage being shared they formally addressed the issue and reminded the pair they had to act professionally. 'The men were acting extremely immaturely and inappropriately, considering it was a family show, and many cast members didn't share their crass sense of humour. 'Bosses were horrified and shocked, hoping to nip the issue in the bud, unaware the video had been shared more widely.' They added that the pair thought the video was funny, yet while they saw the hilarity, others didn't, especially as Strictly is a family show. It came after Wynne was recorded crudely suggesting a three-way sex session with Janette, using the hugely demeaning term 'spit roast'. Janette did not make a complaint against the singer, yet he apologised for the vile remark aimed at tour host Janette, when footage emerged of the comment at the tour's press launch. He was then axed from the tour.
