Rapper Tory Lanez who shot Megan Thee Stallion ‘stabbed 14 times' in attack by inmate while serving 10 years in prison
Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, said he is "deeply thankful" to have survived the frenzied attack in which he was stabbed 14 times.

A post to his social media account read: 'Both of his lungs collapsed, and he was placed on a breathing apparatus. He is now breathing on his own.'
According to the post, 'Despite being in pain, he is talking normally, in good spirits, and deeply thankful to God that he is pulling through.'
The rapper was reportedly attacked at a housing unit at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi at about 7:20 a.m.
Pedro Calderon Michel, spokesman for the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, said staff did what they could to help Lanez and called 911, before he was rushed to an outside hospital.

Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting of fellow rapper Megan Thee Stallion in July of 2020.
He was found guilty of assault and two gun charges at trial in December 2022.

AN Irish teenager is being hailed as having a voice like Dolores O'Riordan after a video of her singing in Leicester Square went viral. Italian performer Luke — who has 2.1million followers on TikTok and 1.88million subscribers on YouTube — invites people to sing with him in the English capital. Mathilde told The Irish Sun: 'I knew Luke has millions of people watching his videos on YouTube and TikTok but I never thought I would be in one. 'That was until I went on a trip to London with my mum a few weeks ago. 'I heard music coming from Leicester Square and realised it was Luke performing one of his famous videos. 'I really wanted to talk to Luke about us duetting together. But I was nervous about asking him as he is such a big inspiration. However, my mum then told Luke that I was a great singer.' Although the DJ and vocalist had finished for the day, he asked Mathilde for her Instagram account, @mathildemullinsmusic, and promised to be in touch. She said: 'The next day I got a message from Luke saying, 'Hey Mathilde, I'm in Leicester Square today and will be singing around 3pm, will you make it?'
