FOX's ‘America's Game of the Week' 2025 schedule revealed, starting with Super Bowl LIX rematch

The Philadelphia Eagles are traveling to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs, the team they defeated, 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. That game will kick off in Week 2.
From there, the crew will call the following games:
So, after seeing who comes out on top between the two conference winners in 2024, Dak Prescott and his new receiver George Pickens will head to the "Windy City" to face Caleb Williams and his expected new-look offense under head coach Ben Johnson, who led the Lions' dynamic bunch as their offensive coordinator last year.
A matchup between two of the most explosive offenses in the league will happen in Cincinnati, as the Lions and Jared Goff will try to outscore Joe Burrow, who expects his stellar performance to result in a playoff spot this time around.
Additionally, of course, some classic divisional rivalries are in the slate, including a good Thanksgiving Day matchup between the Jordan Love-led Packers and Lions. The NFC East will also be featured with the Week 12 and Week 18 games.
The Lions, as well as the Cowboys, will be the most featured teams for "America's Game of the Week," as they will each play four times.
It is also worth pointing out how the Commanders, who made it to the NFC Championship Game last season, are now thrust into the position of being a playoff contender moving forward under the reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year, quarterback Jayden Daniels.
Perhaps the Giants, a team with a brand-new quarterbacks room which includes Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston and first-rounder Jaxson Dart, can find themselves in the same position as Washington this season.
It will be tough sledding, as they have the hardest strength of schedule of any team in 2025.
With the schedule released, the only thing left to do is wait in suspense as NFL teams continue to work through the offseason with training camp ahead this summer.

Despite the strong production in 2024, Wooden's model lists the receiver as one of the players to avoid in upcoming fantasy drafts. The primary reason for this dark outlook lies in Detroit's offensive changes. Wooden points out that "the man calling the plays is different." Williams' improvement last season was largely attributed to Johnson's offensive schemes. Statistically, the wideout had immense growth under Johnson with 58 receptions, 1,001 yards and seven touchdowns, up from just 24 catches for 354 yards and two touchdowns in the previous year. Wooden explained that "Williams benefited from Johnson's ability to scheme the speedy receiver open down the field and into space." Now, that opportunity may no longer be available to the same extent. The model ranks the receiver outside the top 40 at his position for the 2025 season. Considering the offensive uncertainty and current draft position, Wooden's model sees the Lions WR as "a prime candidate for a 2025 fantasy football bust." So, be cautious.

OL Philadelphia has a starting offensive line that's among the best in the NFL. Ten other players will compete for four or five remaining roster spots. Saturday will see all three contenders get reps, with Jakorian Bennett likely being the biggest benefactor.

Saturday afternoon offers another chance for players on the roster bubble and under-the-radar performers to carve out a role on a Super Bowl-contending team with very few holes or available opportunities at key positions. With kickoff fast approaching, we're looking at five players whose stock has risen. TE Kylen Granson Granson (6-3, 242) is more of a pass catcher than an in-line blocker, and offers an intriguing third option on the 53-man roster. OL Brett Toth Toth was first up after Landon Dickerson suffered a knee injury that required meniscus surgery, and he offers the ability to play three or four positions on the offensive line. DT Gabe Hall Hall played 49 snaps in the preseason opener and will look to solidify the fifth defensive tackle spot. RB Will Shipley The 5-foot-11, 209-pound Shipley will have a bigger role in the Eagles' offense behind Saquon Barkley and could be the backup ahead of A.J. Dillon. WR Darius Cooper An undrafted free agent out of Tarleton State, Cooper was an elite wide receiver on the FCS level, and has put himself clearly in the running for the fourth or fifth wide receiver spot. Cooper will look to improve on his six catches for 82 yards and a touchdown against the Bengals.
