This Morning's beloved expert and psychologist, Emma Kenny, has given birth to her fourth child at the age of 52. Alongside her husband Pete, 34, they've welcomed a little girl into their growing family.
Emma excitedly broke the news on Instagram, introducing her baby girl Ella-Grey to the world with a series of adorable snaps.

Her heartwarming post read: "Say hi Ella-Grey And then we were six! Say hello Ella-Grey! This morning she entered the world with a very loud cry. The Royal Bolton hospital have been fantastic and ensured that we have both been looked after brilliantly."

Already blessed with three children Tyde (22), Evan (20), and Etta-Blue, brought into the world in 2023, Emma's joy was sombrely mixed with grief, as she recently lost her mother, reports the Mirror.

Speaking of her family's loss, Emma shared: "I lost my mum suddenly a couple of weeks back, and it's really strange knowing that neither of my babies will get to know their grandparents.....they would have loved them as older my boys did before them."

She further expressed: "Ella-Grey has been lying on me all day, she latched on immediately and is as wonderful as I imagined she would be…..but like her sister…..I am blindsided that she is a girl. So, now I have two very big boys of 20 and 22, and two tiny girls aged 1 day and 23 months."
She revealed that she had struggled to come to terms with her father's tragic passing, and at the time, she thought she would never find happiness again.
However, she has since learned that people are capable of more than just withstanding suffering; they can also learn, grow, and develop courage through it.

She reflected: "When my dad took his life in 2019, I never thought I would be happy again, but in truth I couldn't have been more wrong, I've learnt we are more than simply built to withstand suffering, we are programmed to learn, and grow, and develop courage through it. I cannot change what happened but I can embrace the gifts that grief brought me."
She concluded her post by expressing gratitude to those who had supported her during difficult times. She wrote: "Thank you to all of you who have spent years supporting me.

"You stood beside me in the dark times and you gave me so many new career directions that these days I don't need invites off the MSM! Thank you, all of you, for so much more than you could possibly know xxx."
The announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans and friends. One well-wisher commented: "Massive congrats! You are such a massive inspiration."
Meanwhile another added: "Awww congratulations to you both, your girls will be besties! It is hard when the younger ones don't get to know your parents the same way as older siblings, I feel my youngest missed out on so much too, best wishes to your lovely family."

Emma also disclosed her intention to resume work shortly, adding: "Back on stage in September.....but for now it's time for baby, 2 year old, filming YouTube and Facebook and going on a road trip to Italy the minute this babies fast track passport arrives! X."

EXCLUSIVE I have seen politicians, royalty and movie stars naked - this is why you need to stop hating your body

Spray tanner to the stars Jules Von Hep revealed how the beauty industry 'conditions you to hate the way you look' on the latest episode of the Mail's The Life of Bryony podcast. Von Hep co-founded the celebrated tanning brand Isle of Paradise and has over twenty years of experience spray tanning 'every type of person', from bridesmaids to politicians and movie stars. After recently leaving the company he helped create, Von Hep now dedicates his time to spreading a body positive message to his over 109,000 Instagram followers. Having struggled with body image issues throughout his career, the beauty industry insider has channelled the lessons from his personal life and career into a new self-help book, The Confidence Ritual, which is available now. 'Everybody, whether they're famous or not, has some kind of hangup when it comes to their body', Von Hep told Mail columnist Bryony Gordon. 'This was a massive learning experience for me, and I realised that everyone is conditioned to hate the way they look. 'Everyone I worked with – when they enter the spray tan tent and take their clothes off – the first reaction is always an apology. 'We are told to hate the way we look in order to sell products so brands can make money. They need to make us believe we have a problem which doesn't really exist.' Von Hep has made it his mission to counter these sinister sales tactics by helping people love their bodies as they are. He explained: 'I am not teaching anyone something new, I am teaching you how to unlearn the beauty industry's programming. 'We're not born hating our bodies – it's a learned behaviour through our teenage years and into our early twenties. That's when we first think there's something wrong with us. 'Whatever you think you have on your body – I'll tell you now, as someone who has stared at naked bodies for literally twenty years, someone else has it. 'Don't stress about it because your body is carrying you through this life. It's giving you every experience, every joy and every moment to be present. Listen to The Life of Bryony podcast Ever feel like everyone else has it together while you're barely hanging on? Join Bryony Gordon for honest, unfiltered conversations about life's messier moments – from anxiety and heartbreak to addiction and loss. Listen wherever you get your podcasts now. 'You've got to be grateful. Don't waste time hating it.' To prove his point, Von Hep recounted an experience from a fashion shoot that exposed the industry's distortion of body image. 'I remember tanning a very famous model for a fashion shoot', Von Hep said. 'She was naked, lying on the side of a pool. I was on the set with my little kit bag running on and off, moisturising her thighs and shoulders. 'I remember looking up at the monitor - she looked great in the pictures. Anyway, six months later, that image was on the side of busses and used in TV campaigns. It was everywhere. 'When I saw it, I thought to myself: f*** me, her ass didn't look like that on set. All her cellulite was gone; all her wrinkles had been removed. 'I was with my friends at the time, and I remember thinking, they don't know she has been retouched. They actually think she looks like that – and I know she doesn't. 'It was a light bulb moment. People need to know that every image they look at has been retouched. It could be a flyaway hair; it could be a wrinkle. 'I know celebrities who have it in their contract to remove one wrinkle from one hooded eye every time an image of them goes out. 'People are beautiful exactly the way they are – it's all so pernicious.' Listen to Jules Von Hep's full interview, including his personal battle with body dysmorphia, on The Life of Bryony - available now wherever you get your podcasts.

ITV This Morning host pleads 'oh don't' as star walks off set midway through segment

One star of This Morning shocked his colleagues as he disappeared off screen during the ITV programme on Monday Gyles Brandreth left This Morning presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley stunned when he abruptly left the set during Monday's ITV show. The 77-year-old presenter chose to exit the discussion as it shifted towards "ghostworking" - the concept that employees pretend to be busy whilst actually doing very little. ‌ Gyles then mentioned: "As well as ghostworking, have you heard about revenge quitting? This is an interesting phenomenon - one in seven people admit to revenge quitting, this is where an employee walks out at the most inconvenient time." ‌ He then illustrated his point by humorously exiting the studio, off camera, stating: "So it's been lovely knowing you all." Cat implored him with a surprised, "Oh Gyles, don't," urging him to return for the next part of the show. "Come back and talk about wedding photos," reports Wales Online. Ben chuckled and joked, commenting on Gyles' recent gripes about the costs of being a grandfather: "Who is going to pay for the grandkids if you storm out?" Gyles frequently joins the hosts, who stepped into Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's shoes in March last year, alongside other broadcasters and journalists to discuss current affairs on the programme. Despite the show facing scandal in 2023 when Schofield confessed to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger male colleague, Gyles has expressed how much he values being part of the This Morning team. ‌ He previously exclaimed: "We are very happy to be here. Can I say that as well? This is a happy place to work. "I enjoy coming in here and have done since I began coming in." ‌ The Celebrity Gogglebox star became a familiar face on This Morning starting from 2021, and his choice of lively jumpers has consistently amused the audience. His remarks about the programme were made following Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond's comments on This Morning being the subject of media buzz. Dermot had remarked: "We happen to be in the news at the moment and of course we appreciate that, but just from both of us and the whole team here, the crew, the guys downstairs, we love making this show for all of you." Alison chimed in with: "We really do and that's exactly what we're going to do." This Morning is on ITV weekdays at 10am and on ITVX
