If you have already reached this rank even before the start of Season 2.5, all you need to do is to play 10 Competitive matches to get this skin. This skin will be added into your account once Season 3 begins.

Upon completing all the missions, players will get the Binary Arrow skin of Hawkeye. Also, there are other rewards as like emotes, sprays, and many more on the course of completing all the missions.
