Every episode of 'masterpiece' TV series now streaming on Amazon Prime
Set in the titular nineteenth station of Seattle Fire Department, the show follows a group of heroic firefighters as they risk their lives and hearts while on and off the job.
It was created by Shondaland mastermind Shonda Rhimes, who was also responsible for hit shows Grey's Anatomy and Bridgerton.
A number of the show's characters were initially introduced during a 2018 crossover episode of Grey's Anatomy, which served as its backdoor pilot.
After airing its first proper episode that same year, it ran for seven seasons before wrapping up in May 2024.
As of July 28, the show has been added to Amazon Prime in the UK, where viewers can discover the adventures of Station 19 for themselves.
Loyal viewers have continued to heap praise upon Station 19 since the show ended, contributing to its 93% positive audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
Critics were largely positive in their reaction to Season One, with The LA Times describing it as 'a turbocharged melodrama in which twists and surprises transpire with comforting predictability.'
Meanwhile, Common Sense Media called it 'soapy, sexy Grey's-Anatomy-in-a-firehouse drama.'
This formula obviously connected with viewers, who have enjoyed its combination of high-octane firehouse action and soapy storytelling.
Google Reviews user Ειρηνη Μπατρη described it as a 'blazing masterpiece,' writing how it 'keeps the flames of excitement burning from the very first episode to the last.'
Meanwhile, Kye May praised its handling of LGBTQ+ issues and representation, describing it as 'more than just a TV show; it is a platform that showcases amazing LGBTQ+ storylines, providing representation that is essential for many viewers.
'I am ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with this show! I've been into since day one, episode one!' exclaimed Nicole Findlay.
The show's cast is led by Jaina Lee Ortiz as station lieutenant Andrea 'Andy' Herrera, who rises through the ranks to become Captain and then fire chief as the series progresses.
Other stars include Jason George as Dr. Ben Warren, Grey Damon as Jack Gibson, and Barrett Doss as Victoria Hughes.
As a Grey's Anatomy spin-off, the show featured several crossover events over the years, from 2018's backdoor pilot to the Fall City Wildfire of 2024.
This comes weeks after the streaming service added the 'sinister' crime thriller Ballard to its catalogue. More Trending

Virgin River fans baffled by character ages as timeline gives no clues
Virgin River fans appear to be puzzled by the characters' ages in the hit Netflix series, with many saying the show's timeline only adds to the confusion Fans of the hit Netflix show Virgin River have been left scratching their heads after a recent Reddit thread sparked confusion over the ages of some of the show's main characters. Despite the show's strong storytelling, viewers say the timeline is becoming increasingly hard to follow, particularly when it comes to determining how old the characters are meant to be. As viewers of the show know, Virgin River's timeline is completely different in comparison to the time frame the series has been released in. The timeframe is around five months from season one to season six, where as the season first premiered in 2019 - six years ago. Due to the awkward timeline, fans are extremely confused when it comes to Jack and Brady, and what age they are supposed to be in the show. One viewer took to Reddit with the question: "How old is Brady supposed to be if he served in the military with Jack? I know Jack is 50 but Brady still looks to be 25-30?!" This caused an influx of fans to comment, giving their suggestions on the character ages. One fan replied, confirming that Jack was not 50, instead suggesting he is "around 40". A third fan suggested: "Jack says he enlisted right after college at 18, served for 20 years, and then lived in Virgin River for 7 years. That would make him about 45, I think. Brady is probably around 30 to 35." One thing that seemed to confuse fans the most was Jack's confession in season three regarding his previous marriage to his high school sweetheart. One viewer stated: "Jack said he got married and divorced at 18, which he said was 30 years ago, so he's at least 48." Another had a guess, penning: "I agree that Brady looks a lot younger. He doesn't have the greying hair and the lines in his face that Jack has. He can't be much younger, though, if they served together when Jack was young." However, one fan had a hilarious response, telling fans to completely ignore the ages of the characters. They stated: "In Virgin River ages don't make sense in the same way Grey's Anatomy ages don't make sense. I try not to think about it too much haha. Just remember in VR - age and time do not exist." Despite the fan confusion, in Robyn Carr's novels, which the series is based on, Mel is approximately 32 while Jack is 40. Brady is one of the younger male characters and is thought to be around 35. However none of the characters ages have been confirmed within the Netflix series and, with the slow moving timeline of the show, it means almost all of the character haven't aged or celebrated a birthday since episode one of season one.

Eerie ghost town on fringe of Las Vegas thousands flock to every year
Goodsprings, Nevada, is a ghost town located just 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas - and it's proving incredibly popular with tourists, with thousands flocking in each year Located in the middle of nowhere and allegedly haunted, the ghost town of Goodsprings is far from the most obvious tourist destination. Coupled with its proximity to the dazzling lights of Las Vegas, it would be easy for Goodsprings to be overlooked. But, despite its spooky history and sparse amenities, the town finds itself subject to thousands of visitors every year. Just half an hour away from the city's bustling strip and vibrant nightlife, life in Goodsprings could not be more different. Home to around 200 residents, this quiet town at the base of the Spring Mountains in the Nevada desert was once a bustling mining hub. In its heyday in the early 1900s, it housed 800 inhabitants and boasted amenities such as a hospital, hotels and a school - which remarkably still operates today, albeit with only two pupils on its roll. However, as the ore reserves in the Goodsprings mines dwindled, so did its populace. In 1942, the town served as the base for a special search mission following the tragic plane crash that claimed the life of actress Carole Lombard. Her aircraft crashed into Potosi Mountain, and her husband, Hollywood legend Clark Gable, anxiously awaited news at Goodsprings' Pioneer Saloon. It's said that Gable's cigar burns can still be seen on the Saloon's bar to this day. Consequently, there's a memorial room at the Pioneer honouring its connection to the iconic couple. Today, Goodsprings has a somewhat eerie aura. A drive through the town on its dusty roads evokes a spooky feeling. Often the subject of folk tales and ghost hunts, Reddit users have shared their experiences of visiting the town. One stated: "When I went to Goodsprings a few years back with my wife, it was completely dead. "No one was outside or driving around, it looked like a wild west ghost town that time had forgotten". Despite its remote location, the owners of the Pioneer Saloon are eager to provide a warm welcome to visitors. Stephen Staats, also known as Old Man Liver, purchased the iconic pub in 2021 and discovered Goodsprings' unique place in pop culture. The town serves as the starting point for the cult classic video game Fallout: New Vegas, which features the main character revived after being buried alive in Goodsprings cemetery. Many of the game's characters are based on real-life residents, and the Pioneer itself is featured in the game, rebranded as the Prospector Saloon. Recognising the town's popularity, Staats hosted a Fallout-themed event on National Video Game Day, July 8, in 2022. He expected "maybe 100 in a crazy world", but was taken aback when more than a thousand fans showed up. Since then, it has grown year on year, and following the launch of the acclaimed Amazon Prime Video series based off the game, 6,420 people visited Goodsprings in 2024. Fallout fans have praised the town's atmosphere and welcoming spirit on Reddit, with one saying: "The locals love it, and it's kind of their only form of tourism." Another, who visited before Staats took over the Pioneer, said: "They were incredibly friendly and welcoming both times I went, and there's even a marble wall inscribed with the town's residents since it's founding, movies and TV shows that have filmed there, all sorts of stuff." With a second season of the Amazon Prime show greenlit and likely to be set in and around 'New Vegas', Goodsprings could become an unlikely destination to rival the dazzling city that casts its wide shadow over the Nevada desert.
