Tina O'Brien 'head over heels' for new man as she shows him off at Jack P Shepherd's wedding

Daily Record19 hours ago
The Corrie favourite was spotted looking very loved up at the wedding of her on-screen brother.
Jack P Shepherd's wedding yesterday was a day for love and romance - but not just for the groom. His on-screen sister Tina O'Brien looked loved up as she showed off her new man at the event.

Tina, who plays Sarah-Louise Platt in Coronation Street, was one of the guests at the lavish do at Manchester Cathedral yesterday. And she packed on the PDA with her new beau when leaving the afterparty.

As seen in our sister title The Mirror, Tina and Adam Fadle, 38, shared a big snog on the street outside after deciding to call it a night. And an insider has claimed the actress, 41, is "head over heels" for Adam.

There were plenty of cobbles favourites in attendance as Jack, who plays David Platt, tied the knot with Hanni Treweek in a romantic ceremony.
As well as Tina, Lucy Fallon, Colson Smith, and Ben Price were there to celebrate the happy couple. And the groom's on-screen mum Helen Worth beamed as she walked towards the venue with her husband.
The wedding came just over a year after Jack proposed to Hanni during a romantic safari trip in Tanzania. The couple had been colleagues on the popular soap before their relationship blossomed.

And Tina certainly enjoyed her day celebrating her soap star pal. Wearing a blue and white floral dress, which she paired with a white handbag, she looked stunning. New man Adam looked very dapper in a white button-up shirt and a navy blue suit.
The pair were "all over each other" throughout the celebrations, according to an insider, and after they left the lavish do hand-in-hand, they stopped in the street to share a big smooch.

The source told The Mirror: "There was no mistaking they were an item on the day. Tina looked very much smitten with Adam.
"She looked radiant and everyone that saw them could see how besotted with each other they were. They were all over each other."

Speaking about their growing relationship, the insider added: "Tina dotes on him - she loves that he's very calm and is a real gentleman, in every way. She's head over heels. This is no flash in the pan relationship, they're getting serious."
Tina was previously married to another Adam, personal trainer Adam Crofts. But the couple, who share a son, split after six years of marriage.
According to insiders, Tina had simply fallen "out of love" with her husband and "fallen in love" with new Adam, a design guru who has worked for Paul Pogba.

Adam refurbished the former Manchester United star's home in Cheshire shortly after he made the move to the Red Devils. The home appears in the designer's portfolio on the Panoramic Properties website.
Jack first met Hanni when his now-bride appeared on Corrie, later going on to work as a storyline writer for the soap.

However, sparks didn't fly until they met at a friend's wedding sometime later. Jack said: "We got chatting, I made Hanni laugh, we had a couple of drinks and we flirted. That was it."
Later that year, a chance meeting at a supermarket sparked their courtship. Despite Jack describing it as awkward, the meeting led to a long-lasting relationship.
Hanni was worried about her looks at the time but Jack was totally taken with her. He said: "I actually thought she looked fit. I just saw the girl I fancy wearing lycra! We quickly went on our first date and we just clicked."

EastEnders star's wife rushed to hospital after she's left 'unable to speak'

Sammy could not see out of her swollen eyes. EastEnders star Ricky Champ has revealed that his wife was rushed to A&E after she was left unable to speak. Ricky's wife Sammy suffered complications related to an ongoing health issue and could not see out of her swollen eyes. ‌ The mum-of-two said that she had to get medical help as the family were about to head off on a dream trip to Disney, writes The Mirror. ‌ She said: 'What is the absolute one thing you don't need to happen the day before vou fly to Disney when you need to go shopping/ pack/clean/do washing. Oh that's right, wake up with your lips so swollen you can't speak and eyes swollen shut so vou're in A&E at 7am. ‌ 'One of the side effects of my gallstones and liver is severe hives all over my body every single morning that go away by bedtime then I wake up and it starts all over again. 'Something due to the toxins etc (still not considered urgent though, still been told need to wait a year + for an op).' ‌ Sammy, who is an influencer, then shared a series of pictures of her very swollen face before she returned to her normal self. Since marrying Sammy in August 2016, actor Ricky, who portrayed Stuart Highway in the soap. has built a life with their two children, daughter Beatrix and son River, while also carving out a varied career beyond EastEnders. ‌ Champ left behind his role as fan fave Stuart in the long-running BBC soap in 2022 after what he called a transformative experience. 'In EastEnders I went from villain to hero to dad,' he told Digital Spy at the time. 'It was amazing, doing that for five years with a character's arc. It felt weird leaving him,' he admitted. ‌ Though he's moved on from the soap, Champ isn't writing off a potential comeback. 'He didn't die. He rode off into the sunset. I think he's somewhere in the North Circular living with Rainie,' he said of his on-screen alter ego. Since his departure, Champ has kept busy. A year later, he joined the West End cast of 2:22 A Ghost Story at the Apollo Theatre. ‌ He's also made his way into streaming, landing a role in the Netflix period drama The Decameron, acting alongside Derry Girls star Saoirse-Monica Jackson. The show is about the plague which spreads through Italy, and a group of nobles and servants retreat to a villa, where their lavish getaway quickly spirals into chaos. In addition, Champ plays Sergeant Daz Black in ITV's police training comedy Piglets, showing his versatility in both drama and comedy roles.

Rebecca Loos' searingly honest justification for David Beckham 'affair'

David Beckham's former personal assistant Rebecca Loos is set to make a TV comeback this week as she takes part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and is speaking out on her alleged affair with David Beckham once again More than two decades have passed since Rebecca Loos first claimed she had an affair with David Beckham, but it still remains one of the most explosive celebrity scandals of the early 2000s. ‌ Rebecca, a former glamour model and Beckham's personal assistant in 2003, is making a TV comeback on Channel 4 this week as she takes part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. Like all the recruits, Rebecca faced a grilling in the show's Mirror Room. Jason Fox and Chris Oliver questioned her motives for being on the show before asking how she felt about her affair with Beckham now she's had the time to reflect on it. ‌ "It felt unjust that my life was pretty hell and his (Beck ham's) life kept going and kept blossoming. I've been accused of being a liar. I've had a lifetime of opinions around me, I've definitely developed thick skin. ‌ "I think the public opinion now has softened, at least from what I'm gathering since the documentary came out with the Beckhams a couple of years ago. I think it is now because thanks to social media, there is a whole different following out there, which it's a double-edged sword." The drama began in 2003 after Beckham had just completed a high-profile move from Manchester United to Real Madrid, a career-defining transfer that promised fresh footballing glory in Spain. ‌ With the move came a new entourage, including 26-year-old Rebecca Loos, who was hired as a personal assistant to help the Beckhams settle into Spanish life. In September that year, Beckham and Loos were photographed leaving a Madrid nightclub together. Whispers of an affair quickly began circulating, although both parties remained silent. But everything changed in April 2004 when Loos sold her story in an exclusive interview with News of the World. She claimed that the pair had been romantically involved for four months. Explaining why she chose to embark on the alleged fling, she said: "We just connected. People noticed it." Explaining that the idea of group drinks back at the hotel were floated after a night out, she claimed David told her: "Why don't we just lose the rest and why don't we just go back together?" ‌ "I gave him a look I was very surprised, very taken aback. I said, '**** off' in a joking manner. But there was a look and he was still looking at me and I was looking at him. I think one of the girls we were with came up and sat between us. I think the chemistry between David and I was so strong. Admitting she knew he was a married man and that she was worried about jeopardising her job, she shared her reason for agreeing. "I think the chemistry between David and I was so strong and people were not happy because I was being very unprofessional and he's a married man. Then it dawned on me what he had asked me and I decided I did want to go back with him so we gave each other a look and paid the bill and left. I couldn't wait to be alone with him and I knew he felt the same. We dropped off the other two people in the car and starting kissing quite passionately all the way back to the hotel... It was like magnets, pretty amazing." ‌ Beckham issued a firm denial, calling the allegations "ludicrous" and reiterating his commitment to his wife, Victoria. He said in a statement released at the time: 'The simple truth is that I am very happily married. I have a wonderful wife and two very special kids.' But the damage had been done. Victoria, who had remained in England during the early months of Beckham's Madrid tenure, was thrust into the spotlight as headlines cast doubt on their relationship. She later described that period as 'the most unhappy I have ever been in my entire life.' ‌ Loos was reportedly paid a large sum for her story, including a televised special with Sky One. She later claimed she went public not out of malice, but because 'better it comes from me.' The Beckhams never pursued legal action against Loos directly, but in 2006, they reached a confidential settlement after filing defamation claims against News of the World. Beckham has always denied the allegations. ‌ In 2023, Netflix 's Beckham docuseries reignited interest in the alleged affair. Though Loos is never mentioned by name, the show offers emotional testimony from both David and Victoria about the strain the scandal caused. 'It was the hardest period for us,' David admits. 'For us to go through that was incredibly difficult.' In March 2025, Loos re-emerged on 60 Minutes Australia to reaffirm her version of events. 'I've never lied about a single thing,' she insisted. Now living in Norway, Loos explained how the experience impacted her mental health and why she chose to speak out again: 'I'm going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media. All I had on my side was the truth.' Admitting she knew he was a married man and that she was worried about jeopardising her job at the time, she shared her reason for agreeing. In an interview for Sky TV she said: "I gave him a look I was very surprised, very taken aback. I said, '**** off' in a joking manner. But there was a look and he was still looking at me and I was looking at him. I think one of the girls we were with came up and sat between us. I think the chemistry between David and I was so strong."
