Man charged with killing 13-year-old cyclist by dangerous driving in 2023
The teenage boy died at the scene from his injuries.
James Durham, 54, of Goodwin Road, Mundesley, has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the incident, Norfolk Police said on Monday.

A man in his 50s was previously arrested and taken into custody on the day of the incident on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop at the scene of a collision, before being released under investigation, the force said.
A GoFundMe page set up by Alfie's family for his funeral raised more than £15,000.
His auntie, Emma Brown, said the 'beautiful and brilliant' boy was the victim of a hit-and-run while cycling home from his friend's house, and that the driver 'did not stop nor attempt to stop'.
In a tribute, she said: 'Alfie was an adventurous, intelligent, beautiful boy with his whole life ahead of him. Life will never be the same without him and he will always be in our hearts.
'Alfie loved riding his bike, playing the guitar and learning new things.'
Durham will appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on August 1.

Family pays tribute to loving husband and grandad who died in A98 Buckie crash
A man who died in a crash on the A98 near Buckie has been named as 36-year-old Alistair J Stewart from Ardersier. The crash took place about 6.50am on Monday August 11 and involved a blue Renault Megane and an ambulance. Emergency services attended and 36-year-old Mr Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene. She said honoured her 'wonderful husband' who had left behind a heartbroken young family including his 5-week-old grandson Finn. More than £7,000 has already been raised in just a few hours, the funds going towards supporting Alistair's family. Mikaela wrote: 'We as a family would love to give Alistair the best celebration of life as he sure deserves as he was the most kind hearted & loved man to walk this earth. 'If you can help with anything no matter how big or small we would be so eternally grateful. No one should have you loose their loved one so tragically.' Two male paramedics and the male patient from the ambulance were taken to Dr Gray's Hospital and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary Hospital for treatment following the crash. None of their injuries are thought to be serious. Police are continuing to investigate what happened. Woman seriously injured in Great Yarmouth hit-and-run, police say
A woman remained in hospital with serious injuries after she was hit by a car that was then driven off, police victim, in her 30s, was hit by a black Ford Puma on Nelson Road Central near the junction with Bath Hill Terrace in Great Yarmouth at 23:00 BST on 8 Police said the driver initially stopped and got out of the car but then drove away without reporting the incident.A man in his 20s was later arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle-taking, failing to stop, causing serious injury by careless driving, driving without a licence or insurance and drug-driving. Motorcyclist, 50s, dies following Hevingham collision
A motorcyclist has died following a collision which left a road closed for more than seven hours. Norfolk Police said it was called to the A140 Cromer Road in Hevingham when a black Vauxhall Astra collided with a white and black Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 motorbike at about 14:10 BST on force said the road was closed while emergency services, including the ambulance and air ambulance, attended the site and the road reopened at about 21:20.
