Gemma Owen flashed her chiselled abs in skimpy gym gear during a holiday with her businessman boyfriend Red Morgan.
Taking to Instagram on Monday evening to post a photodump, the dressage rider showed off her incredible physique in a Gymshark sports set.
The 22-year-old daughter of footballer Michael Owen has been living it up at an idyllic location - which she has not shared - with her new man.
The couple went public with their romance back in April, and their relationship has gone from strength-to-strength since.
Gemma has been loved-up on the getaway, sharing more rare snaps of their romance online.
Gemma's abs were clearly visible through the bra and leggings two-piece as she soaked up the sun, enjoying runs alongside Red and the rest of the group.
In her slew of snaps, Gem wrote: 'Holiday heaven. Having the best time with the best people' as she made a subtle nod to her partner and close pals.
Another photo showed Gemma in more gym gear during a run in the heat.
She also enjoyed some time in the pool, sipping on an aesthetic coconut juice.
But Gem also ditched the gym wear for some dressier outfits, including a gorgeous white lace dress which she appeared to wear for dinner.
The TV personality showed off her tan as she let her hair down for an evening meal looking out onto the picturesque beach.
She also shared some more loved-up snaps with him, including a photo which saw them cosying up on a sunset boat ride.
Gemma looked stunning in a cream bikini and oversized sunglasses, as a topless Red put his arm around her.
She simply added an orange heart emoji as the caption.
While it appears that she likes to keep her relationship out of the spotlight, she has been sharing rare snippets of her man online.
Taking to social media earlier this month, the reality star posted a sweet snap of them together in a photo dump at Goodwood races.
She beamed in the selfie as she snuggled up to Red at the horse riding event.
The happy couple both looked dressed up to the nines as they enjoyed their glam day out.
Gemma unveiled the romance earlier this year as shared a photo of the pair joined by her father and her mother Louise Bonsall.
A source told The Sun at the time that Gemma and Red had known each for a while after meeting through their shared passion of equestrian.
Per the 2024 Sunday Times Rich List, Red's father Steve - who is the founder and chairman of housebuilder Redrow - has a net worth estimated at £915million.

Her new romance comes after it was revealed in February that Gemma has been setting up her own home since moving out of her family's £4million mansion.
In a string of Instagram posts, Gemma revealed her bedroom and kitchen have been transformed, with a muted new décor.
One video showed the before and after of her newly-renovated kitchen which is packed with grey appliances, and gold accents and fixtures.
Her living room and bedroom continued with the all-grey theme, including metallic blinds, cabinets and matching satin pillows.
