Loose Women's Katie Piper has shared her "hard" experience on Strictly Come Dancing, having begun training for the show just months after giving birth.
The activist and presenter, 41, appeared on the BBC One competition in 2018 and was partnered with Gorka Marquez. She was the third to be eliminated, while Stacey Dooley won with Kevin Clifton that year, and has now reminisced on her "short" stint on the show.
In an exclusive interview, Katie revealed: "I gave birth in December 2017, and then you go into training in the spring, so I had a three-month-old breastfeeding baby.
"I do remember it was very hard with childcare and breastfeeding, but I'm very active, I love sport."
While acknowledging the physical demands of the show, Katie expressed her enjoyment, saying: "I think actually the physical side was probably enjoyable for me, apart from having leaking boobs and no sleep from a three-month-old child," reports Edinburgh Live.

Katie had welcomed her first daughter with her partner in March 2014, with the couple getting engaged later that year and married the following, before welcoming their second child in 2017.
Over the years, Katie has been juggling TV work with her Sunday morning programme on ITV, fronting several documentaries and Loose Women while also being a mum.
Regarding finding a balance, she said: "I think it's about remembering what's important to you and what is going to be here when everything else is gone.
"I love my job and I love the people I get to work with, and my job enables me to look after my family, which is really important to me."
Nearly ten years on from her stint on Strictly, Katie faces new challenges in her family life, particularly as the summer holidays are approaching and she looks for ways for her family to reconnect.

With two young daughters, the television personality is eager for her family to disconnect from social media and reconnect with each other. Joining forces with easyJet, she has become involved in a campaign aiming to accomplish just that.
easyJet is spearheading its "Airplane Mode" campaign designed to encourage families like Katie's to engage with one another without the distractions of personal devices, social media, and hectic schedules.
As a part of this scheme, the airline will provide a family card game aimed at prompting discussions and sharing memorable experiences. The game, which encourages lively conversations via questions and prompts, will be available for free to holiday-goers flying with easyJet, offered at airports around the UK starting today.
"It's a brilliant initiative and it's so overdue," Katie expressed. "We all understand the social media dangers for children, and I don't actually think it's all about putting the blame on kids. I think I speak for myself as a mum, we're guilty of always being on our phones and our children wanting to connect with us, and they can't."

Like numerous parents nationwide, Katie's concerns were heightened by the Netflix series Adolescence. Alongside the campaign, it left her fretting about the vast amount of unknowns and questioning whether merely conversing with children is sufficient.
"You can't just be checking notifications and emails whilst you're trying to get them to confide in you, and you can't just accept them saying 'Oh no, I'm fine' when they get in from school and put their bag down.
"It was one of the most important pieces of television I'd seen in a while, and I got speaking to easyJet quite soon after that about this initiative."
She added: "This is something I feel so passionate about, even if I wasn't doing this campaign."

Actress Monica Dolan ‘immensely proud' of Post Office campaigners
Bafta award-winning actress Monica Dolan has said she fell in love with acting as she 'just got a feeling from it that I didn't get from anywhere else'. Speaking as she appeared as the guest on BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs, the Mr Bates Vs the Post Office star said she first got the bug for acting at school. 'I just got a feeling from it that I didn't get from anywhere else,' she told presenter Lauren Laverne. 'I think it was basically a feeling of being noticed, or being seen as people now say. I thought, 'I want more of this'.' Dolan, who won an Olivier award for her role in All About Eve along with a Bafta for Appropriate Adult, received several award nominations for Mr Bates Vs the Post Office. She told Laverne how she prepared to play the real-life character of subpostmistress Jo Hamilton in the acclaimed ITV drama series based on the true story of Horizon IT scandal. 'I think you have to slightly put yourself in there,' Dolan said. 'You have to think, well if I was this person, how would I behave? I was very lucky with Jo because she was definitely more approachable than most people that I've played. 'One of the things I did very early on actually which was really helpful, which I'd definitely do again, was to ask her – if it wasn't too intrusive, and I felt with her that I could – to ask her to record her life story. Just a little version – like a 15 minute version – up to the point where the script begins – where it all starts. 'That was really useful, waiting for filming – I could listen to her voice, and I'd have her voice in my head, and also I'd have her background in my head. 'That was very useful indeed because you're kind of absorbing that person.' The BBC is launching a thrilling new gameshow - here's everything you need to know. Rob Brydon is set to host a thrilling new gameshow on the BBC, where 13 strangers will compete for a £100,000 prize. The 60-year-old Gavin and Stacey actor will direct Destination X, a show that takes contestants on a mysterious European road trip. Drawing comparisons to The Traitors and Race Across The World, the participants are whisked around Europe without any knowledge of their location or destination, as they try to decipher truth from lies amidst the clues they're given. Each day involves travelling on a bus with sensory deprivation and no contact with the outside world. They must then attempt to figure out their location based on a series of peculiar clues. Only the most astute will be able to separate the red herrings from the genuine hints. As the game progresses, players are gradually eliminated based on how far off their location guesses are, until only the winner remains, bagging a £100,000 prize, reports Wales Online. "It's the adventure of a lifetime, with one simple question at its heart: where in the world am I? Rob Brydon masterminds the high-stakes competition where nothing is as it seems...," teases the synopsis. When does Destination X start? The first episode of Destination X will air on BBC One and iPlayer on Wednesday, July 30, at 9pm. There will be two episodes a week, running for five weeks until the winner is crowned. Who is in the line-up for Destination X? In the first season, Destination X will feature 13 strangers. They include a pilot, a taxi driver, an endurance athlete, a crime writer, a retired detective sergeant, and a content creator.
