Since shooting to fame alongside her sister, Demi, on The Only Way Is Essex back in 2019, Frankie has been no stranger to reality TV turmoil. From fiery on-screen romances to her and Demi's explosive fallout with sister Chloe during the second series of their LA-set reality show, House Of Sims, there's rarely been a dull moment. Here, Frankie, who now runs her own beauty business, tells us why she's carving out a more peaceful life for her and Billy, and how turning 30 helped her finally find her confidence.
Hi, Frankie! Things seem to be going very well between you and Billy…
They are! We moved in together this year and it's amazing – now we're looking to buy somewhere. After that we'll obviously have kids and get married, but we're not putting pressure on ourselves. We know that we both want it, but we haven't put a timeline on when it should happen. We've got a lot to do before then!
What makes you work so well as a couple?
It just feels like a really healthy relationship. I knew from the first week he was The One. It was like I had a confirmation within myself, 'Yeah, this is The One.' Everything is just so simple and he makes me feel really secure and happy. Everything is just falling into place, as it should.
Is this a new experience for you in terms of boyfriends?
When you have a relationship like this, you look back at your past relationships and realise that it's completely different to anything I've had before. But I've taken a lot of lessons from any relationship that I've had in the past and brought those lessons into this relationship. Maybe that's why it's working.
Are you quite traditional, in terms of marriage first, then babies?
I'm not traditional at all. I'm not putting any expectations on myself or anyone else. I'm not thinking, 'Right, I have to be 'this age' when I get married or have kids.' I'm a firm believer that everything comes into your life at the right time – and I'll be there with open arms.
If you could give one piece of advice to teenage Frankie, what would it be?
To stay true to who you are and that who you are is enough. Because being in your twenties, being on TV and having to deal with things like trolling, you lose who you are and lose your confidence.
What do you do to look after your mental health?
I like to take time out just for myself. Recently, I've been doing something once a month that's just for me – something that makes me feel completely relaxed and reset. Last month I went for an hour-long lymphatic drainage facial massage. I think I was holding a lot of stress in my face, so I actually walked out feeling so much more relaxed. I've also been to a soundbath therapy session, which was amazing. It's about putting life on pause for a second and finding a way to take the stress off your shoulders.
So how did you really feel about turning 30 earlier this year?
I was really excited about it. Usually people dread it – I've seen people throw a funeral, it's very dramatic. But I was looking forward to being 30 because everyone told me it's a decade about finding confidence in yourself and loving who you are. So I chose to think of it as, 'I'm going into a whole new era, I'm a 30-year-old woman and this is who I am!'
Tell us about celebrating Frankie & Benny's 30th birthday campaign...
Well, we both turned 30 this year. It was like a full-circle moment because I used to go to Frankie & Benny's in Romford when I was growing up. It's where I found my love of food and now food is definitely my love language. I took Billy back to the restaurant in Essex because of the Love At First Bite new menu and it was so much fun showing him where I spent so many celebrations when I was younger.
Food is an excellent love language, in our opinion!
Haha, it is. I want to show someone that I care for them, so I want them to be fed. I want to cook for them, or go out and enjoy different flavours or eating experiences.

Lindy Klim makes shock confession about her living conditions after fleeing Bali and leaving husband
Her social media may depict quite the enviable lifestyle, but Lindy Klim also knows a thing or two about 'slumming it'. Lindy, 45, moved back to Melbourne from Bali in October last year after her shock split with her husband of six years, Adam Ellis. Taking to her Instagram Story on Thursday, the Balinese princess revealed that her family had been eating their meals off a cardboard box. She shared one photo that depicted an open-plan living and dining space that offered an enviable view of the Melbourne skyline. Taking pride of place in the image was a stylish circular dining table with a thick, burgundy base, with four matching chairs surrounding it. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Captioning the image, Lindy revealed that the table was a very recent addition to the household. 'I'm so proud of myself,' she wrote. 'I've finally bought a dining table and chairs.' 'We have literally been eating off a cardboard box on the floor for months,' she added, augmenting the quip with a crying-laughing face emoji. Lindy shared a second photo that showed evidence of her low-key dining set-up. The image showed what appeared to be Lindy's new beau, Paul Mullert, sitting cross-legged on the floor with Lindy's youngest daughter Goldie, seven, and two more people, partially shown. Despite the very casual scene, Lindy's innate sense of style still shone through in the photo. 'I made it a little fancy with a tablecloth,' she captioned the image, with another laughing emoji. Lindy moved back to Australia in October after living in Bali for 14 years following her split with husband Adam Ellis. Speculation that her second marriage of six years had ended emerged after Lindy posed for a family portrait with her four children – with no sign of Ellis. After posting the image to Instagram, eagle-eyed followers noticed that Lindy was also no longer wearing her engagement ring. An insider told Confidential that the pair had been well and truly over for some time. 'They have also not been seen together for a number of months,' they told the publication. 'Plus he isn't in any of her social media photographs.' Lindy also teased the move in October, sharing two striking images of a Balinese sunrise with the caption: 'Last few hours in Bali, see you soon Melbourne.' Following her move to Melbourne, Lindy debuted her new relationship with medical tech businessman Paul Mullert in February. 'He's just a normal, nice guy. We've been seeing each other for a few months and just taking it slow,' Lindy told The Daily Telegraph. 'This is a nice little intro into my world.' Mullert was born and raised in Perth and was close friends with late Aussie actor Heath Ledger throughout his childhood. Lindy also revealed the surprising way they met: 'Paul's sister lives in Bali and she said you should go on a date with my brother. It's been amazing back in Melbourne.' Speaking about her return to Australia on the FemmeCon Presents: Modern Woman, Redefined in February, Lindy revealed that she came back Down Under starting from scratch 'I rented a house that's fully furnished, because I have nothing. I arrived in Australia with two suitcases and my kids,' she said. 'I left everything in Bali. I don't even care. I don't ever want to see it again.' Lindy shares three children with her ex-husband, Australian Olympic swimmer Michael Klim, Stella, 18, Rocco, 16, and Frankie, 13, and one with her second husband, Goldie, seven.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce finally go 'Instagram official' with 13 sweet snaps
After months of dating, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have finally gone 'Instagram official' with their relationship, sharing a series of loved up snaps online After months of fan excitement and keeping a relatively low profile about his love life, Travis Kelce has finally taken things to the next level and made his relationship with pop star Taylor Swift official on Instagram. The Kansas City Chiefs' tight end embraced the modern tradition of confirming a relationship via social media, offering fans a glimpse into their blossoming romance. On Thursday, Travis shared a series of photos documenting their summer adventures together in what marked a huge milestone in their relationship journey so far. Travis, who boasts 6 million followers on Instagram, posted a collection of snaps from their recent holiday. The images showcased various moments of their relationship, from boat trips to dining at upscale restaurants. One photo captured the couple enjoying a snowy landscape, while another showed them sharing a moment on an ice rink. In one particularly sweet image, Taylor is seen tenderly holding Travis's face as they pose with friends. Captioning the post, Travis wrote: "Had some adventures this offseason, kept it 100.", reports the Express. As soon as the post was live, fans and fellow celebrities flooded the comments section, expressing their delight at this significant step in the couple's relationship. Former NBA player Chandler Parsons chimed in with: "the hard post !" acknowledging that this was the first time Taylor had featured on Travis' Instagram feed. Betty Crocker, the baking behemoth, also couldn't resist chiming in, suggesting the post might just "break the internet." Among the collection of images, one specific photo caught the sharp eyes of fans, as it unveiled that Kelce's phone lock-screen is a snapshot of the smitten pair. In a discreet tribute to TayTay, the post included a total of 13 images, which happens to be Taylor's lucky number. The 35-year-old pop superstar and American footballer Travis have been an item since September 2023 and it seems they are as hungry for each other as always. The couple have supported each other on the road - with Travis, 35, tailing Taylor on her epic Eras World Tour which finally climaxed at the end of last year, and she attending games he played for his team, the Kansas City Chiefs. The couple have been reasonably happy to talk about their romance - with Travis occasionally talking about his girlfriend on his podcast, New Heights, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce, 37. And Taylor has declared her love to Travis while on stage and collecting awards. However up until now, the couple have never officially confirmed their romance on social media, making Travis' photo carousel all the more poignant.
