Job roles on the decline
The job seeking website has flagged the position which are 'not hot' the positions include:
Front-End Web Developers: With the rise of low-code platforms and design templates, demand for basic front-end skills is waning.
QA Testers: Automated testing tools and AI-driven quality assurance are replacing manual testing roles.
IT Support Specialists: Cloud-based systems and self-service troubleshooting have reduced the need for in-house support teams.
Blockchain Developers: After the crypto crash and regulatory scrutiny, blockchain roles have seen a steep decline in demand.

Reason for the shift in the tech sector
Bernard also pointed out the different factors responsible for driving this change. He feels that AI and automation are easily streaming the tasks which were earlier handled by a large team. On the other hand, remote work has also altered the infrastructure needs and has also reduced the demand for traditional IT roles. Moreover, economic pressures are also forcing the tech companies to move towards selective hiring and favour the roles that contribute more to the revenue or innovation.
"While there isn't a smoking gun linking AI to the plunge, automation trends could be a reason the weakness persists," said Brendon Bernard.
Job roles that are still hot
While some of the tech job roles are cooling off, there are still some roles that are high in demand. The jobs roles for AI/ML Engineers, Cybersecurity Analysts, Cloud Architects and Data Scientists are very much in demand. These job roles completely alignwith the company's idea of intelligent systems, data-driven decision-making, and security-first architectures.

Nitish announces special packages for investors
Patna: CM Nitish Kumar on Saturday announced a four-point economic package aimed at encouraging entrepreneurs to set up industries in Bihar. Alongside this industrial push, he reiterated his govt's target of providing jobs and work opportunities to one crore young people through govt recruitment, private sector employment and self-employment initiatives over the next five years. The economic package, he said, would specifically benefit investors willing to establish industrial units in the state, supplemented by a range of existing incentives. The announcement was made on the CM's social media handle. Detailing the package, Nitish said, "The four-pronged economic package includes capital subsidy, interest subsidy and the doubling of the incentive money payable under the goods and services tax (GST). The arrangements would be made to provide land to the investors in every district, and the land would be given free of cost to them who will give more jobs." "If there is any dispute on the land allotted for establishing an industrial unit, it would be resolved. All these facilities would be given to those who establish industrial units in the next six months. Several other provisions besides these have also been made, which would be quite helpful for the investors and detailed notifications would be made separately," he said. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Could This NEW Collagen Blend Finally Reduce Your Cellulite? "Now, our govt has fixed the target of covering one crore youths through govt jobs and work opportunities over the next five years (2025-30). The govt has been incentivising those interested in establishing industrial units, or deciding to work on self-employment, by providing them various kinds of facilities. Now, the govt will give a special economic package to entrepreneurs to open and establish industries in the state," he added. Explaining the larger objective, the CM said, "The aim of the govt behind making these initiatives is to promote setting up of more industries in the state and to see that youths acquire skills to become self-dependent and also get jobs for their better future." The announcement came a day after his Independence Day address at Gandhi Maidan in Patna, where he had reaffirmed his government's decision — already approved by the cabinet — to provide jobs and work opportunities to one crore youths between 2025 and 2030. iPhone 17 Pro Max vs Pro: The key differences Apple doesn't want you to miss
Apple is getting ready to release the iPhone 17 series, and tech fans are already asking the same question they ask every year: What's the difference between the iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max ? Apple is giving the larger Pro Max model some big advantages this time, even though both are high-end flagships. This year's update isn't just about the size. The Pro Max might be an even better choice for people who want the best iPhone experience because of its longer battery life, design changes, and camera features. What is the size difference between the iPhone 17 Pro Max and the Pro? by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Knee Pain? This Morning Trick Helps Wellnee Undo This year, Apple isn't changing the size of its screens very much. The iPhone 17 Pro has a 6.3-inch screen, and the Pro Max has a 6.9-inch screen, just like the models from last year. The real difference, though, is how thick they are, as per a report by 9to5mac. The leaked dimensions show that the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be 8.725mm thick, which is more than last year's Pro Max, which was 8.25mm thick. That might not sound like much, but the extra depth makes room for a big upgrade: a bigger battery. The iPhone 17 Pro, on the other hand, is the same size as the iPhone 16 Pro, with just a little bit bigger camera bump. Will the cameras on the iPhone 17 Pro Max be better? Live Events In the past, Apple has given the Pro Max a head start when it comes to cameras. For example, the iPhone 15 Pro Max had a 5x telephoto zoom, but the smaller Pro was stuck at 3x until the iPhone 16 Pro caught up the next year. There are rumors that the iPhone 17 Pro Max might get a new telephoto lens upgrade, but the specifics are still unclear. There were some rumors that the Pro Max would have a smaller Dynamic Island, but most of them have been put to rest. Its bigger and more advanced camera system still seems to be what sets it apart, as per a report by 9to5mac. Why is battery life so important this year? The Pro Max's battery life has always been its best feature, but Apple looks like it wants to make that gap even bigger. The iPhone 17 Pro Max will have a much bigger battery because it is thicker. This will make it the longest-lasting iPhone ever, as per a report by 9to5mac. ALSO READ: Orca attack mystery: What really happened to marine trainer Jessica Radcliffe The iPhone 16 Pro Max could already play back video for up to 33 hours, stream video for up to 29 hours, and play back audio for up to 105 hours. The iPhone 16 Pro, on the other hand, could play 27 hours of video and 85 hours of audio. That six-hour lead was already big, and with the iPhone 17 Pro Max getting a bigger battery, the gap could get even bigger in 2025, as per a report by 9to5mac. ALSO READ: Apple iPhone 17 Air and Pro get surprise release date change — here's the new timeline The iPhone 17 Pro, on the other hand, is expected to have about the same battery life as last year's model. It will perform well, but it won't break new ground. FAQs What is the biggest difference between the iPhone 17 Pro and the Pro Max? The Pro Max is likely to have a longer battery life and maybe a better telephoto camera than the Pro. Will the iPhone 17 Pro get the same features as the Pro Max later? Yes, Apple has a history of adding some features to the Pro Max first and then to the smaller Pro model a year later.
