Oasis fans making their way to the legendary band's performance at Murrayfield are being cautioned against topping up their beverages during one particular moment. The Britpop icons will be delivering their second show at Murrayfield this evening (August 12).
Friday's gig marked the first occasion the Wonderwall hitmakers had graced Edinburgh with their presence in 16 years. The group, fronted by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, disbanded in 2009 before revealing their reunion tour last year.
Following their Edinburgh appearance, they'll travel to Dublin's Croke Park before making their way back to London's Wembley Stadium in September. The band will subsequently embark on the overseas portion of their tour.
BBC Radio 2 presenter Vernon Kay has now cautioned supporters attending the show against making a trip to the bar during one particular moment of the performance. Vernon was amongst the audience members who witnessed the band's return at Heaton Park in Manchester.
During his Radio 2 broadcast, the 51-year-old revealed: "One thing that confuses me is the moment, the track it seems where people are refuelling their beverages is Bring It On Down. That's my favourite Oasis tune.

"Not many did but I noticed that was the particular track where people were like, 'Oh, oh, oh'. I'm like, 'Hang on a minute, walls of sound, you do realise this is the track that got them signed, this is the one that pricked the ears up of Alan McGee?'"
The Oasis reunion is set to carry on tonight, with whispers suggesting it might extend into 2026. Fans are buzzing with the possibility of the band playing at Knebworth House next year, commemorating the 30th anniversary of their legendary gigs there.
Should this happen, they would surpass Robbie Williams as the artist with the most performances at the iconic Hertfordshire venue.
The Sun has reported that the group has been offered four dates at Knebworth and a chance to play at Etihad Stadium, the homeground of their favourite football club, Manchester City.

Speculative fake posters for a potential 2026 tour have started making rounds online, according to The Mirror. Yet, the real question remains whether Liam and Noel Gallagher are willing to continue the reunion.

A source disclosed to the outlet, "They'll be having a well-earned holiday as soon as this tour finishes later this year," adding, "As for 2026, they've seen the speculation, they've heard about the offers and they know what the fans want. But it's ultimately up for them to decide."
The ongoing tour was announced nearly 15 years after Oasis split, following years of friction between the Gallagher brothers. Despite a history of public spats since Noel left the band, the siblings have recently taken to starting shows hand-in-hand, hinting that past animosities may be resolved.
