Iain Stirling revealed the incredible comeback and The Sun understands the pair entered the villa tonight.
The public previously turned on Megan after she dumped Tommy for Conor in her final few days.
Megan was voted least favourite girl after dumping Tommy for Conor, before being axed.
Blu was dumped after being left single - and had to fight for his place opposite bombshell Shea.
And this stunned viewer said "This feels illegal; if the public voted Megan out, why tf bring her back?????"
The lads were told to decide between them who would go home, but when neither gave up their place, their co-stars made the decision for them.
Megan said before heading back to Love Island: "I'm excited to go back in, I think I left quite abruptly and I'm going back in for some clarity.
"It was an easy decision to make. When you can't speak to people for a couple of weeks and have to watch them on telly every night, you want some answers."
Blu said: "There's a bit of open space now and people know the game a little bit more, so hopefully the couple of girls I've got my eyes on are willing to explore.
"I told you all from the get go I'm not leaving and I'm not f***ing leaving!"

Baffled fans raced to X after seeing Megan slow-mo walk back into the villa for a second time.

The announcement came shortly after Maya Jama returned to dump a couple from the island.
Islanders were ordered to line up in their couples as Maya announced the results of the latest public vote for their favourite boy and girl.
Maya revealed the bottom three girls were Billykiss, Emma, and Angel and the bottom three boys were Boris, Conor, and Harry.
With the fewest votes, Emma and Boris were dumped from the island, ending Casa Amor's most talked-about comeback and Love Island's biggest love triangle.
Both Emma and Boris had entered the villa as Casa Amor bombshells.
Emma is Harry's ex-girlfriend of four years and had been trying to rekindle things — to no avail.
Love Island returns tomorrow night on ITVX and ITV2.

Wednesday's episode of the ITV2 dating show will see Cach, Ty, Yasmin and Toni pick either Billykiss or Angel to send home. The awesome foursome were voted the favourite boys and girls of the villa during Tuesday's instalment. And they are all very torn on who they think should go. 'My head is very 50/50. I took a risk today kissing Toni… 'It didn't clear my mind completely. I was still really confused. Obviously I don't want Billykiss to go,' Cach says. And Toni - who brought Cach back into the main villa after Casa Amor - then gave her opinion.
