Charli XCX wedding reception 'featured only 20 guests'
The 32-year-old singer, whose real name is Charlotte Aitchison, got hitched to The 1975 drummer George Daniel, 34, in a private ceremony at Hackney Town Hall, east London, on the weekend.
After tying the knot, the couple reportedly headed to an Italian restaurant and hosted a party at a local bar.
A source told The Sun the couple invited about 20 guests for what was described as a "very cool" and intimate day - a contrast to the larger celebration they are planning in Sicily later in 2025.
After exchanging vows in Hackney, Charli and Daniel walked to the nearby Italian restaurant Dalla for a private dinner.
"Charli's wedding reception was the epitome of Brat. Her and George wanted to keep it very cool, so they shunned cars and walked down Hackney High Street to get to Dalla," an insider told The Sun.
"The restaurant had closed for them and they had a massive family-style meal with loads of pasta and champagne.
"People walking past were stunned when they saw Charli and George having a cheeky pre-dinner cigarette outside.
"Charli and George then went to a nearby hotel to get changed before they went to Ellie's for a party."
The reception continued at Ellie's, a bar in Dalston that opened in May and is becoming known as one of the capital's trendiest spots. Ellie's is known for its STG8 ($A16.50) martinis.
Charli reportedly changed out of her STG3300 ($A6800) Vivienne Westwood Nova Cora mini dress into a second white outfit in case of any drink spills.
"To get in you just had to walk up to the front and say 'Charli'," the source said.
"Once inside, Charli and George had laid on a free bar and there were trays of cigarettes lying around for the smokers.
"There was a 'no social media' policy so no one posted any of the pictures from the reception online. It went on until around 4am when everyone crashed out and went home."
Earlier in July, it was reported Charli and Daniel had chosen Sicily as the location for their second, larger wedding later in 2025.
"This was the formal wedding and the big event is happening in a few months. "Charli and George had the most perfect day in London," The Sun source said.
"It was everything they wanted it to be - relaxed, informal and fun."

‘Best night': Oasis performs Ozzy Osbourne tribute to thousands at sold out tour
Oasis fans who turned out for the iconic band's concerts in Wembley were definitely not disappointed, as this incredible footage shows. The band, led by Noel and Liam Gallagher, have been back on tour since July 4 – reuniting after a bust up broke up the band 16 years ago. They are currently performing in London as part of seven sold-out shows at the iconic Wembley Stadium, The Sun reports. A new video posted to Instagram shot from the stage behind the famous band and looking out to the crowd, showed thousands of people jumping up and down as the band kicked off one of their most popular songs. The stadium moved as one as Noel played guitar and frontman Liam urged the crowd on by waving his arms up in the air. The video was shared to the official Oasis Instagram accoun t where fans flooded it with positive comments. 'Everytime we see these clips it's so refreshing to see the crowd enjoying themselves, and not watching through their screens,' wrote one person. Another added: 'A sea of Oasis fans in 2025 what a time to be alive … Thank you guys this tour has been better than I have imagined it would be.' A third commented: 'Best night with the best band!' And a fourth posted: 'Wow! Regardless of whether you are a fan of band or not, this is amazing.' Oasis played its first shows at Wembley in 16 years and in the first concert on Friday paid tribute to Black Sabbath frontman, Ozzy Osbourne, who died on Tuesday aged 76. As the band played its 1994 Top Ten hit, Live Forever, a giant image of Ozzy appeared on the screens in the stadium. The brothers also sang the track Rock 'N' Roll Star, from the same year, in honour of Ozzy, who was the self-proclaimed Prince of Darkness. Liam told the 81,000-strong crowd: 'I want to dedicate this one to Ozzy Osbourne — a rock 'n' roll star.' Earlier in the week, Oasis sent fans wild by releasing a live track from the reunion tour. The live rendition of one of Oasis' most famous songs, Cigarettes and Alcohol, was released after the band also dropped Slide Away, which was recorded and released from their first date in Cardiff. Oasis will perform five more concerts at Wembley on July 30 and August 2 and 3. They will return towards the end of their tour for two more dates on September 27th and 28th.

AC Milan players visit Perth Children's Hospital ahead of Thursday nights clash against Perth Glory
There were hugs, high-fives and heartwarming smiles at Perth Children's Hospital on Monday as some of the world's biggest football stars traded in their boots for an afternoon of signing scarves and sharing stories. Italian football giants AC Milan, back in WA for a blockbuster clash with Perth Glory on Thursday, made a surprise stop at the hospital to lift the spirits of some of the State's bravest young patients. They also paid a visit to Telethon beneficiaries including Radio Lollipop, Starlight Children's Foundation and the Kids Cancer Support Group. Among the high-profile visitors were legendary players Samuele Ricci, Yunus Musah, Matteo Gabbia and Filippo Terracciano. Former AC Milan player Zeljko Kalac, who represented Australia on the international stage for over a decade as a Socceroo, also stopped by. Aspiring soccer player Tyler Stewart, 10, was over the moon after meeting the football stars and told The West Australian he would treasure the moment forever. 'This hand, I'm never going to wash it again . . . because I got all the high-fives on this hand,' he said. 'At first I felt shy, but then I just opened up my shell. I think they're my favourite team now . . . my favourite team before was Manchester City.' Tyler has had 12 surgeries on his legs — with number 13 looming — since being struck by a taxi while on holiday in New York on Christmas day. But he said it is all worth it after meeting the superstars today. 'I can't wait to tell my friends at school,' he said. For 11-year-old Mathew Scojceski — a lifelong AC Milan fan and childhood cancer survivor — the moment was something he'd dreamed of. '(I feel) special, like that I actually got to speak to them one-on-one and meet them in person. They were very cool and friendly, and they made me feel welcomed,' he said after chatting to Terracciano. Mathew, who underwent major spinal surgery in March, didn't hesitate to tip the scoreline for Thursday's match. 'I think it will be three-nil to AC Milan . . . AC Milan all the way,' he said. For Kalac — who spent five years at the storied club — he said making kids' faces light up is part of the job. 'Watching everything (AC Milan) do for kids and for charities, it's just a great, great club,' he said. 'For these guys that are professionals to come out, and no one complains about coming out doing all this, they really come out, because of what these kids are going through... they know they need to be there and support them and give them that energy and that inspiration. 'That's part of being a footballer . . . bringing so much joy to people's faces.' Musah, who first visited Perth with the team 18 months ago, said it was great to be back in town with some of WA's toughest little soldiers. 'It's been great coming back . . . it's a country where everyone welcomes us really well, and it's just a beautiful city,' he said. 'It's just nice getting to see how people are going through things in their life, and see how they're recovering and stuff and it's nice to be someone that can inspire them to heal. 'I know that when I was younger, I would have loved the same so it's nice to have that impact now.' Tourism Minister Reece Whitby said he thinks kids like Mathew and Tyler could teach the all-stars a thing or two about strength. 'These guys are some of the best players in the world — champions — and they've taken the time to talk to kids here at the hospital,' he said. 'The courage these kids show, the challenges they face... it's remarkable. They could probably teach these players a thing or two about how to play the game.' Thursday night's match at HBF Park marks AC Milan's second visit to Perth in as many years, after last year's game against Roma drew thousands to Optus Stadium.
