Paul Salas reacts over viral video of performance in Palawan
On Facebook, Kapuso actor shared a fan-taken video showing him warmly engaging with the audience during a performance.
In the clip, a female fan approached him for a photo, and after their sweet interaction, Paul unknowingly took her chair, thinking it was empty. Moments later, the fan attempted to sit back down—only to fall when the chair was no longer there.
The video, which was uploaded by Shamel Ledesma Aguirre on Facebook, has now gone viral with 13 million views and over 200,000 reactions as of writing.
Reacting to the viral video, Paul humorously acknowledged the chair mishap, saying "Hindi naman kasi sa akin ang upuan kuha ako ng kuha."
He later apologized to the fan, expressed relief that she was OK, and said that he would make it up to her.
"Pasensya minamahal kong binibini at hindi ko napansin eh upuan mo pala 'yun. Bawi ako sa 'yo. I love you! Mabuti at okay ka. Sana nag-enjoy ang lahat ng taga Brookes Point Palawan love you guys," Paul added.
Paul previously starred in the Philippine adaptation of hit Korean drama "Shining Inheritance" and the second season of "Lolong."

Shaira Diaz and EA Guzman are bound for Switzerland, where they plan to spend their honeymoon. On Wednesday's 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,' the newlywed couple said that they chose Switzerland as their honeymoon destination after they repeatedly saw its beautiful scenery. 'First week of September sa Switzerland. First time namin—parehas kaming hindi [pa] nakakapunta. First time naming mararating 'yung Switzerland. And sa lahat ng mga reels po namin sa social media, 'yun po 'yung nakikita namin,' EA said. Shaira echoed EA's sentiment and said, 'Laging nakikita namin. Ang ganda-ganda. Swiss Alps.' EA highlighted that the natural beauty was what drew them to the destination. 'Na-curious kami kung ano ba itsura ng Switzerland. Parang perfect kasi kay Shai, mahilig siya sa mga scenery-scenery na may mga puno,' he said. 'Bundok-bundok, ta's 'yung Swiss Alps po,' Shaira said. Shaira and EA tied the knot on August 14. The Unang Hirit barkada, a number of GMA executives, and Kapuso stars were among those who attended their wedding. Shaira and EA had been engaged since 2021, but only publicized it in 2024. The two famously practiced celibacy throughout their 12 years together. In her wedding vows, Shaira told EA, "Magiging masaya ka na mamaya." Alas, EA said on their first night as a married couple, his bride fell asleep on him. 'Pero naintindihan ko naman kasi ang aga niya nagising," EA said. — Carby Basina/LA, GMA Integrated News
