Avan Jogia's proposal to Halsey was one to remember!
On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the singer opened up about the special way the actor asked her to marry him in Barcelona, a city of personal significance for them. Halsey and Jogia have been together since October 2023 and got engaged nearly a year later.

Halsey, who shares 3-year-old son Ender with ex Alev Aydin, shared that she had an inkling that Jogia would propose. For their anniversary, he took her on a plane to Barcelona — "with a layover, in Canada" — but didn't loop her in on any plans, she said.
When they got to the Spanish city, they decided to get on a boat because "we both love boats," she added. The thought of a proposal against such a beautiful backdrop crossed her mind, but they were both "sun drunk" and very relaxed — so Halsey determined the odds of Jogia popping the question were low.
"We were sitting next to each other, and he was like, 'Come down on the floor.' So I got down on the floor of this boat, and he pulled out the ring," Halsey said.
"He said, 'What's a little bit of marriage between friends?' " she added.
Fallon couldn't contain his excitement at the story: "That's a good line!" he exclaimed.
"And I was like, 'Yeah, I'll do a little bit of marriage with you,' " Halsey continued. " 'I'd prefer to do a lot of it.' "
The "Bad at Love" singer previously shared details about the proposal on an episode of Call Her Daddy.
'It's kind of like where we first started hanging out, so it's really special to us. I wasn't sure that I was ready, but I was also kind of like, 'You're literally the most amazing, smartest, hottest, nicest person I've ever met in my life, so don't go anywhere.' I'm trying to figure it out," Halsey told podcast host Alex Cooper.

The singer shared that, like many, her first exposure to Jogia was on Nickelodeon, when he starred in Victorious as Beck. She often watched the show while babysitting after school, Halsey said.
Sometimes, her brothers would walk in on her watching the show.
"And they'd be like, 'You just think Beck is cute!'" she said, adding with a smirk, "I did just think Beck was cute."

Man Joins Wife's Pilates Class to Prove It's 'Easy.' He Gets Humbled When He Walks Out on Shaky Legs (Exclusive)

Zach Webber filmed a skit joining his wife Liz's pilates class — but the pain was real. The viral TikTok shows Zach getting hilariously humbled while Liz skips out refreshed. He now has a whole new respect for Liz's workouts — and maybe pilates, Webber thought he was in for a relaxing workout when he joined his wife, Liz, for pilates — what he got was a viral humbling and a whole new level of respect. The viral TikTok video they posted — captioned 'It's 6:00 AM, time to prove to my wife that pilates is easy' — shows Zach walking confidently into class, and limping out with a new outlook. On the other hand, Liz skips out of the studio, declaring, 'Such a relaxing class,' while Zach stares at her in disbelief. 'Liz had been telling me about her pilates class for months, and she kind of found a passion in it,' Zach shares exclusively with PEOPLE. 'She'd been asking me to come join her. So I was like, okay, let's do it.' While the video was filmed like a comedy sketch, the reactions were the real deal. 'I did think it was going to be easier than it was,' Zach admits. 'It was surprising. It's not easy.' Even though the couple filmed the skit after class to be respectful of the other participants, the sweat and grimaces weren't just for show. 'Holding a lunge in a single position for over a minute or doing some of the stuff with the bands that I'd never done… Those were very real reactions,' Zach says. Liz could barely keep a straight face watching her husband struggle. 'I kept looking over at him being like, well, I told you,' she laughs. 'It's hard for me too… I just started in November. My core and everything has been tough getting it back. So looking over, I'm like, see, it's not just me.' Zach's biggest surprise came from the reformer machine itself. 'We did the reformer pilates, which was a big machine, and that stuff was complicated,' he says. 'Doing stuff on that machine with moving parts and cables and the ropes and all that… It was a totally new experience.' He adds, 'There was a learning curve there for sure. I was definitely slamming the carriage and all of the beginner things that are typical.' And while he's done everything from yoga to weightlifting and running, Zach says nothing really prepared him for this. 'It definitely works different muscles in a different way,' he says. 'It's refreshing and different.' Liz has been consistent with her pilates practice since their second child was born. 'I just had our second, who's now eight months old. That's when I started… and it feels so good after. I'm obsessed.' For Zach, the experience was more than a workout — it was a relationship check-in and has given him a new perspective on his wife's strength. 'Since having our second baby, she's really taken her fitness seriously… and knowing how difficult it is, she's extremely impressive,' he shares. Having Zach join Liz's class — grippy socks and all — meant a lot to the mom of two. 'We're both busy, so it meant a lot that he came out and did it with me,' she says. 'I also feel like whenever I come home from class, I'm like, 'Oh, yeah, we did this.' And he's like, 'Oh yeah,' like he gets it now.' Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. The two have been together 16 years, married for eight, and prioritize trying new things together. 'We try to do new things like this together when we can get time for each other, even if it's something as simple as going to a workout class and getting coffee after,' Zach says. 'That kind of stuff's really important to us.' Zach hasn't ruled out joining Liz again — even if it's not a regular thing. 'If it weren't as far away as it is, because it is like a 20, 30 minute drive, I would probably be doing it more with her,' he said. 'It's a cool way to mix things up if you're stuck in a workout rut.' And for any guys still doubting pilates, Zach has one message: 'Go try it with no pre-judgment and just see if you like it.' Liz agrees. 'It's not just for the girls, too. I feel like incorporating that even once a week, a couple of times a month, is just so good… it does so many different things for you than your typical workouts.' But if you think you're just in for a spa day, beware. 'When I walked in, I was like, this is going to be even easier than I thought it was going to be,' Zach says. 'It felt so calm and peaceful… and then you start sweating like crazy and your abs are shaking and you're like, oh wait, this isn't serene.' Read the original article on People

Alex Cooper Shares the 1 Part of Her Docuseries That Makes Her Cry 'Every Time'

On Sunday, June 8, Alex Cooper attended the premiere of Call Her Alex at the Tribeca Festival in New York City During a Q&A session, she explained that the series was her way of giving fans a more complete picture of who she is The project originally began as behind-the-scenes footage from her Unwell Tour. However, as filming progressed, the scope of the series expanded Alex Cooper has long been an open book online — but with her new Hulu docuseries, she wanted to go even deeper. On Sunday, June 8, the Call Her Daddy host, 30, attended the premiere of Call Her Alex at the Tribeca Festival in New York City. During a Q&A session, she explained that the series was her way of giving fans a more complete picture of who she is and what her daily life truly looks like. The project directed by Ry Russo-Young originally began as behind-the-scenes footage from her Unwell Tour, which kicked off in late 2023 at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, Mass. However, as filming progressed, the scope of the series expanded. Cooper found herself navigating significant life changes — from launching her media company, Unwell, to planning her wedding with film producer Matt Kaplan. The couple, who first met over Zoom in 2020, tied the knot on April 6, 2024, in Riviera Maya, Mexico. "When you're filming a documentary, there is a level of exposure that I wasn't used to if you're seeing me in my kitchen and I'm not just doing it for TikTok," she said during the Q&A. "You're really seeing me in my life with my husband. I know you guys know how private Matt and I usually are, but I think this was a goal to show a little bit more." She added, "In the second episode, you will see parts of our vows from our wedding, which makes me cry every time." Although Cooper filmed her entire wedding for the docuseries, much of it didn't make the final cut. 'I was filming it and I'm like, 'Okay, these people don't need to see my whole f------ wedding,'' she said. 'But it was so fun to rewatch it. I hadn't seen the footage and when I got the footage I was like, oh my God, this is so beautiful." But for Cooper, opening up on camera for this project came with challenges — particularly giving up her usual editorial control. When it comes to Call Her Daddy, she explained that she's used to setting up the cameras herself, then exporting, editing and uploading the content on her own. "Sometimes it's my favorite part," she said during the Q&A. "Matt always jokes and he's like, if you could not be on camera and you could just be the editor, I feel like you'd be the happiest person in the world. I love it. It's just been who I am to my core." "But I think it was good that I didn't do the edit — or you probably would've never seen this because it would've taken me 19 years and I would've said, it's not perfect. We can't put it out yet. So thank God someone took it away from me," she added. "So to have Ry there with the full camera crew and cameras in my face — people that I don't know — it definitely elicited a bit of nervousness within me because I am trusting, but I've always had the control," she said. "So to hand the keys over to this woman, I was like, please don't f--- my life up. And she did it. We made it." Call Her Alex premieres on Hulu on June 10, with both episodes dropping at once.
