Brooklyn, 26, and actress Nicola, 30, previously spent tens of millions of dollars on a luxury Beverly Hills pad with custom Italian interiors.
According to reports, the house was equipped with an ultra-luxe kitchen and bathrooms which were designed by renowned architect Vincent Van Duysen.
He has gained a huge reputation within Hollywood for his incredible style in Elle Decor.
The designer is known to be a close collaborator with A-list stars which include Oscar winner Julianne Moore.
He also designed Kim Kardashian's $60million mansion in Calabasas that has previously featured in the likes of Vogue and Architectural Digest.
The acclaimed artist is also the creative brains behind the Zara Home collection.
However, Brooklyn and Nicola reportedly want to put their own spin on the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode.
According to The Mail, permits that have been filed to The City of Beverly Hills have revealed that the duo have ripped out all the lava rock countertops in the kitchen.
Out of six bathroom vanities, the couple has ditched four as well as replacing the metal fire pit in the garden with a stone feature instead.
According to the publication, experts estimate that costs of the renovations would be at least $1.025million.
David and Victoria Beckham's agony as family feud explodes into WW3 and pals say 'Brooklyn has totally cut them off'
This would be split between $440,000 for installation of the counters and fire pit, $75,000 to remove them and another $510,000 for replacements.
The duo are currently embroiled in a huge family feud with the rest of the Beckham clan, which The Sun understands started over money.
Brooklyn and Nicola were both absent from his father David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations in a huge snub.
In recent days they reached out to sister Harper to mark her 14th birthday in an apparent move to end the feud.

Brooklyn UNFOLLOWS his brothers Romeo and Cruz just 24 hours after his birthday message to Harper. Nicola quickly follows suit and also ditches the Beckham bros from her Instagram following. Romeo and Cruz are now also no longer following Brooklyn.
But it was later revealed that Brooklyn is no longer following his own brothers, Romeo, 22 and Cruz, 20, just after the perceived olive branch.
The siblings unfollowed him and Nicola in return before it was reported that they had blocked him.
Model Brooklyn and wife Nicola are said to be 'blindsided' after learning of the latest snub when they saw reports online.
A source explained: "Blocking or unfollowing someone on Instagram is like the Gen Z version of World War Three. It's a sad new low.
"But the truth is, Brooklyn has cut out his parents David and Victoria from his life and it's the same with Romeo and Cruz.
"Even when the family have reached out to Brooklyn they have been ignored.
"He's not had contact for months and it feels clear to them that he doesn't want to make amends."

Kendall and Kylie Jenner skip brother Brody's wedding amid family 'bad blood' calls

Kendall and Kylie Jenner turned down their half-brother Brody Jenner's invitation to attend his wedding to Tia Blanco in Malibu Kendall and Kylie Jenner were notable absentees as half-brother Brody Jenner tied the knot. Former Hills star Brody, 41, married Tia Blanco in Malibu, but the famous siblings decided to skip the ceremony. ‌ It's claimed the occasion wasn't a priority for Kylie, 27, and Kendall, 29. The duo and Brody are both children of former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner. While Kyie and Kendall's mum is Kris Jenner, Brody's is Caitlyn's ex-wife, Linda Thompson. ‌ According to sources, Brody reached out personally to his half sisters with an invitation to his big day months ago. However, they are said to have had other commitments, meaning they couldn't attend. ‌ Despite the reasoning, insiders believe the pair could have made an appearance if they really wanted to. They then claimed Caitlyn's ex-wives, Kris and Linda, have had "bad blood" over the years. "Linda is quite a character, and has a lot to say about Kris - and vice versa," the source told the Sun. "It was fireworks for a few years, and that drama did carry through into the kids." ‌ And it's claimed Brody never warmed to Kris. "He's never gotten over it," they said. "And so when the siblings were trying to build relationships, Brody would often fall back into this narrative of blaming Kris for everything." The source went on to say Kylie feels like a "stranger" within Brody's family unit and feels a lot closer to the Kardashian clan. However, another source told TMZ there is no bad blood, but "mutual love" between the Jenner sisters and Brody, suggesting Kylie and Kendall may have swerved the event "to keep the spotlight on the bride and groom". ‌ While Kendall and Kylie were not present for the special occasion, Caitlyn was in attendance. And despite the no-shows, Brody seemed to have enjoyed his big day. He took to Instagram shortly after and gushed: "Last night was truly something special. We had the best time celebrating our love with all of you," he wrote on Instagram. "Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such an unforgettable night. We felt so much love and couldn't be more grateful.' Despite missing their half-brother's ceremony, the Jenner sisters took time last month to attend the lavish get together for Jeff Bezos' big day. However, while Kylie and Kendall Jenner's appearance was a bit more understated, the elder sisters, Kim and Khloe, seized every chance to turn heads from the moment they rocked up in a plunging catsuit to their swift departure after the 25-minute ceremony. ‌ Body language expert Judi James told The Mirror US: "These sisters behaved very much like 20 year old bridesmaids: single, playful and still as selfie/self-obsessed as any teenager." She analysed their "their jurassic, self-flaunting body language," specifically when they posed for snaps on a water taxi using "the classic duck-face pout and the inevitable over-stretched V-sign finger signals." And she also said they appeared "happily obsessed with their own image".
