Lansing police request help in search for missing 12-year-old

LANSING — Police are requesting help in their quest to find a 12-year-old runaway, Faith Ann-Marie Brown.
She stands about 5 feet, 3 inches, tall and weighs about 100 pounds, the Lansing Police Department said on its 'Missing in Lansing' Facebook page.
Reported as a runaway by her family, she was last seen around 1 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 3900 block of Hartford Road, near Waverly and Jolly roads in southwest Lansing.
'Faith was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray sweatpants, carrying a pink umbrella, and had a 'Hello Kitty' backpack,' police said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lansing Police Department, 517-483-4600.

Vehicle Theft Lansing police are also looking for any information that could help them identify a man involved in a vehicle theft that happened on Aug. 1 in the 200 block of E Hodge Avenue. Michael Lamar Wabindato Michael Lamar Wabindato, 37, is wanted in connection to a shooting that occurred in Jackson. He is also wanted in Muskegon.
