Bollywood's heartthrob, Dia Mirza, has long been known for her earthy and sustainable fashion sense, and her recent fashion outing is a glowing example of her timeless style. She never separates style from substance and proves that fashion and sustainability can coexist peacefully.
Known for her eco-friendly lifestyle and sartorial choices, she stunned in a magical couture piece from Anita Dongre's atelier, which respects nature and mindful consumption.
Dia Mirza wore a full-length A-line frill gown called Lakeforest, which belongs to Anita Dongre's 'Vaana' collection and is an ode to the natural world. Exploring the fragility and aura of nature's ecosystem, she anchored organic harmony with each stitch.
The fabric nods to the romance of the magical 50s and comes in with a cinched waistline, echoing the notes of modernity at the same time.

The bottom of the dress featured featherlight tulle that lent a breathable movement, whereas the sheer sleeveless neckline traces had delicate embroidery, which truly captured the forest's essence. This 'Video Is Real, Not Edited': Girl Prepares 'Breakfast', Doll Bangs Hand On Table To Demand Food

Last Updated: The doll started banging its hand on the table, as if demanding breakfast, while the girl was playing with her toys. A video circulating on Instagram has left users spooked, and all because of a doll. Posted by the account devilgazing, the clip shows a girl preparing breakfast while a doll sits behind her near the table. As she chats with a camera in front of her and presents her food, something chilling happens: the doll suddenly bangs its hand on the table, as if demanding a bite. The account, which shared the video, claims the footage is completely unedited. What Happens In The Video? As the girl appears to be busy with her food, the doll's hand can be seen moving up and down. The first time, the child hears the sound and looks back, confused, before continuing to show off her toys. Near the end of the clip, the kid notices something moving in the camera and looks closely. As the doll's hand moves again, the child screams and flees the scene. The account claimed that the video was recorded in Spain. It added that the incident sparked several theories online, including the idea that there was a possible poltergeist in the house. The girl's parents, scared by the incident and concerned over the increase in paranormal activity in their house, got rid of the doll. Although the account claims the video is unedited, News18 could not verify its authenticity. How Social Media Reacted To The Video Many Instagram users refused to believe that there was any paranormal activity going on. While some suggested a string could be moving the doll's hand, others claimed the doll was 'remote-controlled." 'People believe anything these days..I couple of seconds vid and we think it's the whole story …what happened to critical thinking?" a user said. Others, however, were terrified by the video. 'Damn, that's scary…I would never have that doll," a comment read. Some compared the doll to Annabelle, a demon-possessed toy that is part of the Conjuring franchise. 'Junior Annabelle," read a comment. One account compared the toy to another famous doll in the Child's Play franchise – Chucky. The user joked that the doll was 'Chucky's brother Timothy." Some people looked at the lighter side of things and referenced the iconic line, 'Who you gonna call?" from Ghostbusters. While the clip continues to make waves online, it's clear that the Internet's fascination with creepy dolls continues. Be it remembering Annabelle or recalling Chucky, there is no shortage of horrifying fictional dolls that have made it big in the public's imagination. view comments Location : Delhi, India, India First Published: August 21, 2025, 07:00 IST News viral This 'Video Is Real, Not Edited': Girl Prepares 'Breakfast', Doll Bangs Hand On Table To Demand Food Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Judge Frank Caprio dies at 88 following brave fight with pancreatic cancer

Judge Frank Caprio, affectionately dubbed the 'Nicest Judge in the World,' passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, at the age of 88, following a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. As per a statement shared on his official page, the former Providence, Rhode Island, judge "passed away peacefully at the age of 88 after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer." Frank Caprio wasn't just another judge. For nearly 40 years, he served on the Providence Municipal Court in Rhode Island, winning hearts with his folksy humour, empathy, and genuinely compassionate rulings. His courtroom felt like a safe zone, where minor offenses—like a forgotten turn signal or a red-light violation—were met with understanding, kindness, and an extra dose of humanity. What really cemented Frank's legendary status was Caught in Providence, the daytime show that captured these heartfelt moments on camera. Running between 2018 and 2020, it earned multiple Emmy nods and went viral. Clips from the show racked up over a billion views on social media, and the judge himself became a beloved online star If you needed a feel-good moment, there was always a Caprio clip for that. His fight with pancreatic cancer Judge Frank Caprio's battle with pancreatic cancer was as public as it was courageous. He revealed his diagnosis in December 2023, asking fans worldwide to keep him in their prayers. Through heartfelt videos, he shared updates on his radiation treatments, hospital stays, and occasional setbacks, always with gratitude and hope. Even in pain, his warmth and humor never faded. Pancreatic cancer — you've probably heard the term, but it's one of those illnesses that doesn't always get as much attention as others, like breast or prostate cancer. Sadly, it's also one of the toughest cancers out there. The pancreas is this little organ tucked behind your stomach that helps with digestion and blood sugar control. When cancer shows up there, it's sneaky. Most people don't notice early symptoms, and by the time it's caught, it's often in the later stages. That's why doctors sometimes call it a 'silent' cancer. Common signs? They can be vague—stuff like stomach or back pain, sudden weight loss, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), fatigue, or changes in appetite. Because these overlap with so many everyday health issues, it's tricky to connect the dots without medical tests. If you're wondering about prevention, there's no magic shield, but lifestyle plays a role. Smoking, heavy drinking, obesity, and family history all increase risk. On the flip side, eating a balanced diet, staying active, and keeping a healthy weight can lower your chances. One important takeaway? Awareness matters. The more people know about pancreatic cancer, the more likely it is that someone recognizes the signs and pushes for testing early. It's a tough battle, but with more research funding and public awareness in North America and beyond, there's hope for better outcomes in the future.
