NEW YORK — Madonna has given fans an early Valentine's Day treat.
The 66-year-old pop superstar announced Thursday that new music is underway with collaborator Stuart Price — the same producer behind her beloved 'Confessions on a Dance Floor' opus from 20 years ago.
'My Valentine's Day gift to all my fans is to let you know I'm putting my heart and soul into my new music and I can't wait to share it with you!!' she captioned a series of snaps on Instagram.
She also once again teased that the project is a 'Confessions Part 2,' a sequel to the 2005 Grammy-winning album that spawned international hits like 'Hung Up' and 'Sorry.'
Madonna first revealed her reunion with Price late last year.
'Working on new music with Stuart Price. These past few months has been medicine for my SOUL,' she wrote on Instagram Dec. 16. 'I'm so excited to share it with you. Who wants to hear new music in 2025!'
No release date for the new project was given.
Madonna's last full-length album, 'Madame X,' reached No. 1 in the United States following its release in 2019.

Kid Cudi says he 'hated every minute' of testifying in Diddy trial

Rapper Kid Cudi opened up for the first time about his experience testifying at the Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sex trafficking trial, telling podcast host Alex Cooper that he "hated every minute of it." Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi, said he turned down testifying twice but had to take the stand after being subpoenaed. Cudi briefly dated singer Cassie Ventura in 2011 and testified about the abusive nature of her relationship with Combs. "I was just there because I had to be," he said on Wednesday's episode of the "Call Her Daddy" podcast. "I hated every minute of it." In the end, Cudi said he thought it was important that he support Ventura. "I've always just wanted to see her thrive and do well and be happy because I know she was living a nightmare," he said. "And I was just there to support her. That's what kind of gave me peace with it when I sat down in that chair." Cudi testified in May that Combs allegedly broke into his Hollywood Hills home after finding out about his relationship with Ventura. The pair started dating during a break in her relationship with Combs. He also told the court that his car had been set on fire with a Molotov cocktail in 2012, after Cudi and Ventura ended their romance. Ventura had testified that Combs had threatened her and Cudi, saying that he wanted to set Cudi's car on fire. The Grammy-winning rapper said at the trial that he was aware of Combs' alleged abusive behavior toward Ventura because the singer told him that Combs would hit and sometimes kick her. Cudi said his relationship with the singer ultimately ended because "the drama was too out of hand." Cudi told Cooper that his time dating Ventura was "crazy." "I had a hard time understanding if it was reality. I was like, am I in a movie? … It was just chaotic and intense," he said. "And, you know, I wasn't like, I was already out of my mind dealing with my own personal s--- so I was really just like, f--- it. I was just willing to walk into the fire."
