Ahead of their nuptials, the two, who revealed a new family member, have been sharing the behind the scenes preparations of them getting ready for their big day on their respective Instagram accounts.
Kai, 27, took to his page on Thursday to share pictures of him in the barber chair getting a fresh trim, complete with a clean looking fade and box cut.
He captioned the post: 'Trim completed. Now time to log off for a few days, enjoy life, be present and marry the love of my life.'
His fans flocked to the comments section to send him their supportive messages as one wrote: 'Wishing you both a fantastic wedding day and a wonderful married life ahead of you.'
Another follower commented: 'I wish you both all the best. Go on marry your girl and enjoy.'
A third said: 'Happy wedding day, have the best day guys,' while a fourth added: 'Love this for you both! Enjoy! God Bless.'
Meanwhile, Sanam, also 27, took to her own page to show off her stunning wedding nails on her stories, complete with pearls and sequins.
Then today, the social worker also shared a story of all of her make-up laid out today, just hours before the wedding and wrote: 'It's time.'
Just last week, the brunette beauty shared glimpses into her Love Island themed hen do with her girl pals.
Going all out for the occasion abroad, her pals decked out their lavish hotel digs with special decorations.

Each guest drank bubbly out of custom plastic white champagne cups with their names written on them.
Each chalice contained the same font that is used for each of the water bottles in the villa.
There were also other items which included the word 'love' written in a table stand neon light - another tribute to the phrases that appear all over the villa walls.
Wall bunting decoration that was also brought in came with palm tree details.
The couple, who returned to their normal jobs, got engaged last year after Kai popped the question in a surprise proposal on a punt.
Kai shared the special moment in snaps posted on social media when Sanam was pictured open-mouthed.
He wrote on Instagram at the time: "Introducing the next Mrs Fagan.
"Beautiful, Caring, Loving and Smart are just some of the words that describe you.
"I love loving you, I love you and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."

Goodfellas veteran Debi Mazar, 61, stuns in a swimsuit as her husband of 23 years calls her his 'obsession'

Debi Mazar still looked incredible in a swimsuit even though she just turned 61-years-old this week. The actress - who is best known for playing mobster Ray Liotta 's mistress in the 1990 movie Goodfellas - was seen in several new images on her husband Gabriele Corcos' Instagram page. Mazar wore a black-and-red one piece swimsuit while on the beach in Castiglioncello, which is in the Tuscany region of Italy. She posed like a pinup model from the 1950s. Her spouse, who works as a chef, was shirt-free and in swim trunks when he put his arm around his better half. In the caption, he said that he was very much in love with her. 'You are my universe and my inspiration, My strength and my reason, My truth and my obsession. Happy birthday my love, I adore you!' The two met in Italy 24 years ago and wed a year later. Mazar - who is best friends with Madonna - wrote on Instagram: 'I wanted to Thankyou everyone for all my wonderful birthday wishes on August 13th! Had a great time by the sea. Thankyou to my host @patriziobp & Paiyawee ❤️ Here's to being grateful for another year to live & love!' In 2020, Mazar moved to Firenze, Italy with her husband and their two daughters Evelina, 23, and Giulia, 19. 'At my age, I'm about to be an empty nester. And I'm going into a period where I've spent the past 23 years being on top of my children, and now I have more freedom to go work and not feel guilty,' Mazar told People last year. 'I have more freedom to walk around in the house naked or have sex whenever I feel like it!' she noted. They met 24 years ago when she went on vacation in Italy. Her husband was supposed to get her at the airport as a favor to their mutual friend, French pianist Katia Lebeque. 'I never arrived [at the Florence airport] because my flight was late. Long story short, the next day we were sitting next to each other at dinner, and he asked if I wanted to get a pack of cigarettes and a cocktail in the piazza. And I said yes, and we ended up sitting on these steps of a 12th-century church talking for like two hours,' Mazar said. She added: 'And when I went to kiss him goodnight, I didn't know to go right to left or left to right with a double kiss, and our lips smashed, and there was all this electricity. We spent the entire summer together, and then we couldn't be apart. And that was 23 years ago, and we're still together.' They wed in 2002. And she said at the time she loves to travel. 'I'm exploring the world, and I love that I'm at an age where I'm fit and I can just jump on planes and discover new places and meet new people and take on different characters, working with different accents and different languages,' she shared. 'Here, it's not like America where the work is abundant and you make more money. It's the opposite. 'However, the roles that they write for women of a certain age are rich and complex, and they like women of a certain age here. So I feel that I went to the place that wanted me.' And she is thrilled with her new life in Italy. 'Would I like to be younger for my energy? Sure. Would I like to be younger for my body? Sure. Nothing is the way it was, obviously. 'But for me, 60 means I've lived a good long life so far. I was also a person who lost hundreds and hundreds of friends to the AIDS crisis, and I just feel very blessed to have lived this long. 'You have to celebrate every day that you're alive. And I'm having the best time of my life. This past decade has been brilliant. I've learned so much. I've also learned how to be a bit more quiet, how to hear nature, how to not care what people say, to not care what people think of me.' She also said she does not use fillers. 'I'm like, "I actually don't. This is natural!" My mother has these cheekbones. I have cheekbones. My lips are kind of collapsing, but I have naturally small but cute lips, and I always had snatched my hair back just to pull my face up,' she said. 'So 60, for me, it just means I go to the doctor more often. I have to get my checkups. I'm very on top of that. Here's the thing, you can find out anybody's age. So people might go, 'Oh, Debi Mazar, she's not a new idea.' But then they say, 'Well, look at Debi Mazar. She kind of looks good. And she's still funny. 'I've never hid my age because I've always had this respect for older people. They've lived. And I've always loved talking to old people, so my agent was always like, 'Why are you announcing your age?' and I'm like, 'I don't give a f---!' I really don't,' she says earnestly.

Comedian Milton Jones shares update on prostate cancer after surgery

Comedy star Milton Jones has given fans an update after a prostate cancer diagnosis forced him to cancel all his shows. The performer, famous for his stand-up and appearances on Mock the Week, revealed publicly in April that he needed to undergo surgery. In a statement at the time, the 61-year-old said his cancer was 'treatable', but he needed time off for both the operation and recovery. He expressed his sadness at having to axe much of his nationwide tour, hilariously named HA!milton, and said he was 'so sorry' to those who bought tickets. But in his latest message, Milton had some good news for his followers. Taking to Instagram today, the deadpan comic, beloved for his one-liners and puns, revealed that he is now cancer-free. 'A few months ago, I had to stop my tour because I needed treatment for prostate cancer. I'm glad to say I've had that treatment and am now cancer free!', his statement began. 'So many thanks to all the doctors and nurses who helped me get better – I couldn't do their job. I tried, but apparently you have to be qualified,' he joked. 'A big thank you to my family, friends, all those who helped reschedule things and the many others who have been so nice to me. Along with all those who have kept hold of their tickets for the shows that have been rescheduled and apologies to those whose shows we were unable to move.' He added in typical comedic style: 'I have to admit there were a few dark moments when I wondered if anyone would ever see me again, but then I realised I was leaning against the light switch.' Milton concluded by assuring fans he's now 'thankfully' in 'a completely different place', directing them towards his website for new shows. 'I'll be in lots of other different places on tour too. I hope to see you there.' In the comments, fans and fellow comedians rallied around Milton, with Al Murray writing: 'Fantastic news'. Miranda actress Sally Phillips added: '🙌great news, Milt. So happy'. Jon Richardson also commented a red heart, while BBC Radio 5 Live's Matt Chorley penned: 'Great news!' In his original statement confirming his cancer, Milton admitted it was a 'difficult decision' to make changes to his touring schedule. Affected shows were in Leeds, Coventry, Basingstoke, Sterts, Launceston, Durham, Hexham, Ilkley, Wakefield, Lichfield, Tunbridge Wells, Portsmouth, and Lyme Regis, which were all due to take place over the summer. 'In addition, the Summer dates in Colchester, Bridlington, Stroud, and London will be rescheduled to the autumn,' he explained. Milton added that all dates for his autumn tour leg would remain intact. 'Thanks for your support and respecting my privacy during this time. This decision has not been taken lightly. Trust me,' he assured his followers, vowing to reserve 'abnormal service' soon. More Trending In light of his diagnosis, Milton was showered with love from other showbiz stars, including Olympic cyclist Sir Chris Hoy, 49, who was told his own prostate cancer was terminal last October, having been given two to four years to live. As explained by the NHS, prostate cancer typically has no symptoms at first. Should the cancer grow or spread, it can lead to changes in the way you pee, such as: finding it difficult to start peeing or straining to pee having a weak flow of urine 'stop start' peeing needing to pee urgently or often, or both feeling like you still need to pee when you've just finished peeing during the night Other symptoms can include erectile dysfunction, blood in your urine, blood in your semen, lower back pain, and losing weight without trying to. You should see your GP if: you're over 50 years old, come from a Black ethnic background, or have a history of prostate cancer in your family you're having trouble peeing or experiencing other symptoms London-born comedian Milton first gained an audience with his various BBC Radio 4 shows, and after winning the prestigious Perrier Award from the Edinburgh Fringe festival in 1996. He later joined Mock the Week on BBC Two, which was hosted by Dara Ó Briain and featured huge names in comedy, such as Hugh Dennis, Frankie Boyle, Andy Parsons, and Russell Howard, before its cancellation in 2022. View More » Milton has continued touring around the UK, has performed on Live at the Apollo twice, and was a writer on TV shows The One Ronnie, Not Going Out, and Laughing Cow. Got a story?
