Taylor Swift endorses Happy Gilmore 2 after Travis Kelce's hilarious cameo
In an Instagram Story posted, Swift shared the film's poster and wrote, 'Happy Gilmore 2 had me cackling and cheering the whole movie! An absolute must-watch, 13/10, go watch it on @netflix as soon as humanly possible 🍯.'
Kelce's cameo has quickly become a fan favorite. He plays a restaurant manager who bullies his subordinate Oscar, played by Bad Bunny. One of the most talked-about scenes is a surreal fantasy sequence where Bad Bunny smothers honey on a half-naked Kelce, tied to a post, before he's left to be devoured by a bear. Kelce also appears in another chaotic scene where he chest-bumps golfers Xander Schauffele and Collin Morikawa through a table.
The movie endorsement came just one day after Kelce hard-launched their two-year relationship with a romantic Instagram photo dump, showing moments from their offseason together — including ice skating, boating, and karaoke nights.
Although director Adam Sandler said they didn't want to 'bother Taylor' with a cameo offer, he called her a global gift: 'She's done a lot for our planet, so we love her.'
With her 13/10 review, Swift has once again proven her influence — and her support for Kelce's big-screen debut.

'One Piece' season 2 trailer hints at expanded Nico Robin role amid changes
The first trailer for Netflix's One Piece season 2 offers a brief but telling glimpse of Nico Robin's live-action debut, played by Lera Abova. Known in this arc as Miss All Sunday, Robin is a key future Straw Hat and one of the Arabasta saga's most important characters. Although her screen time in the teaser is short, it appears Netflix will give Robin a more significant presence in season 2 than in Eiichiro Oda's original storyline. The trailer shows her using the Hana Hana no Mi ability to open a door — a scene suggesting she will appear in multiple locations, rather than solely on the Going Merry, where her first manga meeting with the Straw Hats takes place. With the season covering events up to Drum Island, Robin's expanded role could mean the show introduces her connections to Crocodile and Baroque Works earlier than expected, possibly setting up key events for season 3. Robin is seen wearing her white Arabasta outfit, reinforcing speculation that Netflix is adjusting the sequence of events. While Crocodile, played by Joe Manganiello, is not expected to face Luffy directly until season 3, season 2 will still require a central antagonist. Smoker is a likely candidate, but Miss All Sunday could take a more prominent villain role. Whether Robin serves as the main threat or a shadow player, season 2 looks set to make her a standout presence.

John Leguizamo slams Dean Cain over plan to join ICE after Superman reboot controversy
Actor John Leguizamo publicly criticized fellow actor Dean Cain after Cain revealed he plans to be sworn in as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. 'What kind of loser volunteers to be an ICE officer? What a moron,' Leguizamo said in a video posted to Instagram on Friday, adding, 'Dean Cain, your pronouns are has/been.' His remarks came in response to Cain's recent public statements about joining the agency. Cain, best known for portraying Superman in the 1990s television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, has been in the spotlight again following the release of Warner Bros. and DC Studios' Superman reboot in July. Before the film's debut, he criticized director James Gunn for referring to Superman as an 'immigrant' and claimed Hollywood had made the character 'woke.' Speaking on Fox News this week, Cain said he intends to be 'sworn in as an ICE agent, ASAP.' He described the move as an act of patriotism, stating, 'The U.S. was built on patriots stepping up, whether it was popular or not,' and called joining ICE 'the right thing' to do. Leguizamo, a long-time advocate for Latino representation in entertainment, has previously voiced concerns about underrepresentation. In a 2020 interview with People, he noted that Latinos make up nearly 20% of the U.S. population but account for less than 1% of Hollywood and streaming media stories. Cain's decision comes as ICE undergoes significant changes. In July, Congress approved a budget increase for the agency from $8 billion to roughly $28 billion, making it the highest-funded federal law enforcement agency. This week, ICE also announced the removal of its age limit for applicants, which had previously restricted eligibility to individuals between 21 and 40 years old.

Did Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet break up? Playlist sparks questions
Kylie Jenner has prompted speculation about her relationship with Timothée Chalamet after sharing two breakup-themed songs on Instagram. The 27-year-old, who turns 28 on Sunday, posted screenshots of Jeff Buckley's 1994 track "Lover, You Should've Come Over" and Labi Siffre's 1972 single Crying "Laughing Loving Lying" on Friday. Both songs deal with themes of lost love and emotional longing. She captioned the song posts to clarify they were playing via her CarPlay speakers, perhaps to assure followers she was actually listening to them. Jenner has not been photographed with Chalamet in around a month, with their last public sighting being a yacht trip in St Tropez. Chalamet is currently in Prague filming Dune: Part 3. The pair began dating in April 2023 and have largely kept their relationship off social media, though Jenner has introduced Chalamet to her close circle. His mother has publicly described Jenner as 'lovely' and 'very nice to me.' Jenner's posts have fuelled online speculation about whether the couple remain together or are simply apart due to work commitments. For now, neither has commented publicly, leaving fans to debate whether the song choices were simply a playlist preference or a hint at deeper personal changes.
